As others say, you will immediately need to reset the password and if you do it in the app, the link that's emailed to you doesn't work. Instead, click the partner link and open their site in browser. Click reset password there, and you will be able to "reset" your password in browser. THEN go into the app. Once that's out of the way, the app works great.
I'm not impressed. My specialist uses it for their patient portal. I downloaded it today to complete previsit check-in. They wanted me to sign forms. In order to read them, I had to zoom in and constantly scroll left and right, being careful not to go too far because that would switch between pages. I could not rotate the screen to more easily scroll up and down. And I'm sure that while writing this review taking about two minutes, I'll get signed out and have to redo whatever I was working on.
I can't use this. I put in the information and the password I would use. It says don't match. So I try to reset the password. I tried 3 times and every time the new link will take to the app store to install the app. I am going uninstall and try one more time. *Update* Still can't sign in, now it's locked. And the link still takes me to the app store. I give up*
Would be more useful if it actually allowed you to input more than one doctor's office. People actually see more than one specialist, you know! And once this app is linked to one doctor's office, you can't add another at all. Completely useless in that regard. Only giving 2 stars instead of one because it does keep the information regarding test results and such in one location.
Worst app I've ever used. If my screen goes dark after 30 seconds to save battery, it loses where it's at. I had to minimize it to look up some information to enter into it. It was minimized for less than a minute and when I returned, it had totally kicked me out of the system. I had to log back in and start all over. This app is full of bugs.
I got a text with two links. The second link doesn't work, it just opens the app store. I also needed a PW reset. The PW reset email has another link in it that just opens the app store again. Also, all of these links have my username in plain text which is AWFUL for security. Don't use this app. It's insecure and doesn't work. Also, if you email the address on this app store page, it gets rejected so there's no way to contact them. This might be a scam app.
I just downloaded the app and had the same password issues trying to log in.. I got locked out.. I give this a 0. Once in the app is easy to navigate and thorough. I give it a 4.. Here is what I had to do... 1. Get your provider to give you a temporary password. 2. Once you have logged in and changed your password, it will open but its frozen. Close the app. 3. Open the app and sign back in and it should work or at least it did for me. Good luck!
Useless. Never logged in, and when trying forget password process the URL from the email takes me to the app store. If you don't want https as part of the practice's URL, build logic to strip it. Or logic to not include it as part of the automated email sent by the Dr office. I copied the URL directly from the email sent by the Dr office, and it included https. Don't force end users to clean it up. Overall the app has been a frustrating waste of my time.
Just a pain to set up. Initial login and for a password, which you don't yet have. So you have to go through a lengthy forgot password step, wait for an email, click the link inside, open the app, and you are right back on the page you started, with no way to reset the password. I never was able to get signed in. This app is total garbage.
Awful app. Like others, I couldn't get past the login screen. If your doctor's office sets you up with a web login accessible via desktop browser first, you can use those credentials to log into it. Otherwise, the links to set up your account and/or reset your password just plain don't work on my phone. Tapping on them just brings me to this app page in the App Store, not to the app itself. Terrible initial experience for the doctor's office in question.
You need to change your password, from the email they send you, click on provider not the long url and change it there. Otherwise it just opens the app again and you never get anywhere. Everyone reporting the same thing, don't know why they won't fix it? I'm in IT and had to read another review to see how to get around it, how's some non technical senior citizen going to do this??
I have experience getting spammed by my medical provider to install the app with every practice interaction, which includes a monstrously long link that could be simplified. I then install the app and immediately get directed to use a computer before I ever login to the app. I go to my computer and need a password, as I have an assigned user name. I get the password reset email that loads a blank page. I'm sorry, I'm uninstalling. Hopefully they get a real app, this is half baked at best.
Was sent a link from my provider to download the app, but wasn't given a password. The password reset request just links you back to the app store, and doesn't actually do anything. There's no form of desktop support to fix this issue, making it impossible to login unless you set up the account yourself, which generally wouldn't be the case.
Absolute trash. Horrible interface, feels like an app designed over a decade ago with zero updates. The app won't recognize my pharmacy (Walgreens, yes the location is open), though it does show a few other Walgreens locations in my city. If I attempt to search it pulls up results for an entirely different city. As others have noticed, forms to be signed are too small to read in a reasonable manner. This app is bad enough I'm considering switching doctors.
Like others stated, two links were texted to me that both lead to the app store even though the second link claims to take you to the online check-in page. Found the practice and username in the link, but I don't have an account and there is no "New User" or "Sign Up" option, only "Forgot Password" which doesn't do anything except send you a link that takes you back to the app store. Also, because your username (your email) is right there in the texted link, I reported for security risk.
Completely non-intuitive application. Takes you in the loop over and over and over again when you have forgotten your password. Doesn't provide error messages that are helpful. Have to figure out what is wrong with your login when the URL is perfect. Finally figured out it didn't want me to put the https part in even though the email says to provide it. Horrible horrible horrible. Annoying and will never fly. Patients don't have the time. This application is so buggy it's ridiculous!
I reiterate what the others said. I have 2 providers trying to use this app, and I can't get into either one right now. At least some of the other reviewers were able to access if they set a different password for each practice. The app won't let me set up different doctors with different passwords; I get failure notices about username and password not matching. So I cannot use it for either, which is a shame, because it's a workable app
Here we go again. No changes have been made. The "forgot password" link still just launches you into a circle, and you NEVER get to change your password. This app had to be created by a bunch of simpletons. A grammar school class could program a more useful app! No instructions for setup. Change password link no help. Useless, and a waste of my time.
The forms are such fine print that they are impossible to read without enlarging the form and then you have to scroll left to right for each line and sometimes the writing is blocked so you have to go back to the left a little and then go right again. I also find it annoying to need an app for the doctor's office. I much preferred the online account management so it doesn't take up phone memory.
Not crazy about needing to download an app just to go to my first appointment. It's excessive. Also, you can't proceed with checking in unless they get permission to automatically deduct from your credit card whatever insurance doesn't pay. Considering this could be anything from zero to $3,000, deducted anytine in the next 6 months, the required permission makes it impossible to plan ahead financially. Such a turn off.
