Absolutely fantastic app. If you are experienced enough to follow the audio only without having to watch for the movements on the screen, it feels like you have a personal coach. Plenty of great and diverse workouts, from boxing to Muay Thai to MMA. Different combos and different workouts are all aiming to specific goals, which was exactly what I was looking for. Terrific job!! 👌

Great app! Hundreds of voice guided, striking oriented workouts. It's like having a one on one with a coach at your home. Ideal for us who have our gyms closed and want to stay in shape. Maybe I will purchase a subscription later, but for now the free app is more than enough for me.

I honestly love this app, it has very quickly becomes my most recommended app to almost anyone I know haha... I feel like the free version is more than suitable if you're just looking to casually break a sweat. But I'm having a lot of fun with the premium version and think it's totally worth it if you'll stick to it. My only recommendation is more footwork drills would be nice for learning the fundamentals through more advanced footwork drills!

Great app to guide you through a vast array of routines. This goes beyond just boxing as you have the option of adding in some MMA style routines as well with elbow strikes and kicks/knee strikes. I'm also a big fan of having some floor work here and there such as burpees, jumping jacks, and other non-bag sets just to mix things up. Awesome app!

The app is great. But i seem to be having a problem with the ui. In my old phone i used to be able to hear the coaches speak as the workout is progressing, but since i switch to a new phone, no one is coaching while working out, except before strtinf, after the workout, and on breaks. I cant find the settings for this

I have been an avid user now for 3 years. This app has been one of the greatest tools to help me get in shape. I lost 30 lbs and my speed /agility are top notch. I have visible abs and no more dad bod. I use it 3 days a week as one of my cardio sessions. It will greatly increase your endurance and lets be honest who doesn't want to feel like a baddass. I'm a lifer for sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent program. Was not expecting the intensity to be honest, it's way more challenging that i expected . I'm telling this because I'm somewhat fit, years of consistent resistance training and still time by time i get out of breath from these exercises. Anyway props to the devs because workout are clear, concise and the trainer voice really helpful.

First week using PunchLab and I absolutely love it. Workouts are a lot more challenging/engaging than I was expecting. One small complaint: I don't like having to connect a fitness tracker (like Google fit) in order to access workouts. I can ignore post-workout "points" just fine, but for people with eating disorders or compulsive tendencies, it could be a trigger. An option to hide calorie burn and/or option to not connect a tracker would be nice.

Unexpectedly well made workouts. I didn't use an app like this in a while. I got bored of my usual routines and thought I'd give it a shot. I did the "feel the burn 45er". What makes this app unique is the voice of a coach. Other apps usually have text to speech but this really makes it more realistic and pushes you harder. I've been training martial arts for 8 years and i have nothing but the best impressions of this app. Would recommend to people of any level.

Really liking it so far, really slick app. A few points of feedback: 1. There doesn't seem to be a sound to signal the start of the round when using the timer. I think a starting bell would be a great addition, especially for those who use headphones when working out. 2. I cant seem to change my workout preferences since the initial app startup. Not sure if this is possible or if I just cant find the setting. 3. Muay Thai Conditioning 1 has no audio for the last minute of each round. 4. I'd love an option to trial the premium features before buying, if only for a day or two. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic app for all levels of fighters. I am using it for bag work at home for cardio and defense drills and the repetition and guidance is very helpful. Loads of different styles to learn from various instructors and plenty more. Well worth the money in my opinion. 💪

I've only used this a few times so far, but as someone who has been into martial arts and boxing for 40 years now, I can say this is a 0 motivator. The workout routines will get that heart rate up and get you sweating. The coaches talk you through it along the way, and I like how each brings his or her own style to it. So many apps are insanely dull and lack any energy whatsoever. An app should get you pumped up, ready for the next round, ready for the next workout. PunchLab does just that!

Two highs, one low 🥊 Honestly love this app so much! I'm so happy it includes a plan with reminders to get back into a boxing routine. So far I'm happy with the free version. If i wasn't a student in so much debt i would purchase this along with so many other apps. So... 1) i like the personalized workout plans, 2) i like the coaches' voice prompts and encouragements, it feels like they could be live, and 3) i wish it could have music in the background option like in the yoga app downdog.

Great app for boxing. Limited variety for full kickboxing workouts.

The Best in boxing workout app in the market. I love it a lot. Just 1 reservation; the combos aren't really 1 single clip but several clips combined. So jab & right hook & 2 different clips 1 after the other. I'd appreciate if I could see it in 1 singular motion so that I could understand the positions & recoil better. But you still are miles ahead of any other app in the market. So cheers to that!

I just completed my first workout, overall I enjoyed it and definitely felt like I had worked hard at the end. I would have 2 complaints/feature requests 1. With Spotify also playing on my phone, it was next to impossible to hear the instructor. I had to turn off the music. It would be useful to have the punchlab app operate at a higher volume, or send other apps audio to the background 2. In the workout descriptions, provide a link to a short video demonstrating the technique or movement

Decent, but I don't see the value at this price point right now. The original PunchLab pitch seemed to focus on the bag algo, and YT videos show more features around that .. those are gone(?). Now the focus is more on a collection of workouts. The UI is very modern and good (one of the best in this genre), but the app could use more stats/charts to compare progress. Would love a reaction timer workout (PunchClub / FightLab does this), and/or more stats when using the bag belt.

I used to use this app from a very long time but i stopped in between because of my collage exams and like 4-5 months or more, now when I'm back i see great disappointment *There various exercises or plans which were for free and now its all paid leaving just a very few and by few i mean really few *The UI used to recomend us our workout plan at the start of the app but now there isnt something like that you will need to go and select one to practice *The whole plan setting now req to pay🥺

Will update review and purchase premium if the following issued are addressed : - The app can't run while your phone is locked. I don't really need to explain that when the workout is cut because your phone locked and you need to unlock and resume to continue everytime, it gets a little annoying. -Syncing with other apps. For an app that is supposed to "track" your workouts, there does'nt seem to be any way to integrate with other apps like samsung or google health.

App is ok, but be aware when you order some of the kit, there is no customer service whatsoever. Ordered the wrist trackers, they sent two, paid for both, had to pay shipping charges from UK ti Italy to send one back, despite a number of emails and showing receipt and tracking number I have not get my money back. I would avoid them at all cost, really dissapointing.
