Security & Privacy Review
Use to love this app, until recently I could no longer log in. I've tried for weeks to troubleshoot including deleting the app and re-downloading it. I've tried logging in multiple times, and everytime I press the button, it goes right back to the login page. This is not the first time either having a problem with the app. The app has become useless and just takes up space now.
I used to love the app when I could just get my stuff done and open it later when stuff finishes. Now it requires me to login every single time, which is too much of a hassle. The only thing it's good for to me in this state is checking on alerts and world cycles. Everything else works just fine when I'm logged in as far as I can tell, but logging in is too much of hassle. Edit: If you have a username and password to log in with, it keeps you logged in. otherwise you have to sign in every time
When it works, it's a treasure! I love being able to check alerts, foundry, and extractors without having to go into the game directly. Unfortunately, lately it won't let me log in- usually I log in via Xbox signin, but it asks for my Microsoft login info. I put it in, get sent a code I input, and then it just drops me back on the login screen. I've checked for updates, both for the app and for the game, restarted my phone, and nothing fixes it. I can't get beyond the login screen.
I've loved the companion app for a long time. Nothing beats being able to check timers, start crafting items, deploy extractors and stay up to date with the game while away from your computer. However in the last update to the app, I'm no longer able to send extractors to certain locations, namely the Zariman. I now need to open the game to send out my extractors which is incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. I would love to see this issue addressed. Otherwise it's a solid app.
Would love to give it more stars, because when the app works, it's a fantastic companion app. Unfortunately, I cannot get past the login screen at all. Every single time, without fail, I try to login via Xbox, I get the code, and upon entering the code... Nothing! Really sucks, wish I could use the app at all.
