this used to work fine on my phone but recently I keep getting payment problems. I never opted for Google pay and now it won't accept my bank card . so I have deleted the app and will go back to paying wth cash. that is also much cheaper .

Downloaded the app, but it won't take any form of payment. I tried 3 different credit cards, including Google payments. Took about 10 minutes of fumbling before I just paid by card at the meter. What a world app, when there is always an error adding a payment method. Had a 2nd person try too...same issue. I think the app is dead.

Issues preventing us to pay via app and online have not been fixed. Errors stating my country doesn't have that specific meter number. I've been using this app for years, every day at work but now I've got to walk out, find the car, pay manually. Meter#s are the same! EDIT#2 I see your responses and please note the number doesn't matter. it's all of them, but here's one: 69116290 and note its on a mac and my android, as well as my employee'iphone

This is actually the worst experience I've ever had with a parking app. I've been able to get 1 session and after that bo more sessions will go through. No matter what payment method goes through it doesn't work. This app is actually useless. I've attempted parking in 4 separate car parks through payby phone and none have worked. If you take anything away from this just get RingGo. It's so much better and actually let's you pay for parking. I would give this 0 stars if possible.

App refuses to allow users to not use Wi-Fi scanning. We can see the zone numbers and type them in manually, so WiFi scanning is utterly unnecessary. The popup to refuse granting that permission is impossible to dismiss if a user tries to decline this "feature". They claim it's for a "better user experience", when it is in fact the opposite. Immensely frustrating, and is something I flagged to their support team a year ago, and still no change.

Actual malware/adware. Not only is it massively inconvenient, forgets all of your data at random, and doesn't integrate with actual payment platforms (meaning on top of re-entering vehicle info, you also have to re-enter payment info), but it then pesters you with ads and pesters you to allow notifications, so they can show you MORE ads. Next time I see a parking lot with their sign up, I'll skip it and drive to the next one
