app doesn't work at all. it's terrible. SW developers obviously needed to get the update released before their summer holiday.
Horrible; the location was in a bad reception area and it took me more than an hour to leave with the truck. Continue errors "You GPS shows that you are not at the pick-up/ drop-off location" (walking on the opposite side of the road for a better reception). Although I have an account with Uhaul and just dropped a truck two days ago, they ask me to go through the same DL verification process and had to be called by an agent, but for that you have to have another phone number(plain stupid).
I have yet to experience a working U-Haul app. Pretty awful all around, between the crashes, the bugs, the inability to log-in or use the app in any way shape or form really brings down the novel experience of the U-Haul app. Thankfully the location I dropped the truck off is used to the app not working so that went smoothly.
App worked...until it didn't. Paying my bill isn't something that can be done when your app just sits there and throws "Something went wrong, give us a minute." and has been doing so for a month. Tell your engineers to stop vibe coding the app.
horrible customer service. there's a reason it had a 3 star rating. I was told so many things concerning my uhaul pod. there were hidden fees and delivery date went from 10 days to 3 weeks. I was told different dimensions concerning size of pod. when I called no one wanted to look into my problem. I was transferred over a have dozen times to different operators. do your self a favor and look into another deliver company that offers pod. uhaul sucks.
