Love eating a Mooyah but the app needs some improvements Timed coupons are bs and it makes no sense you then can't use online coupons after activating in-store coupons. Also, placed an order for pickup when I meant for it to be delivered. I immediately tried to hit the cancel button, but it wouldn't allow it. So why even have a cancel button? I called the restaurant to cancel the pick up order since I was placing the order agaib for delivery and they still charged for the pickup order anyway.
The app works for ordering ahead or in the restaurant, but using rewards that you've redeemed does not work. After redeeming a reward and getting a 30 minute timer, you'll be told that you simply can't redeem it when checking out. Otherwise, the app works well.
I had $31 in rewards that I tried using in-store. The app wouldn't allow me to redeem in store. I updated the app to see if that would help, and I went from $31 in ready to use funds, to having 56 "points" after the update, which is now worth less than a soda. I used to go here because the rewards were cool, but now there's like no point.
Compared to McDonald's & Panera, it is usable, but clunky in comparison, to navigate, select, etc. Based on that it would be three stars. But have to drop a start because, once I got everything sorted out, I went to place the order and discovered that it doesn't accept MooYah's *own* branded gift cards as payment? Seriously?!
I'm really disappointed I order sweet potato fries, when I received them there is no sweet potato seasoning on them I go to counter and ask if I can have some an also some honey,I was informed that both were discontinued, can't believe it that what makes them great Sweet potato fries ,I would have never ordered if I would have known. Customer Service was excellent
The first time I tried to use it the app to order pick up, it immediately rejected my order twice in a row and caused my card to flag as fraud. If the store I'm ordering from can't take app orders, there should be a warning shown before it tries to charge customers cards causing them to sit on the phone with their banks to get a fraud flag lifted. Poor planning and testing.
Crashes, riddled with issues, I can't see the order menu most of the time, it can't find any locations near my using the city or zip code, when I press back while placing an order and it will delete everything from the cart any I'll have to start over.
App never gave me the sign up promo. Seems like they are scamming with ads on Facebook to get people to sign up to boost numbers. Terrible experience when I got to the store as well. They refused to help even after I showed the Facebook ad If I were you, I'd stay far away from these scammers, at least if you don't like being lied to.
Limiting redemption of coupons is not a good system. I've earned 175 points, I should be able to use all of those in one order. making me come back tomorrow for JUST fries is horrible business practice. Change this feature to earn a 5 star review.
App does not allow you to add more than one type of item in cart. When hitting "add to cart" on secondary item. It's confirms that it's added to your cart on bottom of screen, but the app does not actually add the item to your cart. Using galaxy s22 ultra
Worst app I've ever used. Doesnt let me apply the coupon it offers me....I'm required to use this app unless I wanna wait until I arrive at the restaurant to place my order. As the store informed me they dont do Togo orders on the phone. When I try to upload a credit card there is no save button. Then I try to scan the credit card that doesn't work worth a damn either creates a green box on the screen but never does anything. Doesnt offer a cash payment option. Never could place my order.
I have never had a more unreliable app downloaded. It either won't load, wont let you choose your order, won't let you check out until you login(already logged in), and can't even log out to try to fix it. I have no idea why they have an app when you can't use it 90% of the time.
Total Mess. Extremely unintuitive. Even though I'm logged into the app the web viewer that loads the ordering website thinks I'm not logged in. It won't let me redeem rewards as a result. It also forces me to search for locations EVERY time I load the app and want to make an order.
This app is awful. Please developers have a look at McDonald's app. That's a good app. Today I accidentally ordered 2 lunches because the app locked up while it was getting directions. It didn't give me an indication that the order went through so I restarted and submitted my order. My CC app then notified me that I placed 2 orders. Luckily my coworker wanted a cheeseburger combo. Theapp keeps saying dining in is not available at my location but when I get there there are many Open tables.
App will not move past confirming my information when I connect to Facebook. So I can't speak to how the app works. I already uninstalled and reinstalled it and I'm not really interested in repeating that and can't back out. Maybe if I force quit but again I'm just not that interested. Too much hassle for free fries. Also, just as a side note, despite their website connecting to Facebook perfectly and importing my name correctly (with the apostrophe it has in it) the app is incapable. Lame.
They didn't honor the Free Fries. When you click redeem it says to be inside the store when you use it. I went in the store to pickup my order and they said I had to add it to my order...but I wasn't given the option on the app. Also, I didnt recieve any points even though I ordered and paid through the App. I won't be using it again, it's too clunky and isn't user friendly.
Useless app! I had an account a while back and tried to retrieve it. It doesn't send me a password rest link to my email and when I try to creat a new account, it doesn't allow me to reuse my phone number. It should at least offer to rest the password through my phone number if it's not sending a link to my email. Now I remember why I deleted the app in the first place. Looks decent performs poorly
I am horribly frustrated - downloaded app to my phone but everytime I open it I get a popup for store locater. I can't get past this; nothing happens when I tap it. Tried uninstallin and re-installing app but same result. I would like to try Mooyah and the rewards are great, but NOT if I'm unable to use the app. Feedback would be appreciated. Tried to order online tonite but waited too late. Closest location closes at 8:45 and is at least 20 minutes away.
