I always get my hair dye and similar products here. They have a great selection of hair colors (especially the bright ones, my favorite!) and several brands to choose from as well. They carry tons of salon quality nail polish, have a decent amount of assorted makeup, and of course they stock all kinds of hair care/styling products and tools!!! They offer a rewards program and regularly promote sales and coupons! I've been a Sally's patron for over 2 decades and I highly recommended it!!!

One stop shop for all things Sally. Would be helpful if it didn't make you order 3 of the same item when trying to use "buy 2 get 1 free" promotions. The sale is for the whole line of products and if i went to a physical store i could buy 3 different items as long as they were the same brand. Really you're just screwing yourself out of business by making me spend more. I would have spe t that money anyway, but if you try to dictate how I spend it you get nothing, and I go to Ulta.

The app is very buggy. When checking out, it doesn't properly apply my payment method or address, causing me to not be able to submit the order. I have to resort to checking out on a computer. Also, if you could extend the duration of when rewards expire to a few months that would be beneficial. I don't frequent the store often and by the time I do, my rewards have expired. Edit: it doesn't allow me to view previous orders purchased in store. Also, I can't click items from my favorites list.

Checking out was an issue, I had gotten an error that a product was sold out, but It was just the UPC so I had to manually scroll through the whole order to figure out what item and remove it but I had 3 of them. It only started that I could purchase 3 of them. Then, when I finally figured which of the 25+ items it was, another item was no longer available, then again a 3rd and 4th time. So basically I missed out on like 10 items because of this annoying issue. Buying should be easier/faster

Trying to view product details and or place an order or just scroll or navigate between pages is beyond ridiculously slow...it's torturous and frustrating to say the least! and God forbid you decide to change your delivery method in your cart after already having added a few products! sheesh! I'd almost rather just shave my head than to go through that process to order hair products again!

I am a Long time "in-store" customer of Sally Beauty. Decided to try ordering online. I placed three orders. 2 of those orders were missing items and one even had an incorrect item that I didn't order. Some items were out of stock but still listed as for sale. I was sent an email to review the items that I purchased. After submitting reviews, Sally's emails me saying that some of my reviews weren't approved. They are handpicking reviews for their products..... Be careful. It's your hair!

products will say available for 2HD then when added to basket, products will no longer be available for delivery. that is. waste of time. I have to add multiple types of the same product after researching the best one for me to use to then have to choose something else because the system isn't accurate with what's available for delivery. then to have the app constantly glitch and take forever loading pages, info, and processing orders is just ridiculous. update your programming sheesh.

I love sally but the employees at my local store are standoffish and awkward and the app is a nightmare. It's glitchy, freezes all the time, makes me enter my card information and address multiple times, randomly empties my cart, and just overall sucks. The web site isn't much better. However, there are a handful of items they don't carry at ulta that sally has, so i will carry on spending 30 minutes trying to buy hair dye and nail polish remover online.

I was really excited about the fact that Sally now offers same day delivery, however when trying to order via this app I have experienced nothing but disappointment so far! When you add things to your cart for delivery, it takes a full min to actually add the item! And then you get excited to see that the product you want is in stock, just to be disappointed when you go to checkout and all of a sudden it's not! My reason for two stars is b/c virtual try-on feature is one of the best I've seen!

I would have gladly given 5 stars, everything that's available in store is available on the app My only issue is how slow it is. I tried to place an order last week but after a couple hours I drove over to shop in person. Today, I had all of the same stuff as last week, it was all saved for me, so you would think just move it over to the shopping cart and pay. An hour and a half later I'm finally done. Every time you add, remove or edit something it takes minute to refresh & accept the change.

Edit: Images to products dont always show up after you click on the color swatches. Looking at polishes but will have to use another site with better product displays to make a purchase. Also, the limited information on the site and app in regards to hair color (some hair colors have no pictures/sample images or the images that are there aren't helpful). Very important to have as much help as possible with images and resources to make selections as best we can from a screen.

This app is impossible! I literally have to switch between clearing my cache and my shopping cart just to move one item at a time from "in store pickup" to "ship to me", and it still takes the app 30 seconds to a minute for each request to process if it even does. App is SO slow. Frustrating almost to a point of shopping elsewhere. Also, if the product isn't available at "my store", it shouldn't even give the option of checking that delivery method, just personal opinion.

I usually love Sallys, but my experience online has been absolutely horrible! The first time I tried to order, four days after it had already been processed, someone on their end canceled it with no warning, and when I tried to get ahold of customer service, I couldn't even talk to someone because the system hung up on me repeatedly. The second time I ordered i was notified that only one of the items would be shipped to me, 4 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Installed and shipped for 30 minutes before I got a message that they needed to do a security check and my access was denied. I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it and now within 2 minutes of logging in, I get that same screen over and over and can not get back on the actual app!! I had 16 items in my cart and was ready to make a large purchase for Christmas when this happened, and I can't even finish checking out, and the sale ends in 2 days!! Ugh, I've had it!!!

What a nightmare! I have tried 5 times over the past 2 days to check out to make a purchase! I start the process update everything & then the items in my cart are incorrect! I have to go back multiple times to start the process again! Yesterday I gave up! Today I had to do the same! What is going on with this app? I don't experience this with any other shopping experience. It deletes items & adds items that I have as favorites saved. I have to update my info every time. Too many issues with this

I would give less stars for the app if I could. This was the worst time I have ever had ordering online ever. It would not except my info In spite of the fact I tried five times to put it in. The customer service phone fix had me on the phone on hold for almost a half hour. She told me I didn't have an account , but I clearly do. I opted for text messages to get the discounts on my first order. I have the mail to prove it. I ended up setting up a new account. It was drama to add mycard to pay

Was a 5 star, but this current "update" is awful. Cart won't load. Takes forever to make changes in the cart. One minute it's available for 2hr delivery, the next it's not.(well within the delivery hours) Had to remove items and then replace them to work. FINALLY got my order placed then it was mysteriously canceled 20 minutes later. Only I didn't know it because I NEVER GOT an app notification. I waited, no items, now it's too late. Ugh...what happened to this app?

Sign in, your discounts work...great! Leave the app to do something, com back and theyre gone completely. Can't edit or delete payment forms, earned coupons disappear if you sign out and sign back in yet they have to be used by a certain time. I cant just make a pickup order and get it. My local store is awesome, I'd rather just go in and grab the items, but then I pay $15 more in person. What tf is wrong with the creators of this app?!

App just straight up does not work. Nothing would load on the homepage, and searching anything would show an error message. I un-installed and reinstalled the app as it was working perfectly fine a few months ago, but nothing changed. I know it wasn't my internet so I'm at a loss as to why this app is so broken now. I'm just going to use the website.

I never had problems with the app before; browsing, placing orders, etc. But now nothing comes up with manual searching other than: "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try another category" and it's completely blank when you tap the shop tab. Uninstalled, then reinstalled the app and now I can't login, but I can login on my PC just fine. Pretty sure the recent update messed everything up.
