At first I was very frustrated because so many pictures failed to upload. I couldn't find a number to call Snapfish. I tried again and still, many did not upload then the try again button appeared and when I clicked on it the rest uploaded. It was all very time consuming, but I am happy I was able to do it. Maybe there could be more helpful hints along the way to help people like me (not a techy)

Too little instruction for a beginner. It says 20 page minimum but you also have the front cover and the back cover. and it ends up being 22 pages. It's confusing. It wouldn't let me remove page 22 so I had to stick something in there and it was low resolution but it wouldn't let me shrink the picture or anything. if you look very close you can add the name of your book on the spine. Good Luck. I paid $35 and that is after a 75% coupon code!!!!

never could get the order prints from.android to work. Snapfish is great. app never has worked well for ordering. Update: I finally figured out how to order. Photo quality is good. Wish it was simpler to figure out how to add the "free photos" to cart. I had to upload twice before figuring out to Save as a project before I could order. Love the concept. Just not sure how to order in less than 1 hour.

I like the app itself-- very user friendly. What I am not crazy about is the recent "0 advertising". (I have used SF for years & only recently found this to be a problem.) I went to order Christmas cards advertised at "as low as $1.00 each". I took the time to make the cards & they ended up being $2.60 each even though I included no extras from what was advertised as being as low as a dollar! I called in. I was told it says "as low as" but you can't get them for that price. Upsetting!

I'm constantly experiencing glitches where the app freezes and I have to exit, close, and reboot. It like to just continually spin while uploading photos. I noticed that once I put an item in the cart, even after saving edits, the item is back to the original format rather than the edited one. Christmas cards took forever to get right. Shipping costs are obnoxiously high as well. It cost over $15 to ship 75 prints and 20 5x7 Christmas cards.

I really liked the app. It was convenient to use and I love the 100 free prints each month, but it stopped working after the most recent update. I unistalled and reinstalled and it works, but it no longer has full access to Google photos, I now have to select upto 2000 and there is no access to my albums on Google photos, which is very annoying as that was the main photo app I used to print from.

I like the price of the photos and ease of sizing pics. I am frustrated for the following: It doesn't save my cart for very long, so I had to redo this order when I could not finish selecting all the photos I wanted all in one day. I can't seem to access pictures sent to me unless they were saved or sent in very specific ways on google. It would only let me enter a credit card if the billing address exactly matched how it was saved on my credit account, so dashes and etc = problem.

Honestly, the app itself is very easy to follow. The thing that made me give it two stars though was the quality of the pictures. On my phone, the photos I ordered looked very clear, none blurry. But when I recieved the photos, ALL of the photos were extremely blurry. I thought to myself that it was okay, I'll just try and figure out what went wrong. However, I don't see anywhere were you can ask for help. I am disappointed with how the photos came out. I don't recommend for high quality pics.

If you're trying to save money, it's a dollar cheaper to print at Walmart ($0.09 per print when it ships to your house). I wish I could add photos to show you. The demo view isn't accurate. I carefully altered my Save the Dates to fit inside their lines (I even gave the edges a little room). It cut off the left side of my photo and left extra room on the bottom. I had to cut them all by hand. It still looks bad. It also doesn't show that there are translucent words on the back and a long #.

The app was easy to use and they were quick on getting the photos. However, the photo quality is poor. I have photos with additional ink spots which isnt due to my photo since i have duplicate of photos and one has it the other doesn't. Some photos got printed dark when the setting of the photo was bright. There are lines through the photo as if the ink was failing. Overall I am not happy with their product.

This is the most frustrating app ever. It is so easy to accidentally lose your progress as you're selecting photos. I do a lot of scrapbooking so I order a lot of photos at once and I have wasted literal hours having to start over with my order because I accidentally hit the back button and it saves none of your progress. If you're ordering in bulk, the price usually comes out cheaper than other services which is the only reason I continue to use it. Otherwise, I'd burn it to the ground.

I downloaded this app and tried to order photos. Everything looked good but when I went to pay it would not take my credit card info. I entered the info multiple times for accuracy but no matter what I did I got an error message. And worse, it could not tell me specifically what part of the payment was incorrect. So I finally gave up and deleted the app from my phone. So I would NOT recommend this app. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Very very difficult to create photo books from the app Can't change photos from pages easily, and changing amount if photos on pages doesn't help either, because then it just repeats the same photo instead of adding new ones. There isn't an option to remove photos already used in project either. Years later & still find it difficult to use the app to make photo books. I try, but then give up. I end up ordering prints instead & making photo albums at home instead. Much easier to do.
