I love using this app it's so convenient and easy. Plus if you made a mistake in the app it's easy to fix but if your not a person good with these type of things it's ok because as soon as you go in for your reservation or call on the phone all enterprise representatives are so helpful and nice they are able to explain or fix anything within their means that you need done that deals with enterprise. Plus no worries about blackout dates for returns just tell them and they will fix it in store.

I absolutely love renting from these guys!! It's always quick and easy, whether I'm picking up or dropping back off. If my plans change and I need to extend my rental all I have to do is call and it's no problem. They have tons and tons of locations. The vehicles are always super clean and nice and the deposit they request when using a debit card for payment of rental is responsible, I've never paid more than $300, and it's back in your account quickly after rental is returned. Highly recommend!

Dependable and user-friendly app! I've never had any problems signing into my account. My profile and points are always accurate. The search function for reservations is great. It takes me about 3 minutes to reserve a vehicle. The app should include options for picking up/ dropping off the customer if needed. My experience with customer service over the phone with multiple rental locations has been excellent. Vehicles are always clean and in good shape. (People need to stop vaping in retals!)

Loved the app until recently. It stopped letting me extend my rental. I don't have a problem calling every once in a while due to app issues, but every single time is insane. Also, I feel this has happened since I got two days free with my points (which I clearly earned) due to I've been renting for a few months now. would've gotten 5 stars at the end of my experience, but every time I have to make a call and spend 10 -15 min of my life for something that could have taken 3 min annoys me

Easy to find and order a vehicle But... I wanted to know who doesn't have a drop off fee and that was super hard to find. I had to just keep trying locations for one way. Also, it says I have three free rentals. 1400 points, yet, it must be for a super small vehicle because the compact ones they want 2,000 points or more. That's frustrating and really not fare. I don't even know if I could use if for an upgrade. Other than that this app, rocks!

I have always rented automobiles from Enterprise in the past. Everything went véry smooth. I was always provided with top of the line vehicles. Recently, I went on it's app to find a Intermittent SUV because I am moving from one state to another, about 1500 miles away. I was shocked to learn that the drop off fee was more than the cost to rent the vehicle. I checked out competitors. These car rentals didn't have a drop off fee. It was all inclusive and half the total price. Some were even less!

Overall the app is easy to use. I've made several reservations with the app. But they get an "F" for their points plus system. There is no option on the app to redeem points. I've stopped by the local Enterprise for help and they tell me the Enterprise plus points system is handled by a separate department and they cannot help. Gave me a phone number. I called but no help. I continued to get the runaround. This is shameful & unacceptable! Why make it so difficult to redeem points we earn ????

Company makes lots of mistakes. There were clerical errors in both my previous rentals, which caused me to be charged a lot more money that what was originally agreed on. It seems like they let these mistakes happen quite often, and just hope you won't see it (since they make money from their own mistakes). If you bring it up with them, they'll at most fix it with a simple "oops".

Simple to use with one massive caveat: this app doesn't have real-time access to what's on hand locally. You can book whatever you want but you're at the mercy of what's available. I just ended up getting bumped into a substantially larger rental than I wanted ($$$) because that's all they have locally. Quite disappointing and something that one hopes the tech crew at Enterprise is working to address.

Here's a new one. If they don't have a car for a reservation, you're on your own. The app or people at the location do nothing. I have no idea now if they cancelled because of the unavailability. The app lets you schedule a pickup AFTER closing. Note that is an enormous problem. Solution is drive completely out of the way 30 minutes or wait another two days.

First use ever. I'm only giving this thing 2 stars because I couldn't do the one thing I needed to, which was alert Enterprise to my delayed pickup time AS RECOMMENDED BY THE GUY AT MY DESTINATION ENTERPRISE DESK. The Modify Reservation was buried deeper than it should have been but I finally found it. Then I got an error that I could not make that change through the app, and that I should call. I clicked the Call option and got another systems error so I was stuck. Piece of junk, unreliable.

The app itself is great, when it actually works. When it doesn't, it takes 5 days to hear from customer service and no resolution afterwards. When a customer redoes their contract and stays in the same rental, the app will not work at all, forcing you to call locations and hope none are busy for every single extension of that contract. This is highly unnecessary, when all it should take is a few clicks on your phone. Please fix this! I rent very frequently and it is beyond frustrating!

I decided not to install the app because during the initial setup, the app would not accept my chosen password, citing it violated the rule that it can't contain my first or last name. It didn't contain either, not even partially. I lost confidence that the app would be reliable since it got hung up on something so trivial. I needed a rental car for an important work event, I can't trust it to this app nor Enterprise.

This app could be very useful, easy interface, it takes a minute for it to load but it runs smoothly thereafter. The part that makes it worthless is that the reservation you make on it is worthless once you arrive at the location, because it is "1st come-1st served". And they don't care that you'd wasted your time going there only to be told "we have nothing for you today". Their goal is to have zero vehicles on the lot when the leave. No matter how many customers they turn away in the process!

Made a reservation through the app, showed up at the location and they were out of cars. No one offered to help me find another way beyond shrugging and saying "you can try one of our other locations but they all close in an hour." Pretty glaringly obvious that I did not have a way to get to any other locations in that time frame. Would have been nice if the app had let me know I was booking a non-existant car.

What's the point of having an app if the customer isn't able to do anything in the app. They say sign up for the rewards program to earn free days and then you aren't even able to use your points for free days or they increase the point system so that you never have enough points to even redeem a free day. I have points and can't even redeem them for a free day. annoyed very annoyed

The app is very easy to use, but unfortunately, it also basically lies to you. It tells you the reservation is confirmed and even sends a confirmation email even when the location has no cars available. The local office is great, and they do their best, but if the car is not actually available, the app should say so -- either that the car is not available or that you are on a wait list. Very disappointed with this computer system.

I rented a car, twice, and both times I got in app alerts about my vehicle being ready and available for pick up. However, upon arrival, these places did not even have those cars for those days. I rented and confirmed within minutes that I would have a vehicle but I walk into the store and find out they don't have one. My reservation is there, they just don't have the vehicle. Or anything similar. Absolutely useless garbage app wasting everyone's time.

I'm annoyed at Enterprise I'm general right now not so much the app. The app works better than the call center all they know how to do is use the app or a program very similar. When you either can't get real people or you get people and all they can tell you is what they can't do something's wrong. I can't call the store and talk to a person anymore. The app is notorious for making reservations when there is nothing available. How about showing the next available so we don't have to hunt around.
