Love the website but App sucks! That's why 3 else 5. The website has awesome stuff but the app crashes often. Issues connecting to internet when that shouldn't be the case. Hard time navigating the stuff when app often doesn't work.
App was doing well but now when I try and save an item it freezes then crashes. Thanks. The updates worked.
Congratulations - I'm just going to go somewhere else to shop. I've tried on numerous occasions to Update the app. All I get is lots of rotating circles with the word "Pending". Plenty of other places to buy contemporary furnishings.
Love looking at this sight everyday. Cause the service and wonderful products... Our new rug. Just made our new house a home. Everything was easy. And our rug arrived a day early. I will be ordering from Allmodern again. Thank you.
App only works intermittently. I've tried clearing cache but photos do not load for various products. Pretty much the point of the app!
I attempted to create a login; however, the app states there is already an account for that email (okay fine). Unfortunately, there is no option to log in. When I go to the log in/create account option, the pathway only leads to "Create account."
Horrible try logging in with the code they send and the sign-in button never highlights so you can login. Tried 10x even with a new code sent still doesn't work. Then you try to reset your password and that doesn't work either.
We ordered a TV stand from them and it shipped with a wrong piece, making it unusable, so we asked for a replacement. TWO MONTHS later the TV stand is still not here and they have not refunded our money. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
The "view in room" function just glitches and gets stuck on "loading" no matter how long I wait or how many times I try. It just does not work. This completely defeats the purpose of downloading the app.

Search is broken. For example, search for "arlow bookcase" and it brings back results for "allow bookcase", resulting in hundreds of hits, making it impossible to find the actual Arlow Bookcase. Please have it stop autocorrecting searches.
you can't search your lists or sort them by price, or filter. There's also a lot of other things like that that makes it feel like the people at wayfair have never online shopped or checked out their competitors before. I'm sick and tired of having my email hijacked just to look at an advertisement on Facebook marketplace. Wayfair is disguising itself under several different names. Once they install the app, you'll be hammered relentlessly, back logging your email, as with most others.
This app is unusable and needs way more work and testing. I'm on android 10. If I tried to search, it said I had no internet connection (un0, I checked); it randomly made me do several screens of robot checks; and any time I clicked on a product it said this product no longer exists. I had to uninstall. Disappointing because All Modern is my favorite of the Wayfair branches and I was looking forward to the ease of browsing in an app.
