📖 Pangobooks has made it EASY for me to buy used books at a discounted price! You can also sell your surplus to make room another great read. You can browse for books using any criteria you want. You can search by title, author, or keywords! If you prefer a more open-ended browsing experience, you can search by genre. (PangoBooks also makes it easy for anyone to start a book reselling side hustle if desired!) However, this is definitely a go-to if you're mainly focused on buying books like me!
I enjoy using this business. it's a great place to find books for cheap and in new or excellent condition. If you sell books, you can deposit the money or use it to expand your library by buying books from other sellers which is what I do. If you ever have an issue with buying or selling, the customer service is fantastic so you always have the comfort of buying or selling without worry. I always recommend them to people I know and other book groups because you cant go wrong using Pango!
I have bought a couple books off of here and have had nothing but good experiences! The sellers I have purchased from are very nice, provide very fast shipping, and the books were genuinely in the most perfect condition one could ask for! If you are looking for more affordable books without having to go to used book stores & thrift stores all the time, Pango is absolutely the way to go!! (I am 100% a verified purchaser)
I like pango a lot however the app is having issues where I have to use my data plan instead of wifi. Also buying books is very expensive. Like some people are saying... Better to buy somewhere else than on this app. Rare books I understand but generally most of the books I can buy for a cheaper price on Amazon! And no this isn't the sellers fault with pricing. Shipping is automatically calculated by the app from what I've seen.
The app is generally good and easy to use but I've realized that sometimes it doesn't save changes I make to my store listings. I have to close out of the app entirely and then restart it for any changes to be saved correctly - which can be a hassle when I'm trying to update several listings in one sitting. I've also found that I can't read/access some messages. Luckily, I was able to email customer service about this but now I forever have a ghost notification of a message I can never read.
