Good to use for the day while I was at the park. The mobile order option was functioning properly along with the filter between the various attraction types. The only 2 problems that I found were that in some areas of the park, there was no wifi signal, so I had to refresh the map a couple of times. The other problem was when I went through a few apps while waiting for a show or ride and then went back to the map, it wouldn't load at all.

It was sketchy and rough around the edges at first, but it's really starting to shine through. I feel a few more quality of life changes, and it will be perfect as long as it loads smoothly. Edit: I see a lot of people having problems with speed and improper loading, and most of those problems are your provider or phone. Some are justified like an old pass showing up instead of new one(not enough to make it a 1 star) that happened to me and a quick call to remove the old one did the trick.

Needs Work! The app to navigate the park could also use a little work. Ride times do not display properly. When I sign in to the app, I have to do it 3-5 times before I can get to my profile. The map forgets quickly after making a category selection; IE choose dining, then pick a restaurant, and when I hit the back button, it forgets what I previously chose.

I am constantly having to delete and reinstall this app. It will be working fine the day I re-download and sign in, and then the next day the my visit page won't load, it eventually will log me out, and load the page, but when I try to sign in again it says something went wrong, or the app crashes. I don't get it. Also if you leave the map open in the app, and then lock your phone, or leave the app, when you go back into it, nothing will load. You have to fully close out the app and restart

The app is pretty weak. Mostly it just leads to the web page, which doesn't load 80% of the time. I have a season pass and bought tickets, but the app doesn't allow you to see purchased tickets and you end up just having to screen shot them when they send them through email, it would be nice to have them in the app as well. The menus never load for the restaurants. Overall, it's clunky, slow, and close to useless.

It's just a quick way to get to the website, it's not an app. Also, it sucks at the park, it's slow no matter if you log into their wifi or use your cell data. Also, I extremely hate that they require you to use the app to get show times and a map instead of printing them anymore. I don't pay 100s of dollars to spend the whole day in my phone instead of enjoying the theme park I'm paying for.

Crashed, froze, or malfunctioned constantly. Ended up mainly using the map. Would look up one thing (food, ride, show, etc.) and then I'd have to kill the app and restart to look up anything else. Wait times for rides were totally inaccurate - worker at the park told me it takes the app a while to update info. A ride that was closed due to technical difficulties said it had a 30 minute wait for about an HOUR after it shut down! Rides that said no wait or 5 minute wait had 1 hour waits.

It's been years and this app still sucks. Can't manage account, can't manage quick pay, park employees don't know what quick pay is and I have to go behind the POS and train them. I can't update my passes, my account can't be verified because it won't let me login, says wrong user/pass, but they aren't wrong and I can see my account info and login on the web fine. This exp makes me want to cancel my annual sea world membership for my entire family. Called support and they were clueless, they are instructed to tell customers to NOT use this app.

this app is a bad joke. can't scan/share tickets with the people they are intended for. GPS location is not accurate, show times are not correct and ordering food is nearly impossible. had t9 check out more than 5 times before it went through. it said food would be ready by 12:45 (ordered at 12:00. then they said it was ready 5 min later. once we finally got there, there was no one at mobile checkout. better off avoiding the app, and just waiting in line for food.

From a SeaWorld park member view, this app is nearly useless. All it does is replace the daily paper map & showtimes and past purchases (and that's not even correct). The old app allowed you to make advance purchases & reservations 4 meals, VIP etc, and showed your member benefits and offers. This app also now only applies to the 3 SeaWorld parks. I have a dual membership with Aquatica, and now I have to download a separate app for that park, which I won't. I'm better off just using the browser.

A major theme park utilizing a non-native application and instead just a web viewer overlay is completely unacceptable. Who approved this? The fact it doesn't ever save your info, doesn't use built in GPS to know what park you're at, forcing you to select which park, is so beyond ludicrous that I feel like somebody is punking us. How the team responsible for this still has a job is beyond me. The app ratings speak for themselves. Get a clue, digital team. SeaWorld itself is awesome, at least!

I would give this a great rating, but there is 1 big problem. On "My Visit", it shows my expired Silver Passes from 2021 instead of the 2022 Silver Passes I currently use. I have to navigate to the website which also shows the expired passes by default instead of the new ones. When I go to purchases on the website, I can print the tickets and see the details. The current passes also appear on the purchases' section in the app as well. I shouldn't have such an inconvenience for these new passes.

Can't link tickets! This is so frustrating. I bought tickets online and checked out before I knew there was an app. Once I installed the app there is an option to "add tickets". The app states there is a 14-16 digit alpha numberic number above the barcode. There are no alpha numeric numbers on my tickets. There is a numeric order information number and a numeric voucher number. If I attempt to use either one of them, it says it's "invalid" at this point the app is worthless to me.

Still not functional!!! They do not keep information updated. _ Not functional yet. The app didn't have up to date information on what was going on in the park. Listed shows that were occurring later in the evening after the park closed at 7pm. Worked really slow even through I had a fast data connection.

I have tickets I purchased online, I have created an account with the email used for the purchase, but cannot find or link the tickets to the app Which makes adding items on impossible. It only shows a place to add a bar code for membership holders. I have added items to the cart only to have the cart emptied and app crash when trying to add another item. It looks nice, and maybe it works well for membership holders, but from my experience it's trash.

The app is practically useless. There are signs all over the place telling you to use the app for ride times. Wait time for the ride I've been in line for over an hour, 35 min. Wait time for Kraken, 5 mins, Manta, 5 mins. Actual wait time, hahahaha. Selecting what you want to see on the map? You'll get that and more. Need to switch between different services, only sometimes works. Looking for all day dining restaurants? Some show on the pop-up image, others you need to drill into. Horrible.

The app does not function. After 20 plus attempts, I am unable to link my pass to the app. For the first half of the attempts, the website will not load. If you happen to get the website to load, it will tell you that your pass number is invalid. By that time, you are forced to call customer service. Be prepared to spend upwards of one hour on hold before anyone answers your call.

Terrible UI. Extremely slow and glitchy. The app would not recognize my login even though I have no issues logging into my account on the website. Days later, i was able to log in, but none of my add-ons are in the app. I guess this is why the website insists you print the barcodes for the add-ons. I hope they take better care of the animals than they do their app.

Hoping that with this review they'll update the software of this app. It's consistently glitching, you have to exit the app (through a hyperlink) to show barcodes. You also have to re-sign in (and it often struggles with the new sign-in) to be able to access the barcodes. And every time you close the app you have to start the entire process over. Extremely frustrating, please make a way for the pass to be seen in app!

I have had this app installed for about 3 hours and I hate it more than any other app (including apps full of malware and viruses). This stupid app won't let me log in. I've tried logging in like 20 times and it does nothing. Just reloads the screen showing a prompt to log in. On top of this brilliant coding design, there is no support. So this is less useful than a malware app.
