Why isn't there a Spotify for music videos?? This is the only service that comes close with live concerts. Searching for content is easy. Best feature is the ability to add one track from a concert to a playlist.

Android version has been corrected!! Thank you thank you and resubbing!! They corrected the tracks and resume and it's looking and functioning great!! New app sucks!! Can't resume or jump to track. Lost all the good features. Biggest disappointment. Support says will fix but it's been a months!! Go back to the old version PLEASE. Wish I never renewed my subscription. Update: Still sucks 👎 Over a year and NO improvements. CANCELLED

With concert streaming, there are a few hidden gems to be found on Qello. I purchased the annual subscription, which was going for half price - sadly, it's not worth £9.99pm for its limited content. The company has so much potential in terms of streaming, not only concerts, but theatre productions and more. The app needs some work in terms of the 'Search' bar, as it keeps going to the main menu, everytime I add 2 letters.

Nice service, has US, Latin music and music for others too. It would be nice to be able to play the concerts, but be able to minimize or keep playing the music while on lock screen. The price for the year subscription could be less, $99+tax 😞

After going from Stingray Qello to Qello Concerts by Stingray I'm missing the feature to set separate songs as favorites. Also just realised that on the mobile phone I can only play full concerts (can't see which songs are in it). At least the TV app still let's me play the individual songs.

Sadly the new look app version on android comes with a lot less features than the "old" version.. Curated playlists missing, concerts have to be played in full, nav is a joke. You guys know that sucks for users... why put it out half baked.. get a grip...

Underwhelming: A 7 day trial is a joke. My sense is that I already own much of the content that is available in the rock category ... so it is a massive fail for lack of content and a horrible value. I'll stick with Spotify and YT Music. The App sucks too as per the comments in other reviews.

Just downloaded to watch an upcoming live show... No live show tab like they claim to have. Can't find any way to cancel before I'm charged. Worst functionality ever, not user friendly. I'm beyong annoyed. Don't waste your time.

I should have read this before I downloaded and entered the code! It seems there's been multiple problems with Android and the system I run an Android 12 on a new tablet device I just got to run around by the contact ! When I try to watch a concert I turn it sideways for the full view on auto-rotate and it keeps flipping back and forth and I don't have any problem with any of my gaming or any other app device for auto-rotate it's only this qpp! So.plz fix it

Recent update caused some content to disappear. Tech support says they no longer support app on "old" Sony Bravia TV's and deny they don't remove concerts. My tv is a 2020 sony, so this makes no sense. An example- Radiohead-no longer avail on the phone app on my s20 OR my new Sony Bravia tv. Im not a programmer-its odd that the same app on both lost the same content. Also removed-favorites and track feature that allowed you to save your favorite live song vids as a playlist. New qello 👎

This app is a scam! When its time to cancel your subscription be prepared to waste hours of your life, and to be frustrated over the bad step by step instructions. Then they swiched me from monthly to yearly. Still haven't been able to cancel my subscription. This app is a scam

Great concept, but disgusting Company. They need better management. I signed up for a subscription, that included the first 30 days free. I gave them my approved credit card info. I went to watch a concert, and it would not acknowledge my subscription. I spent 2 days sending emails explaining my frustrations. No response. They make it impossible to reach customer service. The help section is useless. I am thoroughly upset with my experience. Do not get sucked into this lousy service.

The transition from Stingray Qello to Qello Concerts removed all curated playlists, a major reason why I have subscribed. Not only major parts of content have been removed, also the app has lost most functionality. The picture and audio quality are very poor. I am still in the first month of my one year prepaid subscription. Very disappointed, I am not getting what I have paid for.

This new app sucks. No longer can you navigate by looking at an alphabetically sorted listing. If the is a way it isn't very intuitive how to get to it. There aren't any track listings on the show or the ability to select a song. There seems to be be far less content too.

Horrible app. On Android tv version, video is jittery and lags after about 30 seconds. On Android phone (pixel 3 XL) can't access my account or save concerts to "my Q". The selection is fine but way too many issues. Unwatchable on Android tv. Not an internet or device issue, all other apps work just fine. I have reached out through email and have yet to receive a response. Waste of time. Save yourself the aggrevation and stay away from this app.
