ANZ app for years and years are really normal. I only use the app to see the balance and the truth is at my age I really enjoy going in and out off branches because those are the people in our community who work hard their whole life only to be changed by the new system digital, it's fast, efficient, it developing, but really unsociable. It's really lonely.
A very dependable app. I have never had any problems. Accounts are easy to link and see.
I didn't think it was possible, but the muppets at ANZ corporate have deployed and even more unstable version of the ANZ white app. 2 days before leaving the country, I can not access the app or my money, and neither can my wife 😤 WTAF ! is there a fix? The issue just says update the open and around in the loop. blue screen and won't even load, and YES, my phone is up to date. Many thanks for the assistance.
The app is nice but it doesn't save the account details of person I'm transferring money. I need to enter the every single details everytime. It's such a basic, have I disabled this feature accidentally?
hardly ever wants to open. constantly loading even after a fresh install. edit. if this happens restart your phone. works just like normal
Where is the Transfer button for Andriod user? I've installed and uninstalled this app multiple times on my Samsung S25 Ultra and for the life of me cannot find the most basic TRANSFER button to make payments or transfer money between offset and home loan account. The AI tech support keeps referring to this mysterious TRANSFER button that does not exist in the app. Most frustrating.
it's okay. kinda slow on Android compared to iPhone. also no dark mode on Android but iPhone gets it? but the major missing feature is no notifications. you're the only big 4 bank to not offer this on their app which is sad. editing this to add that the pull to refresh seems to do literally nothing whether on the home screen or in a specific account. the account balance won't update until you log out and in which defeats the purpose.
Can't copy paste transaction details. can't transfer from home loan. chat help difficult to copy transaction and other details to chat window, get asked many questions to provide details have to manually type in which is slow and annoying. If you make a payment from the app, then the payment receipt doesn't show up in your payment history, the list goes on
In a digital world it's inexcusable how behind the ANZ app is. I have banked with 7 different banks and ALL of them allowed descriptions for internal account transfers. Now when reviewing my accounts and scheduled transactions I have no idea what they're for as only the amount appears. This should be a standard feature. Also the home loan details should include the actual & estimated amount of years left based on how much you have saved for transparency. The robot chat feature is also useless.
I'm a returning anz customer wanting to update my details through the app but the app keeps sending me to a page to install the anz plus account when I click on Personal. I have no alternate option.
Miserable. I needed to renew my online banking password to complete registration, but when I clicked on 'can't remember password' option, it said it would send a message to my phone. I tried many, many times. No result, no text with secret number to put in the box. Nobody at home. Useless. I'm giving up on the app.
I had used this for years but I had just requested account closure and when I went to look at how much I owe on my last statement, I was greeted with downloading ANZ plus. Thinking must be a new App. I was tricked into signing up for a transaction account. What an evil practice.and it should be reported to the ombudsman.
my app was working perfectly fine for a long time and all of a sudden it keeps asking me to re-enter my crn, password and code verification but straight after entering the code it's forced closed. I'm so disappointed it's a hassle everyday I have to go to the internet browser on my phone to do my banking instead of just using the app which was easier and quicker.
Still hasn't fixed the problem of not showing the balance summary screen when viewing recently used apps! Android. Still not fixed years later. Get off your arses and fix this!!!
Terrible app for way too many reasons. The automated chat support is terrible. I've logged into the app and I still have to login AGAIN to see my email address. The Accounts screen shows you one account at the top and then a list at the bottom. The two sections work differently though. Accounts don't have the same names as Internet Banking. There's no option to call from the app already authenticated. You can only send a message. Stupid ANZ Plus button at the bottom does nothing!
Using the app to dispute a transaction; takes you into the generic messaging system rather than a task-specific pipeline, then the ai immediately hands it off to a human team who ask me for personal details without specifying whether that's for a security check or updating my profile details. If it's some form of security check why not just use two-factor authentication?
my account transactions are changing on a regular basis, from disappearing payments to editional edited names and bank details from my pay to list. I have ran up ANZ over 10 times in the last 6 months to discuss these issues and i only found out recently when going into the anz brank thenselves that not one phone call was recorded or noted only the 3 complaints i made afterwards. I've called both ANZ numbers, and still nothing has been recorded on my profile saved with ANZ. please help me
Anz need to fix the notification issues within the app! I cannot get a simple app notification when I receive money, every other bank have notifications on there apps with no issues just a simple click on or off but anz have failed to delivery this to its customers!
This app was once easy to install I had issues with it over the last few weeks so I deleted it and tried to reinstall and its been a nightmare Worst still is no technical advice because you can only message as bank no longer answers calls and refers you back to the customer help app that you are having trouble with anyway..
Normally a banking app makes it easier to contact customer services as they have already verified you. ANZ instead chooses to make it an even more Byzantine operation, sending you to a message system that is operated 20 minutes a day. They have a call center but the app doesn't tell you about this for some reason.
