I have always loved this app, but lately it will not open anything. It loads and loads and loads and then says retry. I used to reset it by closing the app and now that does nothing. You need to fix this issue. I spent 20 minutes trying to open up my favorite stories to see there have been any updates. I gave up after 20 minutes of load and retry. I am missing chapters even though they have already been published. Fix this!!!!!!!
this app is incredible, or at least it used to be, last update was last year so I kinda wonder if they will delete it. lately when I'm listening to something it cuts off/stops and after 5 seconds the audio setting just goes away, so i have to restart the audio. sometime if not most, books take their time to load up, I can't even listen to books anymore without being interrupted, need to have the phone on hand to rewind a sentence or a paragraph which defeats the purpose of audio
The App once was great but three days ago it stopped being able to be launched at all even after reinstalling. It started with being unable to access the library function four days ago, and after clearing cached data it stopped being able to be launched. I loved this app because it gave me more variety in my reading material during travel, but I guess those are memories now. I hope this helps! Edit: The app is now functional once again and I can once again read on it once more.
I very rarely use the app anymore. It still struggles a lot with loading. The placement of the option bar at the end for favoriting or sharing the story is inconvenient if you're on an android. You have to change your system settings on your phone to have access and even then it's still not a guarantee that you're gonna be able to easily save or share the story.
I have been trying to delete stories from favorites but nothing happens. Also when trying to read stories Mrs chapters or doesn't take me to the ones that I haven't read yet. also I'm having issues trying to log in. I asked for a password reset and am being asked for a code when I've never received a code. these issues need to be fixed immediately.
