THIE APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!!!!! been trying to get into my account for 3 weeks. called and was told "its been escalated " "give 24 to 48 hrs someone will reach out" I have had 1 email wanting screenshots and that was a week ago. if I could give -5 stars I would. dont bither waisting time find a better app that actually works.

I always have to log in twice to get into my account because the 1st time it always makes me choose my location like I'm making a new account, so i close the app log back in then bingo I'm in and everything works fine! the set up and interface is actually satisfying and easy to remember. Also nice color scheme be cool if u could customize it.

Used to access $80-$95 at a time under the old percentage fee. Now, hours never update accurately, leaving tiny balances like $12, $20, or even $3.78. Because balances are fragmented into multiple small amounts a day, the new flat-rate fee gets applied over and over instead of just once. You end up paying fees multiple times a day just to access your own earned money. Unfair business practice that hurts workers. Fix the hour tracking!

This is a great pay app to have if you can get it to work!! This app never opens there are several issues just trying to use the app. We have our hospital system on this for employees & we may need to find something else. To many complaints about never being able to use the feature. I myself have tried for over 2 weeks just to see; you literally will have to try 5 or more times to log in, uninstall, turn phone on & off and you might get lucky it will open. That's not good for business.

When I first installed payactiv it took multiple months before it allowed me to actually use the app, and when it finally did start "working" it now takes multiple attempts to be able to log in, and some days it won't allow me to log in at all on the app. To make matters worse, the card you can get doesn't even work unless you have $5-$6 more on it than what you're trying to use it for, so you are forced to pull more money than you want just to use it (which they charge you for).

I barely use this. It would be nice if it worked when you need it to. It doesn't work on the website and it doesn't work on the app. Ever. It maybe worked once. My bank account is linked, yet it asks me to relink it every time. But the priceigoes nowhere and I just try again only to be looped back to linking my bank account. Terrible service.
