Not Bad ... Not bad a all. I gave it 4 ⭐ purely because it freezes sometimes. That may be my internet connection or the app, don't know which. Other than that it's great. I dislike the adverts but hey I can put up with them. A great app with plenty of choice so for that I'm very happy. Easy to navigate and pick up from where you may have left before.
edit to say: it got worse. crashes all the time. when i stop watching something and then i go to start my program again it starts me 3-4 episodes back. not bad but if you click out of your program then try to go back to watch it, you have to watch almost 3 minutes of adverts again!! even if you have JUST watched them! ffs im watching more adverts than program at this rate.
Very frustrating. it doesn't remember where you were up to in the programme and starts at the beginning every time. I have to scroll to locate my place, and watch a bunch of adverts before I can even confirm I'm at the right place. if I'm wrong, more scrolling and more adverts. it's taking 3 - 5 minutes before I can start watching again, every time! I'm trying to watch 10 - 20 minutes here and there on my break, and spending more time scrolling and watching ads than the programme
Gives ads in random places, it literally cuts off the show half way thrpugh a scene, instead of at least letting the scene finish. But the worst thing is definitely how slow the app is, it's horrendous! I press a button and nothing happens. Press it again, still nothing. Eventually, it will do something, but it shouldn't be this difficult to manoeuvre through the app, just to find something to watch - fix it!
Can I give 0 stars? TOTALLY unwatchable. Was fine until about 2 weeks ago, now constantly buffers. I've paid for premium, but get a short promo ad before show starts. Amazingly, these always play perfectly, so it's not my Internet. But for the show you get 1 frame, maybe a second of audio and then an endless buffering loop (on Firestick). Clearing cache, forcing stop, reinstalling - all make no difference. Avoid - which is a shame as they have some great shows. DO BETTER, IT'S 2025, NOT 1995!
