Only issue is when you have to fill in your electricity meter number every time. I'd like to save it and then top up from a drop down menu. Otherwise it's a very efficient app and has improved over time.

I've been using FNB from 2013, I gotta say this is the best banking app ever. Very easy to navigate and user-friendly. I love the fact that when using the app and you're stuck somewhere where you might need a clarification the FNB agents will call you in less than 24 hours to assist you. And for that..... is a 10/10 💯

I've been using the FNB app for a while now, and it has truly made managing my finances so much easier. The interface is clean, modern, and very user-friendly. I can easily check my balances, make payments, buy airtime, and transfer money in just a few taps.

I want to able to transfer money from any savings account to any other, instead of having to transfer it to a main account first.I would also greatly appreciate the ability to turn on or off the "Balance" of each account. To show only the available amount.I have noticed that not all of my transactions going through the acc are visible on the transactions history.Please fix,it causes a lot of confusion.

Sometimes this app can drive you crazy, I spent more then 10 mins the other day just to find where to buy airtime, and it turned out it was so bedazzeled with bright pictures, my mind automatically thought it was an ad, and disregarded it for far too many times. Some aspects are great though, like the 400 character password you need, when 5 digits is far superior. The millions of things you have you scroll as soon as you input your pasword, so yeah great I tell ya.

please fix your app's authentication process, it's absolutely terrible. I have to stretch my arms out like I'm Mr Fantastic to get the distance right and somehow hold my arm still in the process, while it takes two months to recognise me.

Extremely bad app functionality with S25 Ultra. When ever do you guys plan on fixing the app functionality in regards to the S25 Ultea fone? My app does not allow me to do anything. I can't link my phone to my account with geolocation, It says successfull and a few seconds later it says failed. I can't use the app on my phone! Even when doing secured chat, I get pop up msgs from the service advisors when I chat but in the chat window there is nothing going on. The app is horrible!

The secure chat is really just terrible. I never get my query resolved and the customer feedback always times out. The customer service really is just getting worse and worse as FNB tries to squeeze more profit out of everything and cutting corners to save.

The app hasn't been working for a while now...perhaps a month or longer. FNB, SORT THIS OUT ASAP! In response...the app is still not working and I've received no feedback from that email address.

I'm closing my account asap. I don't know why people think this is so great, it is not. Its cluttered, buggy as hell, and intrusive like I can't believe. I changed biometric finger prints and boom it gets automatically disabled and I forget my password. No problem do the selfie right... Right....???!!! No. Im standing like a fkn idiot staring at a screen. I flipping hate this app and this bank.

difficult to navigate. needs too much information just add a beneficiary. segregates customers e.g Tap to pay us not available for Android because they partnered with Google wallet. shows account number but won't show card number, you have to physically check your card. why have an app if it'll just make you life difficult

horrendous experience every time I need to do my income tax. Statement names are too long, causing phone to misbehave. Struggled to email to myself, could not upload to Google Drive. struggle struggle struggle It also gives 3 months statements for my homeloan so I always find myself in need of past transaction for which there is not a statement yet, and you cannot download or share the transaction history which means I need to use the browser Internet banking to get those few transactions

Banking chat is a waste of time they will make you wait for 30 minutes before they attend to you and give you 5 minutes to respond or you placed at the back of the queue. A few years later and still the chat is useless. opened a business call account on app. had to call you guys multiple times. the support person says they emailing a form that never comes the chat guys are useless cant help. why have the option to open an account when I still have to call then wait weeks??

I'm endlessly frustrated with constantly getting stuck in the "Just for you" page and having the X button or "continue to banking" NOT WORKING! This happens more often than not with having to restart the app multiple times. Please fix it! I don't care about these offers and want to do banking! I left this review in zmarch 2025,its July and the marketing page is still problematic! I've tried to opt out and this is STILL the landing page for the app. I want to bank. I don't care about marketing!

The face scanning does not work in low light. makes the app completely useless when traveling. I can no longer pay salaries due to this idiot limitation. Thanks bright sparks... Now in mobile situations you are forced to use a laptop... extremely frustrating.

what a useless bank they became. Bank and Application was the best ever 10 years ago! But the amount of issues I had with business banking this year is not fun. latest they reject real-time payments without calling me first. Will definitely move my business to Capitec where I have receive much better service for my other business.

Has to be the worst experience when trading, shares zero is so full of bugs. Every second screen give you the system unavailable when trying to trade. oh and getting you cash back into your normal accounts is also stupidly difficult. Transaction history is very delayed. save yourself from this so called banking app, if you want to trade use LUNO

Never knew this app could get worse. The most unreliable banking app I've had from 4 different ones. More "system unavailable" errors than anything else. Always limited functionality & ebucks problems, too much of a headache to deal with complaining all the time when monitoring should have picked up problems, you would expect someone to fix it but nothing. Seems like the broken features could stay for years, been a year for me already. Probably logged more issue's than the entire QA department

4 years later and my review maintains it's 1 star. This app has given me more "system unavailable" in 1 month than others gave me in 3 years. Not to mention the Sunday maintenance headache. Not being able to access your account while abroad and no access to your virtual card details is frustrating. This app needs to be able to work even when the data connection is weak. Some of us travel through Africa where signal strength is at best 3g, but we still need access to banking.

Was a good and easy app to use. Now my accounts are all piled in to one section. Clerk told me that my phone was not verified, we checked and it was verified. My accounts are all still bunched together. Also Stupid that you cant turn off the popups or whatever it is that comes up when you log in, would much more prefer to just get to my accounts when login in, instead off pressing "got it" first. Make it the user's choice
