Best app there is. Minimizes human errors and gives you hard data.

the best way to see...the chart graph and the details... I would recommend a short valuable news behind the stock with link to article would be very nice

The app itself can be quicker. However, the content is very useful and presented in a friendly, graphical way. Way to go. I like the continous improvement rounds they do, with the latest the info about dividends. I have created few portfolios based on different locations or markets. The app shows me a summary of each portfolio, but I would like to see the info for all my portfolios combined (geographical spread, sector spread, total earnings, dividends, etc). Well done, and keep it up.

You still get good data without paying, in a really nice UI. I would definitely pay, but it is too much cost.

This is basically the app I’ve been looking for, I’ve downloaded a lot but I can truly say this one is the best so far, a bit overpriced I think on the other hand, but does allow a 14 day trial with all access, I really like that you can use their services for free though afterwards, basically tells you everything you need to know about the company before you invest. I really enjoy the undervalue/value setting it tells you, something I’ve wanted but couldn’t put into words so I can ask lol. Just tells you what way the stock is going to swing here soon, and so far it has been accurate. I enjoy it and I’m surprised this hasn’t been talked about more but I do believe this app is up and coming.

As of this date I believe I have been a user of SimplyWallst for 4 years. Though I have switched from other services during this period I find the information presented is in an order that makes an impact for me and the reason I continue using the service that they keep on improving the product and making it more relevant. When I come across a company that I might be interested )like reading an article in Barron’s) my first look see about the company is SimplyWallSt. I find the break out of information and data well presented and accurate when I compare it to other sites.

Pros: •Easy to read data •Great stock screener •Well Documented DCF calculation on their GitHub •Covers most of the essential DD •Great way to learn fundamentals for new traders •Price is actually undervalued for the information you get. •News and events overlayed on price history is a great resource. Cons: •Institutional ownership is not entirely accurate and may take a while before it’s updated. An API hook into fintel’s API would drastically increase the reliability of this data. •Missing/Removed valuations from some tickers this may be a result of an increase in tolerances. •Snowflake is useless. •Portfolio is pretty useless as well, prone to errors and bugs. I wasted too much time in the past trying to get it to work. Overall: Perfect for screening and brief evaluations. I’d like to see the portfolio portion removed all together, it doesn’t really seem to fit with my personal use case, I simply ignore it. Some data can be outdated like company descriptions and ownership info. I’d like to see investor presentations in here and more consistency in the data. Also a filings table, and links to company investors page would pretty much round out the app for me. Either way for the current price you really can’t beat the volume and readability of the data you get.

I have a suggestion for the developers: Introduce tiered membership levels. This is a tremendously useful app with one serious drawback: The free version is too limited to be of continued use, but the paid version is too expensive for a small investor. It's not a question of affordability but of practical investment strategy. I'm a beginning and learning investor with a small portfolio, and at $115.00 USD a year the subscription would 0ify most of my gains. So how about a small-timer plan at half the price that analyzes 15-20 stocks per portfolio instead of 6, unlocks the snowflake, and expands search results to 10 instead of 4? That's your fifth star.

Worth every penny but horrendously slow. I used the free version for a week and I was sold! It has everything in crisp, understandable formats. Best part is, they just state facts, no opinions, which is very helpful during comparisons. You dont have to read anything else. But you do waste a lot of time waiting for pages to load. If you can improve that, it would be amazing.

Good analytical tools, easy to read and evaluate stocks. Doesn't include many managed funds. However, ETFs are included. It's been a roller coaster importing portfolios from my brokers - sometimes they are supported, and sometimes they are not supported, the list of supported brokers is a bit erratic. All said I like using the App

Really good app. Its great for bargain hunters as you can customize your own stock screener. Only reason to give 3 stars is you cannot find historical financial data. I can easily find it on the other platform but if I can find it here it would be a lot easier for users who want to do their on diligence and don't want to jump around other websites. User Interface is phenomenal so if I can find those data on this platform it would be great.

No back button. Crazy. Once I pick a stock in a portfolio there is nO back button on the iPad. I contact them, they tell me they know, but aren’t interested enough to fix the issue and can’t I just use the webpage version. Or, use the smaller iPad and only use the portrait mode...then there’s a back button. But not on the Pro. And feel free to contact them if I have any problems! What? Now they send an email suggesting I download the improved app. Well, that proved to be an exercise in frustration...still not fixed. What a strange world view to deprioritize the fundamentals needed for a functional app. Functional app first guys! So, save yourself the headache and stick to the webpage version. That at least bookmarks well to the desktop. Then you’ll have a great aNd functional investment service.

I love Simply Wall St. for their overall concept — taking a plethora of complex statistical data and simplifying it for the average investor. However, I’ve taken to just using the mobile website when accessing my portfolio instead of the app. The developers seem unable to provide users with consistent data from one device to the next. On the website, everything is as it should be; however, on the iOS apps everything is off. I am invested in 18 stocks, but on the iPhone app, it says I am holding 27 — the sum of the ones I am holding and all of the stocks I have liquidated — even though I have “checked” the option to not show liquidated stocks. And on my iPad, it shows 23. Three different views for one portfolio. More still, there is a disconnect across every category of measurement of my portfolio’s performance from one device to the next. All this makes their iOS apps pretty much useless. I trust that Simply Wall St. knows a thing or two about finance and statistics. And the UI is gorgeous. But if they want to make it in the app market, they need to get people who can make the experience consistent.

I used to use this app frequently as I was beginning to get into stocks and just wanted some general insights into how a company has performed in the past and get basic insights overall... I found out today that I guess the changed their tiers at some point and I can only look at 5 reports a month on the free tier. The app keeps pushing me to pay over $240 a year for unlimited and not showing the other tier options. I'll sadly take my time elsewhere, was good before this change... Now just sad.

After initially trying this (positive reaction) I decided to go for the annual paid subscription HOWEVER since then I keep finding issues when opening the app e.g. failure to update, needing to constantly (re-)log on. THEN today, it's just informed me that I have no portfolio data?!? In other words it seems to have 'lost' ('forgotten?') ALL MY DATA that I've spent many weeks compiling. SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH AND A WASTE OF MONEY!!

The subscription plan is terrible, pay for a plan to only get 30 companies profiles? One might use that in 2days. Imagine there is a plan where u can only play 300songs in Spotify for a month. Further than that, on the next month refresh, if you browse back some of the profile, it will reduce your quota. And many smaller companies have limited data, which leads to incorrect information.

Being an Australian company it is disappointing to find that Simply Wall St doesn't provide franking credit nor provide Tax reports similar to Navexa and Sharesight. It also doesn't provide Total Return Checker (share checker) tool similar to sharesight but still charges way more than other competitors. Divitracker on android provide unlimited auto dividend tracking at cost of $1.5 / months and provide solid portfolio tracking information. All in all not value for money compared to others.

The moment I updated to the latest version, is the moment I came to no longer like this app, if not for the current version I would have given it five stars, I can no longer do anything without an ad popping out, This app used to be the best, now it's the worst overnight

there's no way to delete a symbol from the watchlist once you add it, you can only add a symbol to watchlist but no delete, very strange, I finally found the delete bottom, it's hidden behind a very light and small 3 dots that's very hard to see, this is definitely not WCAG compliant and not very intuitive UI

free version has been restricted even more whilst the number of pop ups and emails about discounted plans has increased. I was thinking of the paid version but these actions make me think otherwise. quite a shame.

(update, help! before and after Android update. portfolio doesnt load up)... This app has got better and better over time. Now with trading accounts able to automatically link is a dream. I've been paying for the full version for a couple of years now or so. For the first time recently, I emailed support, and they were fast and resolved my stupidly. 100% recommended

I can't believe they expect you to PAY for this app. Simple things like saving your portfolio name doesn't even work. Integration only works with a small set of brokers, it's in beta so that fine. The biggest issue is if you try to manually enter your transactions, entering in the *exact* amount and price paid, the math comes out WRONG and doesn't match what's on my broker's site. This app doesn't get simple things right like saving your portfolio name and simple multiplication math is wrong.
