Great app! I use it to check my balance and also to lock my card so it can't be used. Every time I go shopping, I like the ability to unlock it for half an hour, one hour, or a couple of hours so I can do my shopping and pay for everything. Then the card automatically relocks, so no purchases can be made without me unlocking it.
The app works about 90% of the time ok. The 10% of the time it didnt work was inconvenient, as i was ready to pay for something and i got "server error". But usually you can login via web browser and all is ok. App is good for checking transaction history + locking/unlocking card. I wish the auto-relock was 5 or 10 min. Not 30 min. Also, app support is difficult to contact. So minus 2 stars for the server errors and inability to contact app support
Updating my review. Useless!I've not been able to use the app because I keep getting an error that says " there is an error when decrypting the data". This app has become useless. The app shows my balance and transactions as it should. Therefore, I rated it 3 stars. It's meh... But right now, EBT benefit theft is raging due to cards being cloned or skimmed. Please consider adding an option to lock or freeze the card to prevent theft. If it had that feature, it would be a 5 star app!
It is nice to keep track of what you have left without having to call the phone number and go through that hassle, but one of a few issues I have is it does not show you offers for jobs, housing, and other things that other apps have done. I would switch back but ever since I signed up for this one it won't let connect back to the other app.
App will not work for me. For the past 6 months I have tried time & time again to log in. I know my login info is correct because it works on the actual website. But on the app, it says Error every time. I have tried to uninstall & re-download the app many times... that doesn't help. The app is useless if it won't allow people to log in. I keep giving it a chance, thinking maybe the issue has been fixed. It has not.
