I deliver to about 50 shops split over 3 days a week. This app is very good at working out an optimised route from a list. It does seem to have two problems. It consumes a lot of battery power, more than Google maps or Sygic. And, more importantly, there seems to be no way to tell it not to use very minor roads. It is often insanely dangerous to drive at the maximum allowed speed on minor, single lane roads but the time calculations Spoke uses assume you can.

The last few days, it's like pulling teeth to get the app to open. This is critical to my business. Spending 5 minutes after every stop, to open, close, force stop, repeat, just to MAYBE get it to open... no go. I ran on screenshots from the app yesterday. Listen, if it isn't broken, don't fix it. What did you change? Why? Greed? You're losing a paying customer if it isn't fixed by tomorrow. I guarantee I'm not the only one

I've been a user for years. Since it has become Spoke, the app no longer saves u time. Optimize a route, will cause u time upfront, should u not "group" ur route. The app will either "fit" the "ungrouped" anywhere or put the "ungrouped" at the end of the navigating route, depending on the choice u make. Also, the app takes u on major streets/roads to get to a stop, overlooking the streets in-between, that takes u directly to a stop, if u don't know the area, this will cost u even more time.

Immediately had problems with microphone stopping before finishing saying it. Locations unable to be found on your map, and when found, it sent me across the United States to the east Coast. When I tried to cancel the wrong address, afterwards I couldn't add anymore locations and had to completely start over with the same issue of not finding the first obvious location with the exact location I'm at. Your charging for this? 😡

Gave this a try for a couple days and decided to pay 9.99 for unlimited stops. It no longer acknowledges me on a plan or lets me print or download my completed routes and suddenly tells me that 9.99 is now only for 3 months then goes to 19.99. I canceled, am still being charged though I am supposedly also on a free trial....all in one day. Very disappointing and I will be spreading the word to all my colleagues

app is not worth it. constantly freezes or says there's an error when trying to update the route or mark delivered. even when I tried to cancel the update or cancel the reroute, there is still an error that won't clear. I downloaded it and had to stop about 1/4 of my route because it was causing more problems than it was worth. I subscribed and paid 19.99 for a waste of an app. know I'm out the 20 bucks and wasted time. subscription has been canceled and I wish I could get my money back.
