It is witty to use Grab especially on a traffic situation, they were able to change routes in order for us to arrive faster on our place. however, I hope you won't limit or maybe try to add in your app like a button to determine how many exact passengers that are going to ride the car, because we noticed that you limit it to 4-6 seaters. last time we used Grab, we were 7 passengers. good thing the driver was so kind, he allowed us all to ride even if we had an extra passenger.

As much as I'd like to give it 5-star, everytime I order food, 75% of the time, it says "Oops Something went wrong". Then when I try to reopen the delivery tracking, I can no longer see it. It sucks since the app is great xcept for this one thing.

order was delayed for 3 hours then got cancelled. contacted support and they could not contact the merchant and the driver for reasons - i had to contact the merchant directly by myself (as suggested by the support). now the restaurant is showing closed after all that. they said that there will penalty if i cancel the order even if its 2 hours delayed. showing promos when selecting restaurants but when you will use vouchers on your order, you cant use any of them or not available.

This app is frustrating to use and not very user intuitive. After you have ordered a car, it is impossible to zoom in on your pick up location to check your own location in reference to it. There are an annoying amount of notifications. Using it because I'm overseas and this is one of the most used ride share apps where I am.

FOOD: Many choices will not tell you how big the pizza is, or how many pieces of chicken you are getting. Menu options often have NO description, sometimes no pictures. I can not get food delivery if it is raining, even HOURS after rain has stopped. CAR: Drivers will sometimes cancel your booking AFTER you wait 15 minutes for the driver to pick you up. The grab app tells you that you can just book another ride. Grab drivers add fees by saying you drove through a nonexistent toll.

my grab wallet SGD topped up totally disappeared after I came into Malaysia. I am trying to reach the Grab, but I can't reach them. The chat bot can not understand my question. It keeps repeating to ask irrelevant questions. I also can not get a live agent for assistance. I can't find any selections to submit for my query in the app. the phone number can get from Google search only for merchants and car accident only. I feel very disappointed and not secure to deposit my money in grab wallet.

Recently grab drivers cancelled the trip like after more than 8 mins waiting. I've encountered 2 times in a week and more than 5 times in month. The longest waiting time is 12 mins then I was cancelled and after that the price went up 1.8 times. Worst when u feedback, they brush u off $5 voucher again. u should pay customer the variances. Food same bad service.

1. map pointing is bad, now getting worst 2. can not get pick up point, unable to update where im standing waiting. 3. pointing map, its a train station, train station, walking around , try to order again, you just can not update your real time map. 4. real time position, real time tracking, manual area pointing, useless. update the app ! 5. worst experience in one day 🤬

The e-hailing algorithm sucks! It prioritizes bookings by price over trip time disproportionately. The way it randomly assigns books makes no sense at all too. An available grab driver could be 2 feet in front of me but the app will give my booking to someone 15mins away. I've been needlessly late to work several times within a month because of this nonsensical system. Grab was still only marginally better when Uber was still in the market all those years ago as the latter was far more flexible

sucks! this is my first time that ever happen to me. You doesnt want to refund my money even I didnt received my order and it was collected to my gcash acct. unlike grab car, once the order cancelled it returned couple of hours. And how come you cannot investigate if its more than 24hrs being reported. You have all the transcript on the app itself.

Grab car drivers always uses short route but travel time is longer. Keeps on sighing and silently complaining that the destination is far. Even suggesting better route, they will question and not follow. If you manage using tolls, most drivers I booked were not using RFID and kept on paying cash even if you have flight or important meetings to attend. If this would not be fixed, definitely not recommending Grab.

Grab Singapore has ineffective customer service. They removed the phone number previously a few years ago where you could call the customer service team directly. I strongly recommend anyone who takes Grab to always check thoroughly before leaving for all of your items. Finding your lost items in the Grab vehicle will take time and a certain amount of money will be involved. Drivers can actually choose to return the items to any police post but they might choose to take a token amount instead.

This review specifically for Kuala Lumpur. Absolutely inaccurate pick up times and totally 0 estimates! Select pick up in 7 minutes and then accepted, but no it is really 24. 24 min for like 10 min. You need to figure this out because we had few problems in other SE Asian countries with your app. Also, when ordering food, the system does not alert you that driver is on the way which means you now waste time for the driver as they have to unnecessarily wait to meet @ lobby.

It's taking too long to fix the slider bug. I've not been able to use it for payment. It's been at least 2 weeks already. The amount of interest Grab is sitting on users' money in the e-wallet should be quite substantial. No notifications for updates yet. Hope Grab give something back in return for the inconveniences. For now, it's 5-stars to 1.

It worked just fine for a week and I used it daily. then suddenly it has asked me to verify my card. I've tried two cards which work just fine but, it says they are not supported so I'll have to try a different app. this is really stupid as I had been using the app a lot to travel around and order food. This is extremely inconvenient. I have also tried to click the need more help and it just brings you to a page that crashed with the only options to refresh or return to homepage.

Worst. The driver charge double money for toll. I told him what the app shows. But he said you have to pay for it. After paying home I got the receipt. It show I had to pay less than I paid. Then why this app couldn't give me email early. After I pay they sent messages to late. It already happened so many times. Correct this, make all the bill details in the app so passengers know what amount they have to pay. And tell the drivers only to take what the app says.

Terrible support system. It is for order/payment made through it. But if you are the receiver and not the booker, then you have no way of getting support directly from Grab. A booker ordered grab to send me their product, and the Grab driver sent to the wrong house. There is no way for me to contact the driver or Grab to get this rectified immediately, only booker can, and this isn't their fault. Also app archive message too fast before I can reply.

Grab sucks. The app sucks. I made 2 orders, the restaurants didn't accept them, but I have to wait for the system to cancel them. Once I waited 1.5 hours!!! Make a chat with the restaurant or your agent to quickly resolve these issues, instead of waiting until it becomes known after 1.5-2 hours that the restaurant is long closed. The support sucks. The same problem with taxi.

My order was cancelled after more than 30 minutes, but my card was still charged the whole amount. The Help Centre chat can't address my issue due to automated replies. I tried to call the hotline but it's a wrong number. It's so frustrating that you're so fast in debiting money from a buyer's bank account even before he/she gets the food/product, but when the delivery is cancelled, you're so slow to process the refund/reimbursement or worst, you're out of reach/can't be contacted immediately.

Poor app when it comes to food delivery. Even restaurants which are 30 meters away, are charged for delivery, if we choose a free option, it's delivered after 1 hour.. Customer support is horrible, it takes a lot of time to connect to the user because of the low quality AI tool they have. I strongly insist on removing that AI. Additionally they have recently acquired one of the leading food delivery apps, I wonder what will happen, given that they are the worst in food delivery in Cambodia.
