This review is in no regard to the actual workers or phone staff. My high negative review is due to the parking signs and online app. It is beyond misleading. I absolutely welcome a call or email to regard my complaint & issue. It is beyond incomprehensible to think that a senior within a senior's building should figure this out for themselves. I, being of sound-mind as a visitor, is troubled by the confusion made by the property management, office numbers to call, the signage & the FlowBird app

Your app sucks. I only downloaded it for parking, and the UI is too difficult to find out where to pay. I don't want to be intruded upon. You have all my data. I just want to park and go to the beach. There's no intuitive flow on how to do that. Now I have to download another app because yours sucks.

Why is there not a QR code posted on the parking spots? There is no need for an app. Just scan, enter license plate, time, and pay. With this app it took 5+ minutes to get this downloaded, register, work through various glitches all while standing in the middle of traffic. Bad user experience. In the end it was a measly $1.50 to have lunch.

I downloaded this app because the kiosk itself wasn't working and kept canceling instead of printing my ticket. Turns out the app is just as bad. It can't even figure out my location. When I finally got to it myself, there were no parking locations shown for this area, even though I'm looking around and seeing them everywhere. I wonder if I'm going to get charged for the parking passes that got canceled...

The app has been completely broken for about a week. The last two times I tried to park, I got charged through Google Wallet without a parking session actually being initiated. In fact, the last time (just last night), it charged me TWICE without recognizing the payment had gone through. Then I tried to re-register my credit card without using Google Wallet, and it still failed (so the issue is obviously on Flowbird's side, not Google's nor my bank's), though at least that time I wasn't charged.

Keep getting the error message "specific etickets platform is unfortunately unavailable for this city at this time. Please reach the local service" and the local version of the app (MPLS Parking) returns a different error message. Troubleshooting with customer service did nothing; they were stumped and couldn't help (not their faults).

The single most frustrating parking app, and app period I've ever had the displeasure of suffering through. So slow and lagging, problems logging in, problems setting up, problems trying to input a zone, problems taking payment. This was in an area with great 5G cell reception. I can't think of a single worse experience with any parking app in any city. If you're stuck using this app to park somewhere, I'd rather just pay the parking ticket. It's really that bad.
