I use this on all my Pixel devices and it works as intended. The Pixel tablet, 7 Pro and 8 Pro all on Android 16 had no issues. An old Pixel 4XL(Android 13) was failing but unpairing, reinstalling and pairing again got it working. Thanks to the developer for responding so quickly!
So far works on my OnePlus Nord. If you have tried using ADB in pc then this is not much different. Manage to remove some unwanted internal apps. Save a little space. Haven't tried giving permission like READ WRITE SETTING whatever it was yet to other apps. Will surely update them here when the time comes. I will try them on my other phone with loads bloatware soon.
Developer thank you for the refund. Anybody that is using a Samsung Galaxy A10e 32bit this app is sadly not compatible. but if you're not using this I recommend this app. I ended up using the PC to get rid of apps that you don't like. So if you have a phone like mine just use the PC it is super easy to do just look up a guide.
Worked perfectly, and wasn't particularly difficult to setup and run. I did have a small quirk where the shell was greyed out, even when connected, but was able to send commands after backing out and loading up again. It's awesome to now be able to execute adb commands on a non-rooted phone, without a PC.
This app works great! To any users facing issues, make sure the pairing process goes all the through while on split screen before closing split screen. If it continues to have problems try again, or you can try unpairing then pair again, if that doesnt work then clear the app cache and data and start all over. It can be finicky sometimes but once it pairs successfully you are good to go. Some devices may block uninstalling with commands but works for Samsung phones in my experience just fine.
I'm extremely new to doing anything with phones, after having multiple phones effected by malware and none of the "anti-virus apps" catching it, I had enough. This app made it easy for me to take back control of my phone and protect it better. One of the Trojans that kept appearing is the SVC Agent (not part of the OS). It's now gone and I'll continue to monitor and learn about others, not to mention ridding the bloatware, exciting times over here. Great app!
As a tech enthusiast, I often find myself needing to run ADB commands on my Android device. This app makes it so much easier for me to run these commands directly from my phone, I no longer need a PC or root access to run ADB commands. I highly recommend "LADB". It is a must-have for any Android tech-enthusiast or android developer. The app has been incredibly reliable, and I have yet to encounter any issues or bugs. Highly recommended! Thank you "tytydraco" for creating such a fantastic app!
Just what I was looking for! I was having some bother getting ADB to work on my MacBook Air. When I first seen this app it appeared too good to be 0. I took the plung and I'm glad I did. The app does all the hard work for you, all you need to know is the basic commands for ADB and a bit of knowledge as to what you are doing. *Warning* I did have to factory reset my phone because I uninstalled the wrong package and couldn't make phonecalls anymore. Be careful, and always back up!
works great, you have to use split screen when setting up, when you hit pair device with pairing code in developers options it makes a new random port and pin code each time and is only good while the popup is in view, so if you switch apps normaly with no split screen you will fail to connect over and over.
It was a bit hard to use but then again this is not an app for your average Android user. I had to set USB debugging on and always allow wireless debugging on my Wi-Fi connection to get this working in a stable manner. Wanted to disable opening of links in a certain app as my phone OnePlus 9 Pro would not let me. Once I also figured out to enter commands WITHOUT the 'adb shell' part it worked a charm! thank you for this useful app.
Fantastic app. Can be a little fiddly to set up but if you follow the instructions it's all easy enough. Developer will respond to any queries.
Its handled everything I've thrown at it so far. Mindblowing that this is even possible..... I did it on my galaxy fold 3 Was unsuccessful on my s21 but I think it was an issue with the keyboard drawing over where it showed the port under wireless debugging settings and it changes everytime I pulled up the keyboard. The app did specify to use split screen and I'm assuming because of port changing when you change screens.
Please add so: to save commands in settings and when you type the app to suggest you this commands or to open a little window example: the app can understand the command and give you a window just with the action name example adb cmd package compile -m speed-profile -a and the app give suggestion in this window Compile speed profile or am force-stop com.android.systemui and the app give you sugesstion and write a little bit above force stop SysUi (the less you write=more space on screen) (click)
Wanted to change casting permissions so I didn't need to constantly approve a screen recorder every time I tabbed out, and frankly I didn't feel like dealing with my PC right now. Very clever tool if you're on Android 11+ (as you need wireless debugging), worked great for me. A word of advice: if you TAB OUT of settings to input the pairing code and port number, it WILL NOT work. Settings NEEDS to be open in the foreground to link (or you get "dead shell" loop). Use split-screen and it'll work.
Works, and very happy as it was quite easy. Just one thing if you enter the pairing information incorrectly and clear the app data to reset it, the app will no longer be recognized as valid and you'll need to re-add your Google account again to load the play store to verify it before use. Other than that worked great on my Note 10+. Props to the developer good work.
sub 4-stars for this app is mind boggling. Yes, it's not yet perfect but 1) it's beta & 2) 99/100 tries, it ultimately ran whatever ADB command I needed to on my device without using IMO an equally if not more buggy solution, i.e., wireless debugging. Even a direct USB debugging connection is not without its flaws and hangups. Before leaving a negative review, fairly assess your alternatives bc save for the occasional bug(active bug squashing evident) THIS APP IS GOLD, JERRY! PURE GOLD! thx dev!
Dev, you're awesome, this app is awesome! I drive for a living and practically live on the road, and am hardly ever within reach of a pc, but still occasionally want to hack my phone or tablet, usually to enable a battery monitor feature or remove some Verizon or Samsung bloat/spy/tracking/garbage/useless-ware. LADB enables me to do this when i'm away from my PC, which is 95% of my time. You rock! Thanks for the awesome update too! Hack your phone without a PC? There's an app for that.
since my s22 updated to one ui7 ladb keeps saying I have to pay for the app to continue using it. however I already have paid and it is in my Google play transaction history. who can fix this for me?? all resolved, not sure how, today it just worked! tha ks to the dev who responded and offered a refund but I don't need it! 😀
It doesn't work, and won't connect. An extended search online reveals that the devs KNOW it doesn't work for new users, and have agreed that they can easily fix it by rolling back the latest updates. They haven't done it, and they're still taking people's money anyway. complete waste of time, and an absolute scam!
There's a 40% chance it connects on any given time I open it. I very often have to just pair it again which is a pain. It would be faster to just hook it up to a PC. If you desperately need wireless adb then it will work but it's not fast or reliable. I hope this gets fixed. Using Pixel 5 on Android 12.
It works, but initial pairing was a pain. I had to keep the wireless debugging option open in split screen for the connection to go through. I also had to clear data on this app repeatedly to get to the pin and port prompt, which disappears after the first time. Then there is the bug of SwiftKey enter button not working on this app. I had to use another keyboard.
Doesn't always work. I have this app installed on a few devices. On all devices, it takes a few attempts to get it the app to connect and be able to use the app. On one device, it will connect for a few seconds and disconnect. Making me unable to remove any other app. When I used this app on the devices worked eventually, it worked well to be able to remove bloatware. Would be nice to consistently work.
June 20 update broke the app. No longer connects! Sadly, whereas others had claimed the previous iteration "doesn't work with newer phones," I have been running the newest version of Android, and, while there were rare times the app wouldn't connect, truth is that all that was ever required was a restart of the app or the phone and problem solved. A slight inconvenience, yes but infinitely preferable to the abject failure of this newest update, which doesn't connect at all!
