My husband and I have used the Jet2 app for a number of years and have always found it very easy to use, giving all the information we need at a glance when logged in. Being able to add items at a later date is very helpful also. We found it great for checking booking dates and times, once booked. We always use it to book our holidays and flights, wouldn't use any other company !!
For the two months I have been using this App my ability to access their site has been sporadic at best. 90% of the time it will not open, and when it does I get one chance. If I attempt to go back a page it will error out as "Not authorized to view this page. If I attempt to log back in I receive the same error message and am unable to attempt access until the next day. If I go to another phone or computer the same scenario repeats. Uninstall/reinstall does not fix the issue.
Great app, flights and holidays all in one. Easy to use and extra discount for using it. Many offers, along the way too. What's not to like 😁👍👍 Loving the addition of being able to cancel a transfer in the app, been asking for this for a long time 😎👍. Having looked at the app if you cancel your transfer prior to travel it cancels both inbound and outbound. It would be great to be able to cancel inbound and outbound seperately. Please consider this... Thanks 😁
A very useful app to find affordable holidays from Jet2. Use it to compare prices in different hotels or on different dates, then share with others. edited to add: The app now also provides real time updates for flight times, boarding gates, transfer bus numbers, and transfer pick up times/arrival, and a hist of other useful services. It's free, so why not check it out.
Although there are some great features within this app, the overriding impression I am left with is much of the navigation is not intuitive. Going to the place you would naturally expect something to be often leads you down a dead end. A prime example but not the only example occurred 2 days before our return flight. Jet2 sent me a message asking me to book meals and snacks for my return journey, helpfully there was a button reading "Pre order now". It didn't work!
