Works great. Was easy to find as well as search for items I was looking for. It could be improved to be able to swipe to see different views of the products instead of having to open the product first. Other than that the app works amazingly. Would definitely recommend. Be sure to go into your settings and update your preferences after downloading and make sure you are in the right gender category. I love how it gives you double points for your WHOLE birthday month as well!
Finally! Your app is night and day different compared to what it once was. Very impressed with how easy it was to find items! Besides having different search options available, the "lag" that was once there is no longer!!! I was able to shop with expediency and because of that I found what I was looking for and ended up buying more than I intended! Great job!
I selected the card to be used, I selected the address and hit save at the bottom. It referred me back to the credit card payment. Over and over. There was no option to complete the purchase. I don't know how I did it but I started by entering my address. Again. Then I hit save and, somehow, was able to press the purchase button. Perhaps something I did wrong? I tried repeatedly, the same results without compromising all the information and the selection that I made.
Love that UA gives discounts to military and police. I did have an issue when I placed my last order, the troop id verification didn't work, after calling customer service they weren't able to give me the discount, only apologizing and offering free shipping on my next order even though its free shipping anyway. I just placed another order and its been fixed on app, anyways I love the products. Quality stuff and always fits great.
I really like the app. Very easy to use. The issues that I keep having is that the app keeps logging me out. I am also not able to use my shop runner account for 2 day shipping as it allows me to do on the website. I use the app to find what I like, but then need to go onto the website to place my order. Hopefully this gets addressed.
The app's easy to use when it works. After week or so I'm not using it it logs me out and then when I click login within the app it doesn't do anything. Then I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work. A couple months ago the server was having issues according to Under Armour which wouldn't even allow me to log in. So now what is the issue? My phone software and the app is up-to-date. Also won't load at times.
I buy from this app a lot. Love the military discounts. It works ok sometimes. But usually I have to reload it multiple times to get it going. Lately, I can't even get logged into the app. Hit the log in button and nothing happens. Yes, I could go directly to the website, but still, this app sucks.
It's OK. It constantly logs me out, and when I try to log back in, it doesn't let me. I guess you all aren't very invested in the app. Also, it didn't save my previous purchases, so I never earned points. You would think with the advancement in tech, this app would actually be good quality, but it's definitely lack luster.
Very poor app performance. The splash screen takes forever. Sometimes the app doesn't even load. It just freezes. (I'm using a brand new, flagship phone with a fresh install. My hardware isn't to blame.) And, separately, the trend of long splash screens needs to end. It's idiotic. I just opened the app by tapping your logo. I know who you are and what I'm opening. Stop wasting my time.
They offer discounts yet they don't honor it on the app or on website. The percentage off changes from what is initially offered to a lesser amount and you can't even get that. I have a lot of Under Armour clothing and I have purchased a lot for my son. My purchases were all done through Amazon so I thought maybe I'd try to save money and go directly to Under Armour, (big mistake). Extremely disappointed that I have spent over an hour trying to get offered discounts to apply. Done. Back to Nike
Used to be 5 stars. Since the major updates a few months back, I have lots of issues with saving/ favoring items, sorting, and filtering.. Not sure why that doesn't work any more. Sorting by price does not sort items not by price, and gives 35, 60, 40, 100, 80 instead of actually being in order. Lots of repeat items too before showing new ones if you look by category. Very annoying and prevents me from actually buying or finding things to buy
Horrible! It is the most frustrating app I have ever used. If you are browsing and click on something you want to look at and click to go back, it doesn't go back to where u left off. It comes back a blank screen with some sort of message that there is an error and to try again later. It keeps listing the same items multiple times. And now I am trying to use a coupon code, but it is telling me that my cart does not apply. When I read the fine print, I do am qualified. HATE IT!
App is slow. I was going to switch to UA shoes after being a life long Nike wearer. Ordered some running shoes and hiking boots. They were in "shipment pending" for a week and payment pending for a week as well. No email or anything about what is going on. The payment pending all of a sudden disappeared on my banking account. 100000 thumbs down 👎 👎👎👎👎👎
Can't place order because it keeps saying error check address. Have ordered many things through the app and the only way to look up past orders is going to the website (used to be able to look them up in the app). What's the point of having an app if I have to go to the website for everything anyway? And applying the teacher discount on the website is impossible. No issues applying it on the app. But it keeps going to error check address!
Shame on them for not putting in an option as to what type of notifications we would like to receive from the app or the ability to cancel any notifications or all. I'm forced to go into my apps to the info page and disallow notifications. I'm not interested in these annoying pop-ups all the time. I will shop when I want to and for what I want when it suits me. I don't need the app hounding me everyday.
Used to be so simple. Not it cannot process a payment, yet it was pending 3 times on my bank account. Call customer service they have no record of it. I used to always purchase and brag about the ease of this app. Now I tell everyone it's a waste of time. After delaying me an additional 3 weeks I get an email all my order is now out of stock. Your upgrade just cost you a loyal customer.
The app works fine most of the time, but it can lag and at one point froze. This was my experience with it after just installing it about an hour ago. I really was hoping they would have reviews available since the UA website is way too buggy for me. Even though I saw the most recent rating on here for the app say that reviews for products were no longer available in the app, I still was hoping I could buy some tanks, but the lack of customer reviews is keeping me from buying anything.
UA does not honor their sale prices when first responder/military discount added. This pass weekend they had items with limited sale prices. Once the discount coded is added, the price increases. I placed several orders then I realized the math wasn't adding up. Added one item from the bulk order, checked out, that's when I realized the prices shown is not the priced offered when checking out with the first repsonder/military discount code. I've lost all respect for UA!
Never in my life have I had this much trouble spending money. I literally had to call and read card information over the phone. Completely destroys the purpose of an app. I sent in screenshots, sent in descriptions of what was happening, and still today, a few moments ago, payments are still not being processed. Fighting to give you my money and you still won't fix the issues. Wow.
