This company is very good, why? Well, for starters, if you have an emergency like you need tires, this is the right company i recommend. I was approved on the spot and got myself four new tires. They did a good job. The only catch is, they only give you, i think, 100 days to pay off the loan if not, you are responsible to pay with high interest.
This place always saves me. When I don't have money in hand or just don't want to pay right away. I just get on here and get a payment loan and pay once a month.
Can count on it when need be. Options to pay loan only are available and should be used. Fast and courteous help when I spoke with representative.
They're Great instantly helped me on purchase of 4 brand new tires no credit check. Just a current ID, SSN, and bank account.
So far so good. I've been approved at a local Auto Mechanic Shop. If the checkout process is complete with the same simplicity as the application and approval, I will highly recommend Snap to friends and family.
This is for SNAP LOANS, not snap finance! This app is pretty sleek and streamlined and gives me all the same info as the website. I got tired of trying to find the site over and over so I finally downloaded the app. Will update when I finally use it to make a payment.
Hay App Developer! I had 22 years in I.T. a chunk of that time was in Web Dev. Someone limited the characters on the App to 14? My Login on the Web is 23 characters. Please change the character count to 30, because 30 is a good long password, and make sure you have them use ALL the Special Characters. I'll edit my stars once the change is implemented. Thank You! why two different apps for the same company? I got a loan before through snap finance for the exact same auto repair shop. this time, it looks like I have to download a different app. Edit: I gave an extra star because you responded. Please explain why there are 2 different apps for the same company? I finally figured out how to set it up on this app. Why did I have to use this one instead of the app I used the 1st time. the average rating says it all.
What a terrible application. I have a snap account and give it correct information on which it says is not correct.
Just pay online, I finally uninstalled after trying to log in a million times!! So frustrating!! I finally created a username and password online, but the app asks for email or phone, not username AND the password line in the app does not have enough character spaces to use the password I created online. So the app just keeps giving me an error message saying that my account already exists if I try to create a new one. Literally the worst app I have ever used!
Don't use them. They're a ripoff. The application won't login claiming that my information does not exist, and the website won't take my payment.
Horrible, don't even use this for any financial reasons. They don't explain anything, customer service is Horrible. Their interest is insane and will triple charge you plus insane interest rates.
Does not let you log in. Asked snap operator, there is no app. Why is this app here its fraudulent and wrong to have on store? Could you see what this app is doing and possibly collecting and stealing personal information google. To anyone do not download!!!!!
EXTREMELY BAD IDEA TO GET THEM FOR LOAN! THEY CHEAT IF YOU'RE IN THE 100 DAY PAY OFF AND IF YOU CONTINE PAYING, THEY RACE THE BALANCE DAILY!! FEELS LIKE YOU'LL NEVER END PAYING THEM! I've been on the phone multiple times, nothing was done. It's Insane, balance increses daily!!!
Awful. No stars. Can't log in on here. App is buggy and won't stop insisting I use a phone number to log in when I put email in. Or visa versa with me doing so it asks for Gmail.
The app has not updated my account in more than 2 months. I have no reciepts of my payments beyond my credit card transaction history. I would like to know how much I owe, but apparently, paying for app support is too much for this financial institution.
Trash app but good company paid off lease after a few hours of getting loan didn't feel like risking anything after reading the comments. Btw you know yall have "email" instead of "user name" for your app login right, I mean how does that work if everyone used a username via online.. 😂

This app is misleading when it comes to making early payments cause I paid more than half of what I owed then when my payment was scheduled and it still took out the full amount and when I called customer service they said basically yeah don't trust the app you still have to make your full amount payments even though you paid all your money towards it.
You cannot link a loan account to this app because Snap Finance does not use it. This was told to me by a representative. They couldn’t answer why they have an app they don’t use. Do not waste your time.
When I try to log in it just keep saying try again. Unsuccessful never allowed me to link account
Sign in won’t work on website and app doesn’t even recognize my email which I know is correct because I have past emails linked to snap payments. Awful app.
I downloaded the app to make payments more conveniently, however I cannot login to my account. It gives me a error saying my information is invalid. I know that my credentials I’m inputting are correct because I am able to login in on the website. Please fix, this would be so much more convenient for users to utilize the app.
Website works perfectly fine. I am able to sign into the app but it does not allow me to link my account. I copy the account from the website and enter on app. It doesn’t recognize and gives a message to try again or contact lender. Doesn’t make sense. Please fix app. It is so much better to utilize than having togo on the website.
the first loan I pay on time every week and pay full amount on time too the second time same thing every week pay on time always pay on time and then I try to apply for the third time and they don’t approve me i don’t understand why I’ll pay them everything full term and every week on time and when I try to apply for the third time they don’t approve me so really bad experience and to much interest if you don’t pay on time the full term they charge you doble if the loan is $3000 and you don’t pay before the 90 days you have to pay doble more then doble so please don’t apply with this company I don’t recommend it worst worst worst company
WARNING! I tried logging into this app and was told I needed an account number. When I got ahold of Snap, they basically said things that indicated to me that this app has nothing to do with their services as offered on their website. Checking the other reviews, I'm led to believe that this app is suspect at best, and possibly not legit. If it IS legit, but isn't working properly, it should be fixed or removed; and if not, it should be taken down completely.
Snap finance is still ripping people off. I did a 100 day same as cash, only to find out I have to pay an additional 75.00 for doing the 100 days same as cash... Same as cash means that you pay the same amount as you would if you payed in cash. They claim only certain stores do the additional fee, but they don't or won't tell you upfront so that the customer can make an informed decision on if they want to complete the transaction or not. I find what they are doing to be very scammish like.
