For the last few months the app hardly works. when I try to watch a show, from home, on Xfinity wifi sometimes it doesn't load. sometimes there are multiple glitches where the show pauses and has to load again. I recently traveled and could not watch anything on wifi. this had never happened. we pay TOO MUCH MONEY for cable to not be able to watch the shows remotely.
EDIT: 6.25.26: this app won't play at all. I've cleared cache, restarted, etc. it just won't work. I'm going to uninstall it, and stick to watching on my laptop. simply doesn't work. AT ALL. Original edited review: have to either try again at another time, or the next day. Occasionally acts better after I restart the phone, but that's a pain. It should just work. This is at home, connected to Comcast. I see reading other reviews here that this is a known issue. WHY DON'T YOU FIX IT THEN Y'ALL.
Works about 30% of the time. Most of my issues consist of never being able to actually load the TV show when I hit play, and then the other half is Chromecast. Sometimes it can't find the device and other times it finds it and then connects, and when I hit play it wheel of deaths me and disconnects eventually. I literally get flash backs to dial up, but at least dial up eventually connected. This app has no such luck.
App works periodically. Works inconsistently with streaming devices like Chromecast where other apps (YouTube, Netflix) stream flawlessly from my Android device. Not great. Update with continued low rating - the app remains buggy and inconsistent. I attempted to stream a movie that included commercials... bad idea. The commercials were non-stop and repetitive, the movie restarted causing me to fast forward, triggering more commercials and then skipped ahead.
dude ads, every time you close your phone ads, every time you fast forward or rewind you get a full set of ads before and after you do either and the server, every time you close a movie, rewound to before the nearest ad, to fastforward 2 sets of ads 1 before and 1 after. in 3 hours I was able to watch 30 mins of mortal Kombat because I had stuff to do so I paused the video, too bad, rewind ad... are you kidding me. no. absolutely not fix that. 0 stars if I could. 0 why do u think you have 2.9
