How to Use
To use Guardians from Truecaller, start by opening the app and navigating to the Guardians tab. From there, you can add trusted contacts as your Guardians by selecting them from your phone's contact list. Once you have chosen your Guardians, you can customize the settings and permissions for each contact.
In case of an emergency, you can use the built-in SOS button to quickly call for help and send an alert to your selected Guardians. You can also share your live location with your Guardians in real-time, giving them the ability to track your location and provide assistance if needed.

5 star for ringing state of phone which is most important to know. Please include remote command for turning on and off app and gps of the phone by sms and add some of the tracking details like trace of the track and battery charging Or discharging state and elevation of the phone and autoupdate of the location every 5 seconds
It's more than just conventional location sharing through navigation apps, as it: 1. Has 3 different buttons in widgets for SOS, Watch Me and Watch Contact, as opposed to one, giving more granular control. 2. Has an evolving volunteer network that's ready to help in case you feel unsafe and hit SOS. 3. Displays important information such as phone's battery percentage, ringing status, signal strength, speed, pin/unpin location & a direct calling & messaging button in an easy to read manner.
It's a very nice and useful app. Dark theme in menu would be great. There are tons of other apps like this but it comes with the peace of mind as it's from 0caller. Location sharing is available in Maps from Google too, but there aren't features like the ones provided here such as alert others and SOS, updates would make it better. It's good enough though.
It is an essential app if you have people traveling frequently in your home, or to keep an eye on non-trustworthy family member. The Guardians app displays the phone status like battery, cellular, location, and call availability of the member you added. If anyone being creepy or stalker adds you without you knowing, the app detects and informs you. If you don't want to share the details, you can tap "Stop Forever Sharing". App is quite useful. The app is good, and its integration with Google map is fantastic. But I would suggest you add satellite map type, where the pictures and colours of locations are clearly shown. I would have loved to suggest you remove the option of not sharing one's location with his/her guardians, because that's the essence of the app, but other users might not buy into it. Is it possible to use the app to track one's guardians' phone in case of theft or loss? Even if the phone has been flashed by the thief?
Its a great app that is easy to use. My only issue is that when you activate the SOS button the phone of your guardian does not ring or vibrate haphazardly to indicate a serious emergency. Meaning if you not near the phone you wont know that there's a SOS call on your phone. In an emergency situation time is very crucial and delay is very very dangerous
No doubt that this app "was" working well but nowadays I don't know what happened with this app. it updates at random intervals and when I hit the refresh button nothing happens. I can't see the live location, there is always mentioned that a particular time like 1 min ago or else.... since past few months, I have worst experience. please work on it 🙏
This is a perfect location tracker app but PLEASE UPDATE IT FOR NEWER ANDROIDS. It is good for tracking family members. There are multiple features like SOS, Live Tracking, Call and Message, etc. and it also shows their battery percentage, their phone's ring or silent status, last online, etc. However kindly update it for newer Android. This app is game changer and leader in tracking app segment. Kindly pay attention to this app team.
Very nice initiative. Need to improve several things. App doesn't send notification, neither on start of sharing, nor on SOS. Despite "Forever Sharing", can't see Live Location or phone status, only shows details of last opened state. App Page also has shown display status regarding Travel Speed, but the app doesn't show it anymore. Hope these concerns will be addressed soon. Notification problem should be fixed soonest.
I really love this app earlier but last few days it's not getting updated on real time. Refresh time is too long.Not at all happy. It's showing me my location only .. Neither my guardian not I can seeeach other profiles. It's showing last month days earlier details. I've tried to reinstall it, to check whether there was a technical error. I tried to log out from the guardian app but that too didn't worked out. I'm tired of all this. Please share new update for all this problem.
Please work on the feedback below: 1. Increase radius of the saved locations to 100 metres as it keeps informing multiple times that person has arrived even though they're at the same spot since few hrs. 2. Create one category of notifications only for person arriving at saved locations. This is important so that user has option to disable the other notifs like 'location setting up, sharing forever location etc' which are very annoying thru the day. 3. Allow to type location in saved places.
Despite having it installed in my mom's phone, with wifi, mobile data, location turned on and all kind of acceses given, it never updates the real time location, which was the whole point in the first place and no! No permissions have been declined or it's uninstalled, it just simply doesn't work.
Too many bugs, First of all I can't even signup using my number, it sometimes get login automatically, and most of the times it just shows that they gonna give you a confirmation call, which never happens, then the OTP also never available, I got OTP only once, and then after entering it shows authentication failed. Also, I tried to connect with my friend, and i tried more than 20 times to share my location forever, but it always shows the glitch, after clicking on that CTA, nothing happens.
Constant "Guardians is updating.." notifications. I can't turn this specific notification off. I can turn all of the Guardian notifications off, but that defeats the purpose of this application. Many applications allow you to individually turn notifications on and off instead of just all or none. Please release a hotfix otherwise I will be forced to uninstall.
What happened to the app? Is it in development or there's a server issue from long now? I tried everything but the app isn't fetching anyone's location and is showing 6 days old one. Will it only work on opened app from both the phone's ends simultaneously now? And moreover now when cleared all the data of the app and trying to login, now it says "Authentication failed", tweak you server and back-end for seamless experience team, com'on.. Fix this soon. Thanks!
Great intent but location jumps all over the place within 300 foot of the location the person is at, even when device hasn't moved for 5+minutes -- jumping shouldn't be happening because if GPS doesn't jump around when moving and sharing your location of local friends in other apps that has a GPS feature, then this also shouldn't be jumping around. It's connected to 4G/5G locations and also has wifi enabled at all times, and even has blue tooth enabled on devices too but still 'jumps'. FIX!
I have never left a review for an app before but I am beyond sickened with the customer service for this app. It was fine until I got a new phone (although more recently the location has been unreliable) Unable to login to new phone even with Truecaller app. Emailed customer services 3 times & received no response. Disgrace. I would give 0 stars if possible! EDIT: your response is 0 help. I have since emailed multiple times & received 1 response that was no help whatsoever. Horrible service.
One of the worst apps. When all my family members are in home and the phone gets connected to Wi-Fi then only it will show the location. That means it only shows when people are in home, which is useless. Once everyone goes out, the app never updates the location with mobile network. Kindly don't install the application. It is waste of storage of your phone.
the app had downgraded themselves, location is never accurate ... doesn't sync at all though all the permissions are allowed. it's a total WATE OF TIME & MONEY. every time we need to have a clear location we have to un & re install the app... such a worst app. sent a detailed report of the issue but no response.
I accidentally deleted this app and now it's not working at all. It's showing me my location & everything related to me. Neither my guardians nor I, can see each other's profiles. It's showing 2-3 days earlier details. I've tried to reinstall it, to check whether there was a glitch or technical error. I even deleted 0 caller for the same purpose. I tried to log out from the guardian app but that too didn't worked out. I'm tired of all this & not recommending this app to anyone.
