Being able to look at the menu and order online makes things so much easier. I babysit 3 kids at a time and when I order pizza it’s hard to pay attention to them or for whoever I talk to on the phone hear me. The app itself is organized and shows prices and coupons while you look through the menu. The food is also very good if you are one that gets full quickly. There is a huge selection of food to choose from and there is always a good coupon to use (my favorite is the 5.99 deal because the kids can get a pizza with 2 toppings they want. And then I can get either brownies for them or if I want a sandwich or salad instead of pizza I can get them- and it’s a short price considered what I could pay at other pizza places). Another thing that is beneficial is how I don’t have to stand by the door guessing the time they will be here. Instead they let me know when they left the store and the store is 10 min away so I know they will be here within 15 min. So I’ll stay by the door for like 5 min instead of the whole 25-30 minutes. The app is very beneficial and helpful. So I def recommend this app, especially for my friends at a party or when babysitting
I have been impressed by the low cost, ordering ease, speed of delivery & quality of pizza, even gluten-free option, and the ease of ordering using the app. Not the pizza I used to know but so much better especially considering the price and low cost delivery compared to other franchises & restaurants. I only wish Domino’s would ease up on obviously challenged store owners trying to meet the brand name’s guarantees almost impossible to deliver in the time promised especially in a large congested city like ours. Getting notifications that our order has been delivered, when not yet true, in order to satisfy brand name agenda’s & quality measures, does not serve the many possible customers in a large city at the prices allowed for the store owners, especially when adding staffing problems in our country to the ‘mix’. Ease off of the owners allowing them to serve their customers truthfully as best they can in this economy & US employee market! I am thankful for an affordable pizza option to the almost $30 (&higher cost) of ordering elsewhere taking longer delivery times preventing me from enjoying pizza unless i can pickup.
I love the food and the app is a great help but I wish there was an option for pasta/ bread bowls, pizzas, bread knots, wings, etc. to have the options of garlic or no garlic. I rarely get the bread bowls because I have a garlic intolerance I’m not allergic but it’s very very painful after eating it. I don’t like having to place an order only to realize too late I have to call the store and ask them not to. I don’t normally complain about anything with the food I really love it but it’s very awkward and inconvenient to have to call just to avoid a mishap. I feel really bad about it because a lot of the people that work at Dominos are really hard workers and the branch we order from are some of the most kindest, hardworking, genuinely care about the customers and take pride in doing things right. A lot of people who work in the food industry do care about their customers or their work of their job and I feel that a lot go under appreciated. Thank you for making the app to make it easier to order and thank you to the workers for all your hard work. Especially during the pandemic.
These ppl that made the pizza they be mean whenever you tell them you have it all the way burned order a pasta they talking about we don’t see you order pasta like dude sometimes your point don’t even show up on the system n I don’t care I just want my food cook right. I used to work at dominoes so I know ppl played around in there n the boss would like them then they look at the food n don’t want to admit they have it burnt You ask them to remake it n they get upset. I don’t know why they don’t buy the products, they just make the stuff so we can order. Oh then the system they took money off my card it took me a whole month to get it back n everyone gave me a problem
for you Pizza lovers out there like me, this app is easy to navigate and quick to use. I’m not the biggest fan of Domino’s Pizza but there garlic bread bites and chicken pasta is to die for in my opinion. the prices aren’t cheap but they’re not too expensive either unlike Pizza Hut (yuck lol jk, or am i?) but that’s besides the fact. on the app many options are available as far as food items & sizes like the following: toppings, drinks, sauces, desserts, small, medium, large etc. and once the order is placed a timer starts to let you know how long your food takes to either be ready for pick up in store or curbside along with when the delivery starts, depending on selected choice of receiving your order. I could be wrong on this, but for domino’s die hard members with an account: I do believe that the possibility of racking up points to get discounts does exist. no matter what I definitely recommend this app over going to their website the regular way online as it is quicker to get to and on the app once you have an account on there if you choose to stay signed in your saved location for the nearest Domino’s store Never changes. also, the app is useful for any future domino’s employees looking to apply at a selected location.
Really a top quality app, accurate, easy to use and customize, tons of coupons and deals so you never feel ripped off. I like the tracker and personal feeling with the names and all that. I just got a random free medium pizza to use after an order I did for the heck of it. I only wished they showed the price for all items before hitting the add to order button. I'd prefer maximum transparency but it's not a big deal
The app itself functions fairly well; there are a few things that will hang up or glitch here and there but no more than (maybe less than) other apps. My hang-up is their "free medium pizza with your order next week". I very rarely order 2 weeks in a row. I might actually order pizza next month if I could use it, but because I ordered today, it will be another month or more before I order again. Would be nice to use it next month. The tease just irritates me, it does not entice me to come back
I like the Dominos app. There is one thing that I wish Domino's would do, be more transparent in pricing on the app. It would be nice to know what all the additional charges would be while selecting my choices. Like how much extra is each topping, or crust, or sauce, or even if you want extra cheese. Overall I like Domino's food and service.
So easy to navigate, love how simple and hassle-free it is to navigate or switch between coupons! Domino's definitely has the best fast food app. Glad they added the "Pay @ store", I always use a card but glad for the option still, no other restaurants have it. I give a 4 because why do I have to restart my order when I close out of the app? I was literally at checkout, used another app and had to start over.
The app is pretty stable and works well. It's pretty easy to navigate and there's not too much to overwhelm you trying to find something. Being able to follow the progress of your order and track the driver during delivery is convenient and pretty accurate. My only real issue, and the reason for the 4 stars is simply because of the lack of transparency when it comes to pricing. (Ex: You're not able to see what the costs is as you're adding toppings to a pizza you're building.)
The app is okay. It'll advertise discounted menu options, but when you get to check out, it'll seem like there was no deal (for delivery orders). Also, it doesn't let you tip drivers once the food has been delivered; you'll have to include tip when placing order (I don't under why--backwards!) Of course, you don't have to include tip with order and can hand the driver cash instead.
Like others have commented on this and several other delivery apps, it gets into a loop of saving payment info, logging us out, and forcing us to start from scratch. Both times I've used it so far, it's taken a half hour to place an order because of this. Also, like others have mentioned, none of the prices pop up until you get the cart 🛒 Thankfully there's an easy remove button on each item. [EDIT] 03/30/2025 It's still giving me the same issues.
It is what it is. If you just want to put an order in and pick it up on the way home it's good, but that’s about it. The issue is that it updates constantly with no apparent changes to the app. I've yet to see new or improved features, but constant annoying updates. If these are for security, they fail. The only thing it makes me login for is to reorder one of my saved orders. Not to use my saved payment, not to make an order, just to access the ones I've saved.
the app is great, well organized, and easy to read and follow. The only problem is the tracker. The tracker is wwwaaayyyyy off. It will tell me that the delivery has been completed, yet I haven't received it yet and won't receive it until another 20 to 30 minutes after the tracker says it's complete. Please, Domino's, fix the app tracker
Kinda glitchy. Sometimes it won't link the store when choosing an address. Tracking works intermittently. This has been an issue for a while: When zooming in on the tracking map, it always displays the fully zoomed out map, showing the entire world instead of the local area. Not a big issue, it just doesn't seem like it's the intended result.
Super buggy after the most recent update. Errors in signing in, communicating with the store, following the tracker... oof. And on the tracker map, the pin for my delivery address is nowhere near my actual address. No wonder the drivers always call me completely confused and I have to manually talk them through finding my house. (I mean, it's not hard to find an address if you use your brain, but, okay).
Easier than calling and being placed on hold to make an order, BUT only thing wrong is requiring card purchases for ($49) purchase. Not everyone has card on hand. I usually purchase around $52.00 , but limit is $49.00. Very strict limit on Online delivery orders. And they don't honor the price that's listed next to the item; Dominos hide prices, the price increases when your checking out, if you don't pay attention your paying way more. I do like their new cheese stuffed crust.
Disappointed. The pickup options are ASAP or 1 hour or more. Nothing in between, but more importantly there isn't a time option for 1 hour later. The earliest was 1 hour and 15 minutes. When applying a coupon you don't actually get the coupon price at checkout. finally my cart was emptied when I left the app to check another fastfood option. I won't bother attempting to order again.
This app is so slow. Every button you press is like a ten second load time. I get at least 3 pop up ads every time I try to place an order, which might be why it's so slow lol. If I order one bottle of soda I get a pop up asking if I want to order 4 instead. If I say no, it removes the soda from my cart and I have to add it again. I rated this app years ago, but it still gives me a pop up asking me to rate it after every single order. It used to be decent, but it just keeps getting worse lol
Honestly, the app could use some work. coupons are hard as hell to find, let alone apply. the customer service help they have on their website doesn't help. The app is rather laggy and isn't synchronized with your order. Depending on your location, they often forget half of your order n then give you petty point you have to use within 30 days.
original review was 5 stars but the last 4 times I've tried ordering through the app it tells me there is an issue and to call the store. only problem is you can't use the coupons when you call in an order. kind of defeats the purpose of having an app. so here I go again wording Pizza Hut instead of Domino's
Incredibly frustrating app. No prices are shown until something is added to the cart which is absurd. And say you decide you want a hand tossed crust after selecting a pan crust, you will have to manually remove the shredded provolone after or be hit with an extra charge. And the security code email to be able to order even though I'm logged in on *my* account on *my* phone just adds extra frustration to the process. For the insane prices nowadays (while still recycling cheese,) do better.
Everytime I go to place an order, I get an error and it tells me to call the store. the whole purpose of the app is to by pass waiting on hold by calling the store. This is an egregious way of running an app. for my last 6 orders I've had to use my wife's account because this app doesn't work on my phone. it's terrible, frustrating, and a huge waste of time. They charge me, the order doesn't get placed, and I have to wait over 10 minutes to recieve my money back.
Paypal checkout doesn't work. It will take you to the webpage and then redirects back where the app cant tell you finished and redirects you back, putting you in a loop. If you close out to exit the loop the app gets stuck loading and has to be closed. When closed, it forgets your order. I have been having this bug over a year. It also doesn't let me log in to an account in the app so i also have to re enter my info every time.
Updated 7-5-25. Hasn't changed since last time you asked for a rating..Sells your email to other businesses. The fact that you have to go through three steps to opt out is completely ridiculous. My favorite part of this app is when it's busy they will turn it off. So you get to enter your order and when you try to complete it says store closed.. that's when I order from your competition. Which seems to be getting more of my money lately.
