I like this app, but, I can't tell what is a legitimate response, and what's random noises, and such! Sometimes all I get are half a word, random sounds, or random words unrelated to the location, or my questions! Wish there was a way to block all noises and stuff, and only allow actual responses come through! I do love that this is a one time pay, and never again app! Unlike others out there! It helps those of us with no real income get something good to use, or play, without dumb ads!
This is hands down the one and only spirit box app that I have found that actually works. I've been using Necro for about two years now and have encountered numerous spirits, poltergeist, and much worse using it. I was sceptical about it but within 5 minutes of turning it on someone I never thought I'd never hear from again was able to use Necro to speak with me for a good five straight minutes. You just have to find the sound combination that's best suited for you and listen carefully.
This app is a staple for my itc work! Love it! If you say this doesn't work then maybe your expectations are too high...it takes a connection...and intent. Yes...its the same sound banks over and over but that doesn't matter...i could use one word and put it in a reversed sound bank and run it over and over and get communication. Great work!!
I've only ever gotten positive responses with this app, I've been on countless ghost hunts with it with a lot of different people and it's never failed me. Once I went to a graveyard with it, I was by myself, it said the name of the persons grave I was sitting next to, it was so clear, honestly if you just mess around with the sweep and other customisations it'll work a lot better, I think it's all about what you think works best:)
I wasn't sure how this would work but my first session blew me away...I had names come through.. of loved ones who have passed away....I got responses to questions I asked....that made total sense. This app is amazing! And for anyone who reads this...always record your session...because so much comes through.. this way you can go back and listen to it again. You'll be surprised what you missed. Awesome job with this app!!
I've had actual voices of people I knew come through, which was jarring, but it gave me definite confirmation.. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for a way to make contact Lately I've been having an old friend come thru who came me by my highschool nickname like she used to! It's amazing how clearly she'll come through for conversation, and so casually. I really love this app, it's straight up a connection to the other side. There have been some creepy spirits but I keep firm boundaries
Very interesting stuff! I've seen lots of paranormal people use this app in videos and get great results. I've been trying experiments in my house and just listening to them talk while I do things around the house to see if anything correlates. I was making beef stew for dinner and they said "kitchen" twice, "soup", and "looks good". They don't always answer all my questions but I've gotten the occasional crazy responses.
Love the app. I haven't used it in awhile and I just got a couple words speak out while the app wasn't even open. I recognized the sound of the voice as one I've heard while using the app. Might want to take a look on your end. May be time for an update. Also could you make something so I can see what words are said? Some sounds are hard to make out on certain settings so idk what is being said. Otherwise great job.
Great app! We have some haunted dolls at home and we heard one of the dolls names being said which was not the app just making noise from the sound bank. Also "I see you often" was heard. We also did a video (still in editing) for YouTube at Goodna Cemetery, we used this app along with another one and both apps confirmed multiple responses along with this app confirming a spirit touched my fiance during the session. We even got told in a loud clear voice to "Leave" while the session was going.
This is my favorite spirit com app. It certainly does work. Not only do I understand a lot of replies during live sessions (using Bluetooth speaker), but I catch loads more during playback (with earphones). And by dropping playback speed and raising pitch 2 steps each for what I didn't understand often reveals a whole lot more responses I might have otherwise missed. This is my go-to app for this type of interaction. Would only want for expanded sound bank so "they" can better express themselves
Probably one of the best for beginners. It's a burst response spirit app so you don't hear as much of the unmanipulated scanning audio (what the uninitiated often refer to as "gibberish"). That also means missing some communication, unfortunately, as you cannot hear the whole sweep. The good news is, spirits will readily use necrophonic and you can get some good results with a little patience and concentrated intent between the user and the spirit.
Ever since my mom passed away I haven’t given up trying to communicate with her one way or another. One night outside my dads home I felt a presence so I went outside where it’s quiet (dad doesn’t believe in this sort of thing) so I recorded the audio while playing the app and then my dad kept saying for me to get inside for something so I had to cut it short. I later listened to the recording and at 0.08 it was my mothers voice saying my name and something else I can’t make out. I had chills. My moms voice is so different and I’ve played this app so often I wanted to see how it works and if it was random or replaying voices etc. never have I heard this before and it was my moms voice exactly.
I bought the version and I used reverb and echo at same time and I was in car playing around and clear as day a vioce said “ Heather, Heather- I miss you. I love you. Then I was driving to a patients house and had to pull over to pull up maps and only place on my side of street was a cemetery and across street a big hospital. I was dressed in my uniform and in work mode but I decided to turn app on and a voice said “ Look she’s a nurse” another one said “ Help me” I asked with what and it said “ Dead” I asked how they died and it said “ Cancer” then as I was driving out I asked what way to turn to get to their grave and it said “ Left” I turned left and a voice said “ Mom” then said “ Stop” I stopped and looked up at tomb stone and the words were MOM. I had chills. Other voices are obviously programmed such as Phil, micheal, help, Ed. Plus it listens to us cause it repeats my sons name over and over. Other stuff it says seems fake but it’s got real stuff on there to.
First of all, you aren’t talking to your phone and it can’t hear you without giving them express permission to access your microphone, which it doesn’t. Secondly, I thought it was a flop at first too. My dad had just committed suicide and I’d hoped to talk to him. After twenty minutes of failing, I fell out on his bed and cried. Then the clearest voice yet came through and it was my dad’s. He was sobbing and kept crying out, “ Baby, oh baby. Baby.” Just before it cut out he whispered “I’m sorry.” That’s when I researched it more. Whether it’s a phone, a hacked radio, a white noise machine, whatever - all have the same level probability of working. Then, you may not have a ghost or spirit near you. They may not want to talk to you. THEY bounce off the words. If it makes no sense, no one’s talking. Or they’re figuring it out. I was in the place my dad died and it took twenty minutes and then just cut out like he was struggling. This app isn’t an On-button for ghost activity. It’s a mediator. You’re also part of the equation. Being open to it, focusing, and remaining respectful all help elevate your chances of inviting a spirit and warming them up to you. If you don’t believe to begin with then you’re just wasting money. You have to be open to possibility no matter what you use in a contact situation.
Used it for about a week. Wasn't sure what to expect from it, since I used other spirit apps that didn't impress me. But I literally had a session with a spirit that was a little boy. Pretty cool, we had a long conversation that was responsive, and talked about me rolling weed in real time. Even when I was checking out, he responded wait, dont go. Completely stunted right now!
I like this app I just wish the app included a way to record while using it. Recording at the same time would make it easier and one less device needed. That would definitely give this app a huge plus. Not always sure about the negative voices/sounds, but I definitely like the echo feature. The white noice is also nice and adjustable. Nice!
Works pretty well for a $10 app. I feel as though I got my money's worth. However, some of the words seem to be on a loop. Ive had some pretty personal EVPs come through (my name, which is somewhat uncommon, has come through a few times, for example). I have a P-SB11 Spirit Box, and I use that more frequently. If you dont have an actual Spirit Box, though, i recommend using this app as a temporary replacement. If nothing else, its a fun app to use... *watch out for spirit attachments*
The first time downloading this app, the audio was fine and the app worked well. But after a couple days (id say less then a week) there has been an issue with the audio not working. It says “Audio OFF toggle phone’s mute switch to turn audio on” i checked to make sure my audio was on and etc, and it is perfectly fine, but the audio still doesn’t work. I still don’t know if it’s just me and my phone having that problem or it’s the app. I would appreciate an answer back on why this is happening or what I can do to fix it, thank you for your time That is strange. The audio off warning you are seeing is the app detecting that the audio is muted. There may be other ways that your audio is muted other than the switch. Check your do not disturb option as well. My testing shows this does not mute the audio, but different OS versions my be different. In rare situations, lint buildup in older phones would trick the phone into thinking headphones were plugged in. If it worked before and no settings have muted the audio, 1) try closing the app completely (swipe up and hold, the. Swipe up on the app) 2) try power cycling the phone/iPad.
So I’ve had this app for about 3 weeks now. The only thing that I found that bothers me is that the sweep speed is still too fast even when I lower it. It can be confusing because you would think to lower it you would move the bar to the left. But no, that speeds it up. Anyways, even at the slowest sweep rate the sounds you hear cut off so quickly that you can’t make out what it’s saying. The echo is horrible. Don’t even turn it on. I would like an option to record so that you can go back and tweak the audio to see if you caught anything. It has some creepy sounds like crackling and whispers which sound spooky but, I mean, it’s inaudible. I’ve had it say my kids names so does it listen to me when I’m speaking and then just repeats common phrases or words? It’s just too fast and whatever you hear cuts off almost immediately so you can’t make it out. Even with the reverb on it’s so hard to make out. Also, the sound is not loud enough. Even at the highest volume and with headphones on, I have to really really put it up to my ear to hear. I’m comparing to VOX app and VOX is so much louder I actually have to turn it down. All in all, It’s a fun app to use. You just have to spend a lot of time with it trying to decipher what it or they are saying. Worth the $10 bucks. Thanks for the review. I’ll make sure to try and address the issues raised in the next release. As for listening, I can assure you the app does not listen to anything. In order to do so, it would have to access the microphone and that would require user permissions. The App Store would never allow an app to go around the permissions restriction. Your other comment about sounds cutting off is to be expected. The app functions by playing sound fragments. When you slow down the sweep rate, you will get lone fragments that sound cut off. The app is intended to function more like a sea of sound so words can come through.
Seems to work pretty well, if you are patient to hear when clear words come through. But it needs a recorder in a bad way. Sometimes it's a little quick to be certain of a word, which could be remedied by a recorder. A speech to text feature would also be nice regarding this matter. This is why I only gave four stars.
The first question was what was my name, several voices said James, I was puzzled how a word generator could pick out my name out of thousands of words in a bank, and it was said in lots of accents, the odds of this happening is really mind blowing, I've not given it 5 stars because I've not fully tested the app, but that was really strange, for the price of a Ouija board on Amazon, this is much better, I'm interested in seeing if it will pick up single voices, lots of activity straight away
When you press the play button a whole bunch of scary ghostlike sounds play. Some can be a bit rude and it sounds like there is a lot. You can press echo and the sounds echo, it's pretty cool. But the best feature is when you have it stopped and white noise pressed it plays only white noise. I had a recorder right next to it for about a half hour and recorded very clear foot steps and a clear yes come through. I am very pleased with this app.
This app was a waste of both time and money. It seems to be nothing more then a loop of fake recordings and no matter where you are or when you use it, eventually you will hear all the same sounds over and over again. Description should not say "used for research" instead it should say "prank your friends". I uninstalled it and will just have to lose the money I spent on it. Recommendation: Do not bother to install it.
save your money. does not work. repeats the same words over and over no matter where you open the app at.. home, cemetery, car, etc.. you will hear the same voices/words. [sounds like prerecorded sounds/voices] (also note, app appears to be programed to know your words and answer accordingly with same male/female voice) you can't ask questions as the same multitude of repeated noise/sounds/blast over your voice. Again... SAVE YOUR MONEY..i am going to attempt to get mine back.
What is your refund policy? Even if I have reached outside those refund timelines, after paying for and purchasing this app and finding out it doesn't work and keeps crashing on me (which I've tried on several occasions overtime) and it is not my phone since I restarted it, and every other single app works fine..I have contacted you guys through the developers contact email on several different occasions spaced out over months, as well as social media&website and not once have I gotten a respone
This app is a waste of money do not get it I've just figured out it's pre recorded sounds I asked it a few simple questions like my name and my best mates name and a few other questions... it couldn't give me an accurate answer. I'll enjoy my refund. Waste of time and for pre recorded sounds that is what you will get with this shity app and many other apps the same. Do not be fooled by this library of recordings on these apps.
