App works great, easy to connect to tv and operates tv flawlessly. Was able to go thru apps on the screen without any hesitation and she's faking it. Dadada Snopp Dogg
It seems to work better than most no hassle or having to wait and they are great for calling and getting advice,yes it's very simple to use.
wish it had a few more of the remote options, but when you set it up as insignia smart it works just fine. recognize the TV allowed me to change channels power
I don't get what these guys are saying with it being a bad remote app. For everyone saying you can't find your tv? Wait a certain time and it'll eventually pop up. Please make sure you're using the right tv model remote...😐😐😐

It works, downloaded because my hotel remote didn't work on the TV. UI is a bit clunky, you have to be annoyingly accurate when tapping the buttons, but hey all the buttons work.
I was able to download and use this app but since My cellphone and my TV are not on the same WIFI network yet I haven't been able to turn off the narrator that reads the screen in accessibility mode. I finally just muted the sound yesterday. If I am able to change my subscription, I hopevto bevble to gjve a better review.
It didn't work for me because (after a short Google search) samsung discontinued IR blasters in their devices. So unless you own an s6 or older NOT ONE REMOTE APP WILL WORK.
Works decently but I can't stand the ads, if I can get rid of them for a one time purchase I'll change my rating if not I'm getting rid of the tv (it stopped reading the commands from an actual remote and this was my last ditch effort to keep the tv)
works on sound bar, Roku but not the Insignia TV and the ads make you phone useless for the length of the intrusive ads. better off getting up and changing the TV manually. Trash !
Useless remote app, only let's you press two buttons until you're forced to watch a 30 second add.
This app is horrible I wouldn't recommend it to anyone do not waste your time this is a piece of garbage it wouldn't work and my kids were trying to figure it out for 20 minutes fix your app you morons
Very rarely does it work. I'm constantly having to pair it with the television. Many of the features don't even work. I have an insignia TV and a Huawei mobile.
Intrusive video ads before even being able to use the app.. which of course doesn't work on insignia tv.
It doesn't have my type of TV (yes it's an insignia TV) and it won't show up with the wifi thing. You also need a remote to set it up which defeats the purpose. I lost my remote and downloaded it to replace the remote in the meantime until I find it, but it won't even connect to my TV. Would not reccomend.
This app is utterly useless. Ads pop up immediately and there are only 5 different insignia TV options. If you need one for your insignia smart TV, much as I hate to support Amazon, the regular fore TV remote app works
Does not work on my phone.. app requires an IR blaster, but every Galaxy from the S7 up has no IR blaster, so who is this for again? This is not the Apple store, so unless your phone is ridiculously old, this is useless to you.
0 stars if possible Self-Defeating since it requires a real remote too. Remote app requires You to use a real remote to adjust initial settings. I downloaded this app because my real remote is broken, and I was looking for a functional remote app that doesn't require You use a currently existing remote. Poor app.
Did not work at all. Could not pair with my TV. I did a factory reset. My remote now doesn't work anymore. So I got the app, and nope, it doesn't work either. As I can not pair any remote (thanks amazon and Best Buy for selling a low quality TV), I can not get it on my internet, nor do the remotes with the app work at all.
Horrible app. Didn't work at all. Found my tv but don't have the remote to go do whatever they were saying in the settings so it just didn't work. Garbage. And TONS of ads, extremely obnoxious ones that everyone either has or no one wants. Doesn't let you click out of some of the ads AT ALL. 👎
