How to use VA Video Connect Mobile App?

1. Download the VA Video Connect mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Open the app and select “Sign Up” to create an account.

3. Enter your name, email address, and create a password.

4. Select “Create Account” to complete the registration process.

5. Log in to the app using your email address and password.

6. Select “Schedule an Appointment” to set up a video visit with your VA provider.

7. Enter the appointment details, including the date and time of the appointment.

8. Select “Confirm Appointment” to complete the scheduling process.

9. On the day of your appointment, open the VA Video Connect app and select “Join Appointment”.

10. Enter the appointment code provided by your VA provider and select “Join”.
