Fully equipped SPA...satisfaction guaranteed 👌 no matter what service you're here for..(facial, hair, nails, massage or tanning)....& the BIG PLUS is their CAFE FULL CIRCLE...small, quaint & cozy café with a pretty delicious menu...ya just gotta 😋 try it ONCE
It's convenient that there are so many businesses I can search through and book with in a single app, but I frequently have to do multiple repeated and identical searches to get the exact business I want pulled up. Even when I put the exact name and location of the business I'm looking for in the search bar, it'll say there are no matching results nearby until I try it 3 or 4 times.
Annoying!!! Frequently need to uninstall/ reinstall to reset the app because it gets caught in a log in loop. App doesn't always work. Some features aren't accessible except for admins not staff. And recently something changed. I used to get email notifications when clients booked/ cancelled appointments. Now that doesn't happen anymore. I have notifications turned on in the app settings but still nothing. Frustrating.
I have used this app for over 5 years, but a month or so ago something has changed. When selling retail it makes me scroll through my entire inventory in alphabetical order and then stops in the "P" section. To access inventory by category or to access anything R-Z I have to get my laptop out and use the PC. So frustrating!! Otherwise I have loved the app and a recent update has allowed me to see appointment requests via the app which is great.
The app allows clients to book without giving contact info. If you run an appointment based business, you have no way to require a phone number to be given before people book. my business saw a significant no call no show rate increase since this was instituted. We have used mindbody for a little under 2 years and I cant switch away fast enough. absolutely horrible. Not user friendly at all on the back end. Runs like a decent platform bought and stripped down by a hedge fund. AVOID.
most expensive mistake I've ever made working with this company not even a week in and had issues it took forever to resolve 3 months in we canceled and paid to get out of our contract. I've never worked for a company that requires a contract with no demo. I should of known that was a bad sign. if you do massage don't use this app it's more for hair salons or gyms with classes. it's super difficult to setup and not user friendly most of my clients hated it as txt wasn't default mostly all email.
It won't load the business in the search when I type in the name. It may be a good app but I'll never know cause I can't get off the starting page. Online works absolutely fine but after numerous attempts and waiting upwards of ten minutes to see if it will load anything I've given up. Its a great way to schedule clients and I especially like that I can see coworkers timelines so I can schedule a client with whomever fits their needs, but im not a fan of the app.
This app is pretty much necessary for yoga studios but it performs terribly. The cost is ridiculous for the amount of time we spend on the phone with their technicians fixing problems. Sometimes the classes don't appear in our students’ app, sometimes they're not allowed to sign up, it will often kick me out and make me re-enter my credentials; it's frustrating.
Less features per tier every year. Less tiers per program every year. Less reliability every year. My cost has DOUBLED in five years. No one can ever fix my problems, but can easily try to annoyingly upsell me several times a year. They keep taking away, but increasing the price Starting at $80 a month now over $180+ a month with less features, less tiers, less uptime, and less help! It seems that every time I call I know more about their jobs than their tech support. DO NOT USE MIND BODY!
Worst. platform. ever. it is the slowest thing I've ever worked with. and the app is useless I mean what's the point of having a nap when you can't even write your progress notes on it? seriously guys you can do better right? we're actually moving away from you guys because of how bad you are at our practice.
been using this for 25 years but their tech support has gone from mediocre to impossible with their move to AI. In addition, every interaction I have with this company involves an attempt to monetize my account in favor of mind Body. I will be switching to a different scheduling software as soon as my contracts up
Always problems and issues repeatedly. AGAIN, I CANNOT ACCESS THROUGH MY MOBILE!!
