  Edit: Images to products dont always show up after you click on the color swatches. Looking at polishes but will have to use another site with better product displays to make a purchase. Also, the limited information on the site and app in regards to hair color (some hair colors have no pictures/sample images or the images that are there aren't helpful). Very important to have as much help as possible with images and resources to make selections as best we can from a screen.

  Seems like deceptive advertising and marketing is the norm with this one. Purchased clearance item of which maximum was 5,which we purchased. After order was placed,only 1 clearance item was shipped,with email stating they did not have no more in stock- yet,its still being advertised as in stock,and clearance item. Other items were shipped from one state,while clearance item was shipped from another state. This is deceptive advertising if one region doesnt have an item and another region does.

  I had issues with trying to make an order. it would say there were problems with my payment which there wasnt on my end. I tried different forms of payment. it was definitely this app as I had no issues with other online orders with other company's. I tried to chat with the bot but it was extremely slow to respond. tried to call the number for assistance but had no luck.

  This "new Sally's app" as Sally's calls it is worse than the outdated thing they had going on! WHAT'S NEW ABOUT IT BEING SO SLOW!?! Every time you make a selection you spend no less that 10 seconds looking at a loading circle, that's if it loads at all! Then if you are looking at a product, it no longer shows related items/suggestions, you have to back out and know exactly what you need, cause browsing will take hours. ALSO PLEASE MAKE IN STORE RECEIPTS DETAILED, all it shows is date + total.

  I tried no less than 7 times at checkout only for it to keep saying, oops something went wrong making me contact my bank and as I already knew it wasn't my card. this was an absolute hassle and took way too much of my time and energy. finally I went to sally website instead and my card went right thru. this app stinks. and I am one of so many this happens to at checkout. when so many complain about the same thing, it actually means you need to fix it. I will be deleting this app.

  One thing that is frustrating is that in-store orders do not actually itemize what was purchased. You can only see the items ordered for online orders. However, when I ask the clerk in the store to look up my previously purchased products, they are able to see that and tell me. So, they do collect that information. Why not Include it ?!

  Sallys app is in my Top 3 of the most hated apps. I thought CVS was my #1 but Sally's is absolutely #1. Glitching, very slow, the system in general is terrible. Good luck trying to do any online order, it will waste your time.

  new app is full of bugs. can't see password when typed in. can't get checkout to progress to payment section. cannot make purchase. also extremely laggy and refreshes randomly instead of opening clicked link. also cannot add payment method except during checkout process? needs substantial work.
