How do I Use Zwift App?

Assuming you have already downloaded the app and created an account, here are instructions on how to use the Zwift app.

Start by selecting a route or course to ride. You can do this by scrolling through the options on the main screen, or by searching for a specific route in the search bar. Once you have selected a route, the app will take you to a screen with all of the relevant information about that route, including elevation, distance, and estimated ride time.

Next, select a start time for your ride. This can be either in the future or the present. If you select a future start time, the app will count down until it is time for your ride to begin.

Once you have selected a start time, you will be taken to your rider profile page. Here, you can enter information about yourself, including your weight, height, and power output (in watts). This information is used to calculate your virtual speed on the Zwift platform.

Once you have entered all of your information and are ready to begin riding, click the “RIDE” button at the bottom of your screen. This will take you to the Zwift platform, where you will see your avatar riding along the chosen route. The app will track your progress and display it on screen in real-time.
