Subscibed for 1 week & contacted customer service via email to cancel b/c I could not through app. They refused to cancel, saying I could only cancel through the app & sent me to pages that did not exist. They asked for screenshots. The app does not allow screenshots. Was told to get another phone to take a screenshot of my phone. UBELIEVABLE. I finally cancelled and they illegally billed me 4 more times in April for a total of $146. Had to dispute the charges with Visa. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.
Don't install or subscribe to the membership, once you pay the first time with Google play they change to a website and make almost impossible to cancel the subscription. There is not option in the app to cancel the subscription. I don't think this is not a good practice almost forcing the user to keep the membership. The option to cancel the membership is not available in Google Play.
I downloaded this app, because, the story didn't seem to bad. However, after I downloaded it I realized that you are not allowed to watch the entire video unless you pay. You can watch ads, however, there is a limit of five on those. It stated that in an aloted amount of time that you can start watching more ads to continue watching, but, the vidio doesn't continue, it keeps repeating the same part over and over, unless you pay more money. I find this app very expensive and disappointing.
Pricing for paid subscriptions is ridiculous. $20 for a week or $200 for a year. All the major streaming services offer much better content at much better prices. Technically you can unlock episodes by watching ads, but barely. Trying to watch a series with 70 episodes, I was able to watch 8 episodes totaling less than 12 minutes of content before I hit the daily limit for ad-based unlocking (5 episodes/day for one ad each, plus 3 more for coins earned from daily check-in plus 8 more coin ads)
You get the first 5 (less than a minute) episodes for free, then you have to watch an ad for another <1 minute section. Even coming back the next day, you get to rewatch the last episode you saw, then watch more ads. But only 5 per day, and there are over 50 episodes in even the shortest story I've found! The other option is paying for points, but those won't get you far either. $5 will be gone in under 10 episodes. Don't waste your time with this app. Same app over a year later. Trash
