This app saved me from a real pinch as I don't own a credit card and couldn't rent via the usual car companies. I am very grateful for it.

Great app ! The customer support is also very good. I had in one of my reservations a problem where the car owner gave me the wrong address. Gomore cancelled my reservation, reimbursed the full amount, and even gave me a 20 CHF discount on my next reservation 🙌
Thanks for providing such a great service! One idea for future development: it would be great if the before and after photos of the rental car could be easily viewed through the app.

Thank you for the great platform! The rental experience went very smoothly. The car was in excellent condition and the host was friendly and professional. Everything from booking to pickup and return was easy and well-organized. I really appreciate how user-friendly the app is, and how secure and transparent the whole process felt. Looking forward to using GoMore again for future rentals!
sometimes it's really hard to plan ahead. 1) it should be possible to rent from the same minute instead of waiting for 15 minutes 2) would be nice to have "pay as you go" feature especially for the regions where car is available most of the time. then gomore would be able to replace carsharing
I have been able to rent a car for my needs several times and everything has gone always smoothly with gomore app. Sometimes the location range could be more exact. If you are looking car from sertain area, it might show still cars from far away, without telling anything like "you might like these cars also outside of the searched area". This could be improved in the app, so one could not by mistake rent a car 1h travel away from the point first looked for :)
Fairly fast registration. Nice and easy rental!
not sure how to rate this, it is a great service that I don't want to be without but the app that is needed in order to use the service is absolutely garbage. in the process of picking up a car you have to go through several steps that involve uploading photos but the app crashes every step and the photo uploads give you an error. so you have to start over, the last 3 times it took me 45min to pick up or drop off a car. the service is awesome but the app needs a lot of work
As a customer It's a really useful app. we had really good experience. BUT: it doesn't give the car owners certain rights and dose everythingfor own benefits.the fee for owners is too high its 1/3. Our car from Tuesday till Sunday. pick up time was 14:30(the car owner and I agreed at 15:00)giving back was at 14:00 which we managed at 14:38 due to heavy rain and traffic.Even then the 24 h would be not finished. but the app charged us for 1/4 of the day. even the owner was totally ok with that.
Very useful app of course, I use it usually to share rides. But the only disappointment is that some people wants only a specific type of people in their car. So i end up often wasting my time requesting a ride and my request stays pending until all the rides are booked. Maybe there should be an option where they could write and specify who they wants in their car and who they don't. It saves people's time than waiting for no reason.
The app MUST have a designated dimension area where owners are required to write the actual official dimensions and the actual name and model of the vehicle. Many times they forget to mention the model and height which can be crucial information.
Looks cheap at the beginning but then come all the extra costs. I took a car which allowed animals only to be given a bill for chf30 for a 15min hoovering. This you should charge at the beginning too!! I would have then gone to a reputable company and had a much more comfortable drive!! the only good thing was that the car owner wanted to charge chf80 and gomore made them reduce to chf30. NEVER using this service again!
App asks for a payslip, which I honestly don't get at all. I am paying for the car, any additional fees plus the DEPOSIT. My id card, driver's license, even credit card is registered in the app, ffs! why on earth would you want my payslip..?
I had a bad experience with the app they charge me more than expected for a speeding ticket it was for €30 but then I ask them to send me a clear picture of the ticket to see the details and then it was €40 because of the administration fee. I transferred the €30 to the account and then they charge me €40 more making it €70 in total. At this point I don't even have an account or payment method registered and they still charged €40 more with out any permission. And is not even the right amount
I'm rating the app 1 star because you don't get the money back even if the car has a problem which is not your fault. The owner contacted the app managers to return me the money for a problem with his car (the car had no battery) and I've never received anything.
Totally useless. I've filled all forms, sent all documents, and waited for half of the day for a response. And after that I've got a request to upload a payslip. Kinda nonsense. You have my documents, you have my credit card details - why should I provide you that kind of additional information?
Today, when returning a car, my phone crashed 3 times (full shutdown, not just the app) when taking photos during the return. It happens each time I take a picture without "flash" in the app. When "flash" is on, phone doesn't crash (although it's slow), but does not activate the flash feature when taking photos. The screen flickers purple though, and it feels very unstable. Same when picking up the car. Please let me upload my own photos or get better photo feature. New Samsung S24+
