Cool, calm and safe place for recovering from a variety of addictions. The app has a curated list of many addictions. You can choose to start your journey of sobriety in any of them. There are communities for each of the addictions with many active and supportive users. the addiction timer is so cool. plus, there are badges for progress. there is some other stuff too to keep you striving and help you in your journey of self betterment. I liked it. And totally recommend it.

I never thought I would get sober. 25+ years loaded on something. Overdosed more times than I can count. Guys! This App is freaking awesome. So so easy to use. Nothing complicated at all. Put in only what you want to. I added how much money I wasted a day, time, calories, etc and it does the math for you. It gives you a daily pep talk / quote. It keeps your sobriety date and time to the second like a stop-watch so you can see it in real time. AND, you have a Community button to talk to others.

Genuinely blown away. Maybe I'm jaded, but modern apps feel like they have so many ads and things behind paywalls. This app is entirely different. It tracks your progress with losing addiction easily, but you also have access to community posting, goals, a daily workbook, and motivation! It also tracks your money saved from addiction which is great! There is a paywall for extra and I would recommend it if you think you'll be on here for a while. Tldr, a genuinely great app, lots of features!

This app helps me keep track of my habits and addiction, money spent, and more. It is encouraging and I use the paid version, which allows you to use more of these phrase packs and colors through the app. It keeps me more honest and honest with myself. I can also put notes in through the day. The free version works great though! I am just a color freak and you get more options and positive reinforcement packs, which gives you motivating phrases throughout the day. Will keep using!

Love this app so much! I've been using it for almost a year now and it has been such a huge help. I love how focused it keeps me on my sobriety and if I slip up, I don't feel pressured or judged when I hit the "reset". I also got logged out once and couldn't log back in due to not having access to my old email. When I contacted customer support to ask for help, they got back to me almost immediately and were kind and got it sorted out super fast! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP!

Amazing app. Lots of features to keep you motivated to continue forward. It also has a community if support. I wish they would let you unfollow posts after commenting on someone' post. Once you comment on a post, you get a notification every time somebody makes a post. Maybe have a feature where we can turn that off. I don't need to see what everyone is saying unless they're directly commenting to me. Maybe that's a feature to add as well, direct commenting to people that aren't the poster.

Very helpful app! There are multiple different specific addictions (not only drinking.) Vaping/e-cigarette was what I was using it for, and there's many more. The app texts you each morning and evening to see how you're doing and will show you your progress, including $ and time saved! There's a community page where others tackling the same addiction also share their journey or tips/tricks. You can do all this in the free version, which is amazing as well!

I used this app to successfully quit nicotine! It encourages you to track how you're faring which can be really good in terms of reflecting on progress! You can also make posts for fellow addicts to interact with regarding your journies. While things can look bleak for everyone in the beginning, you get to watch others on the same path also making amazing progress! To anyone considering downloading this app, I wish you the best of luck. You're going to do great <3

I highly recommend this app. It has a clean interface, a place where you can post per each milestone, and you can add custom addictions/habits. Not only is it useful for recovering addicts, it's a great way to stop a habit, have support, and keep track of it. Studies have shown that watching the numbers add up helps to remain abstinent from whatever your addiction/habit is. I've tried three other apps and this one is the best.

Than you for responding quickly. I was able to add a second addiction (limit for the free version.) Cool. 5 stars ---- original review below... Can you track more than one addiction? The app works well. I've used it for my primary issue for 2 months. I tried adding a second addiction in the list. But it appears that you can only select one at a time. When I select the second one, the app removes the check next to first one.

This app is GREAT, I recommend it to EVERYONE! I'm using the free version and, honestly, I can't imagine how they can make it better than what they offer for free! The one and only problem I have had is that I am registered and it let me log in when I put the app on my new phone, but it doesn't load ANY of your past info. I even had to start my addictions from scratch. Now I don't have any of my saved notes, pledges, etc. This is why I chose to give the app only 4 starts. This was disappointing.

I wish more features were available in all honesty. I lost most of of my data when I switched my phones and that really broke my heart. I really enjoy working hard to grow and adapt and right now I cannot afford the paid version, but I do know that it is worth it. This app keeps my focus right where it needs to be. I would like to see a float over apps feature so that the pledge dictates your moment for the day. As sometimes in this battle we can easily Los our focus and with a self launching...

I would rate a 5/5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the notes have such a small character limit. You can have 2,488 characters/letters total. That seems like alot until you write that many in 3 hours of notes and then have to just not write anything else important. If there were to be an update i really hope it could bring a larger character limit to the notes. Other than that though its a great app.

I've used this app for more than a year or so and it's great and has helped alot. But this update.. Idk what to think of it. Why? Because I can't do anything! It says I have to pledge for at least 5 days in a row before seeing other stories or even my own! But I've been on here for a while now how come all of a sudden it's a problem?ik it's to help us/motivate, but I don't care for the daily streak. Also it'd be great if you could reply to comments or be able to search friends usernames up.

It's a good app, I like the ability to make notes on each day. The format makes the info easy to read My only complaint is that it doesn't allow you to move between devices and keep all your info. I used this app for years to track my progress and I don't want to lose all that info just because my phone broke and now I've lost years of tracking because I don't pay premium. And I also wish the free version would allow the user to track more than 2 addictions.

This app logged me out after an update, and refused to let me log back in. It wouldn't let me reset my password. When I did get the code, it would take hours to send or I would open the email, copy the code, and when I went back to the app, I had to go through the process all over again and ask for a new code. Unpopular opinion: your soberiety streak should be synced to the account, and it should NOT be a paid feature. ESPECIALLY if the app logs you out by itself without your interference.

I really like the inspirational quotes, but the Buddha and Ghandi quotes today were weird; they had nothing to do with establishing good habits. And even though the notification sound is turned on, there's no sound. Otherwise, the app is sleek, allows you to journal in response to a choice of prompts, but I'm not sure it's worth $40 a year.

I used to love this app and frequently used it as a reminder of why I was getting better. Eventually, if I'd go a while without using it, the app would log me out. I get the idea, but news flash, when someone is near crisis, they don't tend to remember their passwords. It also used to allow for tracking more than one addiction now tou have to pay for that? I understand it needs to make money, but damn. Thank you.
