Still like the content & love that you can get more networks in one app. Used to work great until recently...But now when you come to the end of an episode, it autoplays the next episode or another show, even if you click "cancel" play next. Then it adds that show to your continued watching list. There is also no way to clear your continued watching list or view individual episode info to clear it from the continued watching list. Also have not found a way to turn off auto play.

Update: Mobile app is lacking. Why is there no fast forward or rewind option other than scrubbing on the bar‽ I use this app on my fire stick and it started out great. After a week of use, all of the thumbnails went away. I have to click on each spot where a thumbnail would be to see which show it is. Then, if I pause the show, the app backs me all the way out, so that I end up having the launch it each time I come back to it. That's pretty frustrating.

This App on my phone was streaming find up until last week. Now when I try to open the app it seems to be frozen and doesn't go to the main screen to choose streaming or any food Network show. As a truck driver this is the only way I get to watch. All of my other apps stream just fine. Just this app is not anymore and my phone not service hasn't changed

I used to love this app; i could catch up on missed episodes of my favorite shows or even watch older episodes I've never seen of my favorite shows. But recently, a message of, "this content is available to viewers who receive FN as part of their pay TV subscription", is up and doesnt allow me to watch. What is up with that?? Let me watch my shows!

The ads!!! I understand the need for them but watching the same ONE commercial over and over throughout an entire season of a show is ridiculous. Play a variety or rotate a few commercials. 12/5/20 - I've moved on to the Spring Baking Championship and now because I live in Georgia I'm being bombarded with political ads for the Senate runoff race. Unbelievable! I've never seen political ads while watching any app. We go to apps to escape the ads on regular TV. I am so disappointed.

Unwrapped episodes seem to be out of order and misnamed. For example, it says all episodes are available, but we cannot find any Christmas or Holiday episodes (Season 8 Episode 1 or Season 1 Episode 39). Difficult to find what you're looking for. Search functionality isn't very good either. For example, searching for "holiday" only returns shows with the name holiday instead of returning any episodes that contains the word holiday which is bad metadata configuration.

On the Android TV, the app really doesn't work right half the time. Skip intro button comes up and it's lit up? Hit the okay button and you just pause the video. Try to play the video again? Defaults to CC so you have to move down to the pause icon. Also tons of shows we definitely finished show as continue watching with only 2/3 finished. It's not the end of the world but it's maddening.

Logged in with Comcast/Xfinity id, only to be told that it's only available to, viewers who receive Food Network as part of paid subscription. Yeah, I have that, so what gives???? Also, they should just use the internet login, like most apps use, instead of trying to pass the info, since it was very critical of upper and lowercase showing of user ID, when other apps don't have that problem.

I watch Food Network at least once/day for several hours at a time. I LOVE FOOD NETWORK!!! I HATE THIS APP!!! It rarely acts the way it's supposed to when watching live shows. Once it goes into the commercial break, sometimes I can forget watching the rest if the show. It freezes and tells me it's on a commercial break and 6 minutes later it's still saying the same thing. I have missed the ends of a lot of shows. I'm thankful for the shows I can stream. I hope you fix this issue with Discovery.

This is, by far, the worst streaming app I've used (and I've used most of them). I've tried it on Xbox, Amazon stick and phone (Android and apple). On Xbox it constantly buffers (1gbit connection). On the others it won't won't fast forward or rewind reliably. I'm fine with fast forwarding to commercials even but it won't even do that. Get your act together.

This used to be such a great app. Now I can't get through an episode withthout crashing and being forced to watch commercials over and over again. Also, how do you not have controls anymore? No skip ahead/behind by 10 or 30 seconds?! I can begrudgingly live with the commercials but this experience is atrocious. How did you take a good, functional app and make it unusable??

I love the food network and the shows are some if my favorites! I love that I can watch even the older shows like cutthroat kitchen. Lately though, every single commercial break is 7 or more commercials! I can't believe I need to sit through 40 commercials for one show. Update they are now taking away shows like cutthroat so I'm not sure what the point of even using this app is.
