works on sound bar, Roku but not the Insignia TV and the ads make you phone useless for the length of the intrusive ads. better off getting up and changing the TV manually. Trash !
App works great, easy to connect to tv and operates tv flawlessly. Was able to go thru apps on the screen without any hesitation and she's faking it. Dadada Snopp Dogg
Useless remote app, only let's you press two buttons until you're forced to watch a 30 second add.
This app is horrible I wouldn't recommend it to anyone do not waste your time this is a piece of garbage it wouldn't work and my kids were trying to figure it out for 20 minutes fix your app you morons

It didn't work for me because (after a short Google search) samsung discontinued IR blasters in their devices. So unless you own an s6 or older NOT ONE REMOTE APP WILL WORK.
It doesn't have my type of TV (yes it's an insignia TV) and it won't show up with the wifi thing. You also need a remote to set it up which defeats the purpose. I lost my remote and downloaded it to replace the remote in the meantime until I find it, but it won't even connect to my TV. Would not reccomend.
This app is utterly useless. Ads pop up immediately and there are only 5 different insignia TV options. If you need one for your insignia smart TV, much as I hate to support Amazon, the regular fore TV remote app works

0 stars if possible Self-Defeating since it requires a real remote too. Remote app requires You to use a real remote to adjust initial settings. I downloaded this app because my real remote is broken, and I was looking for a functional remote app that doesn't require You use a currently existing remote. Poor app.

I was able to download and use this app but since My cellphone and my TV are not on the same WIFI network yet I haven't been able to turn off the narrator that reads the screen in accessibility mode. I finally just muted the sound yesterday. If I am able to change my subscription, I hopevto bevble to gjve a better review.
