Used to be great, but as some of the latest negative reviews, I am now getting "You can't login the app right" so unable to use it. This is an issue when trying to log into the app, so make sure whatever you do, don't log out or delete the app data. If you are already logged, this is not an issue. Tested this on multiple devices.

It's not much use and a lot of the reviews don't even mention the app but their delivery driver. No push notifications so you have to constantly look at the app. Information is unreliable and will say delivery on its way and coming in about an hour then after rushing home it will say unable to make delivery and will try next working day and this might or might not happen and often does not.

Very good app design, works flawlessly. Only downside is that tracking updates are very delayed, in terms of app notifications, and evri does not tell you what date they expect to delivery your parcel. normally it's either next day after they get it or the day after that. still there should be a expected delivery date so that customers can make the necessary arrangements in order to be home for the delivery.

Delivery details are always vague, with multiple emails saying the same thing, so downloaded the app in the hopes of tracking parcels better. The app won't even log in and it directs me to the website instead. If companies didn't keep using Evri without other options I would never use them. Their interface is useless and it's pure luck if things get delivered and not lost.

Need a countdown of stops away. For a safe place, there's no thumbnail of the uploaded photo. I have one phone number and three email addresses for orders/ deliveries but its not possible to add additional emails. If we can't add additional emails, orders need to be automatically added by phone number alone. You also shouldn't have to register for tracking updates, it should be automatic.
