The app has always been my go to for the number of deals we get and the easy of accessing the deals and the funds. But especially today I was very very impressed with the bot service thatnthey have on their virtual chat and the ease at which it allowed the actual person do it's task in minutes with the questions it asked related to the query. Really impress. You should be rewarded to use such am advance bot service Well done
When it comes to purchasing online, the first thing I do is to check if the store is on shopback. Def love this

I really love using this app. It has been helping me save lots of money. And Super convenient to use.
Most all of my searches, the top hits result in “sorry this product is no longer available“. The problem is that it is mini clicks before you finally come up to this page, and it wastes a lot of time. I hope the developer will correct this. If not that, then the price has changed - significantly increased (ie. From ฿1375 to ฿2319). Or if it is from a different country the price often very different.
Credit Card Stolen and Misused! I've been using this app for years and never had any issues, including cashing out all the cashback credits. But that one time i activated its paylater function (which required me to link my credit card), my card got stolen and misused for 4 times in a day, totalled up to USD100! They definitely need to improve on their security.
Installed and login with my existing phone number, got the verification code via sms and it auto fill in, but when skip or continue setup the biometric it prompt me the error message written that something is not correct please try again later. Repetitive install and uninstall or force stop and reopen app doesn't help. Can't use at all！
Sometimes they just do not honour their cash back deal with claims that they did not detect the click through shopback. Worse is with the promo code timing and application; I was on the dot to use code and it was not available. Then I tried again to see that the code was fully redeemed. Ya right.....
Very buggy app, it logged me out randomly. Now I can't log back in as it says Facebook doesn't allow logging into embedded browsers and when I try logging in via the email/password option it says it notices I have a Facebook account linked and the only option to click is to 'continue with Facebook'. Once I click this it goes back to the embedded Facebook page. It's a never-ending loop!
I use this app to purchase my iPad pro, it should go with 8% cash back . I use in-apps browser to complete my purchase, no vouchers apply , no honey cash back apply , everything’s follow “ShopBack’s “ guidelines, but I got rejected my cash back after 2months long journey from ShopBack ! Disgusting app ever ! Can’t do the commitment, only small amounts cash back can be approved ! Never ever use them anymore ! Disgusting!
