This is actually a comment on the fire stick app. Hope a dev sees this. The music video feature is a problem, if you are going to have it as a feature there needs to be an option to have it not default to it. Most people put music on because they want to listen to something, not watch something. I'll often listen from the other room and every time a song with a video comes on its a mess. Either an obtrusive edit in the video by the artist, or there is a substantial drop in volume due to the vid

Amazon music unlimited has millions of songs to listen to, which is awesome. But, the app has alot of glitches and problems that the techs haven't been able to fix. The newest glitch is that every time I open the app, once I begin listening to music, I have to go back to the settings, and click on the equalizer to get my custom sound. I have to do this every time. This is a new glitch, as I didn't have to keep doing this before.

Okay so .... Yes this app will have your music that you need and the quality is good. They have enough music to have what you want. However when it comes to the functionality of the app that's where things arnt so good. For instance when you go to your library and pick an artist or an album, there's a bug where when you back out and want to pick a different artist or album. The app doesn't load up the album, song or artist you picked. That's MAJOR,no one wants to listen to the same song all day

Good service, terrible app. It's so randomly broken, you never know when something is going to work and when it isn't. Playlists are terrible. The feature to Thumbs Up songs as you listen appears and disappears as it wants. Want to delete a song from you playlist? Be careful how you do it. The app may decide to keep that song, and duplicate everything in the playlist. There are not enough characters here to detail all the problems. I'm considering another service due to this app alone.

Used to be a good app, the last month or so I'll be listening to music in my soundtracks and after a couple of songs it freezes up and skips even with excellent signal. I also used to hear a variety of songs mixed in with things I already liked and now it does a rotation of about 20 songs. I've cleared my history, deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing has helped. The thumbs down button has also disappeared.
