Never had a problem UNTIL I started using the app and the easy pay. After one payment that didn't go through (I pay it off right away) my card was put on restricted without my knowledge so all my next payment attemps were returned. On top of that, they would add SO MANY FEES for something I wasn't aware or in control. I have reached out many times the last few months. Instead of helping fix the root of the problem I was just cheated out money. $50 monthly bill turned to $100 plus. I'm upset.

The app used to be great, I was able to pay my bill, check my data, check for outages. Now I never stay logged even when I click on remember me and then when I do log back on there are always technical difficulties. I can't even remember the last time I was able to actually use the app, it's just wasting space on my phone now. I hope it's fixed soon.

Hate the new update, less features. I had to log into the website to complete the transaction i needed to do, which completely invalidates the reason for having and using the app. New app is pretty and faster, but less functionality. Also not app related, but the outages are getting ridiculous! I can understand maintenance outages, and maybe the issue is that you don't distinguish between scheduled outages and unintended outages to customers, but every time i log in i have an outage notice.

App has issues and sometimes won't connect or has "technical difficulties" if your internet isn't connecting well, which is the whole point of the app. The bill pay is okay, but the same thing can be achieved through their website. Sometimes the remote modem reset is helpful, but rarely solves issues. The support feature does not connect you to an agent half the time, and when it does they usually are more focused on getting you to schedule a technician than actually doing anything helpful

Have to attempt to log in several times due to app "experiencing issues." Just added a new payment method in which the app advised the information was incorrect. I didn't change anything; I just submitted it over and over again. Miraculously, the information became correct! But I was told that the app was experiencing issues again and had to go through the frustration of it accepting the payment information again.

Having trouble signing in for 2 days. Keep getting a "session expired" message, until I'm told there are problems and try later. I'm new to the app, so this isn't based on much experience, but I was disappointed that there doesn't seem to be anyway to report or get assistance with app issues. So, I'm leaving a review here hoping someone will read it.

The app itself is pretty cool. It's nice to see data used as the month goes on and easy access to billing. The only complaint isn't with the app itself, but rather with Cox and the internet outage times. Almost every internet outage will get pushed back over and over again. I'd rather know right off the bat that it isn't going to be restored for twelve hours instead of pushing back over and over for twelve hours. It's worse than airline delays in the winter during a blizzard.

Really bad that the app crashes when you try to open it. You shouldn't charge someone $150 a month for Internet if you can't provide all the services in which are offered by your Company. Seems like MANY people have had crashing issues with your App, for quite a while now, and yet it hasn't even been fixed or addressed. If there is a bug in the app maybe revert back to the old version until it can be fixed because it isn't right to charge for something that can't be used. 1 star until fixed.

I have been having internet issues for almost six months. The Cox app is rarely correct about outages. I am currently on day three of no internet and the app is showing no issues. I call and they tell me to text for updates because they cannot give an estimated time for resolution. I text update and still get no updates. The only text I get is to pay my bill early. I cannot get a tech out because there is a supposed outage in my area, which is not showing in the app. App works well for payments.

There are no real options or things you can change in this app. It's just short of it being a fake app. Half the time I open it, it does not remember my login. Would be great if there were a quick and practical way to get a real person on the phone through the website or app. Instead, I have to navigate through a circuitous labyrinth of "troubleshooting" techniques designed to make me fix a problem rather than ask for help. I tried all your suggestions before I ever opened the app. They didn't work. That's why I wanted tech support. You think I like calling you guys? Seriously. How about a little customer service

When your promotion ends your bill will be double and they won't offer a similar deal unless you sign up for cell plan. So essentially I can't continue with the same package I got at a similar rate which is why I will be canceling my account. And the customer service rep was rude and unhelpful trying to tell me she can give me a "discount" from $105 down to $101. How insulting. Just lost a customer over that.

I tried troubleshooting issues to no avail. Then reached out to a tech; only to find out that I've tried everything what they would have suggested. They would then conclude that they have no idea what's happening and tell me to have a wonderful day before hanging up.

We were part of the Program where our internet was supposed to be covered! They refused to acknowledge this, and kept messing up forcing us to pay for it.

Having trouble signing in for 2 days. Keep getting a "session expired" message, until I'm told there are problems and try later. I'm new to the app, so this isn't based on much experience, but I was disappointed that there doesn't seem to be anyway to report or get assistance with app issues. So, I'm leaving a review here hoping someone will read it.

App has issues and sometimes won't connect or has "technical difficulties" if your internet isn't connecting well, which is the whole point of the app. The bill pay is okay, but the same thing can be achieved through their website. Sometimes the remote modem reset is helpful, but rarely solves issues. The support feature does not connect you to an agent half the time, and when it does they usually are more focused on getting you to schedule a technician than actually doing anything helpful

Never had a problem UNTIL I started using the app and the easy pay. After one payment that didn't go through (I pay it off right away) my card was put on restricted without my knowledge so all my next payment attemps were returned. On top of that, they would add SO MANY FEES for something I wasn't aware or in control. I have reached out many times the last few months. Instead of helping fix the root of the problem I was just cheated out money. $50 monthly bill turned to $100 plus. I'm upset.

app doesn't work 90% of the time. "we're experiencing technical difficulties" every time I try to sign in. can't even pay my bill. Or it will sign me in but won't let me do anything. like look at which devices are using how much data and how much my bill is or be able to pay it. That's for both apps. Also their internet is down like every other week for hours for no reason.Don't usually leave reviews, but they asked about my experience. 🤷

When your promotion ends your bill will be double and they won't offer a similar deal unless you sign up for cell plan. So essentially I can't continue with the same package I got at a similar rate which is why I will be canceling my account. And the customer service rep was rude and unhelpful trying to tell me she can give me a "discount" from $105 down to $101. How insulting. Just lost a customer over that.

Would be great if there were a quick and practical way to get a real person on the phone through the website or app. Instead, I have to navigate through a circuitous labyrinth of "troubleshooting" techniques designed to make me fix a problem rather than ask for help. I tried all your suggestions before I ever opened the app. They didn't work. That's why I wanted tech support. You think I like calling you guys? Seriously. How about a little customer service

There are no real options or things you can change in this app. It's just short of it being a fake app. Half the time I open it, it does not remember my login. Then it says the username or password is incorrect. If I close the app and then open it again, sometimes it lets me sign in. When I do get into the app, there is no option to do anything I need to do so I just go though the same login issue on the desktop site. Sometimes there I can actually fix something that Cox decided to break

I have been having internet issues for almost six months. The Cox app is rarely correct about outages. I am currently on day three of no internet and the app is showing no issues. I call and they tell me to text for updates because they cannot give an estimated time for resolution. I text update and still get no updates. The only text I get is to pay my bill early. I cannot get a tech out because there is a supposed outage in my area, which is not showing in the app. App works well for payments.

Really bad that the app crashes when you try to open it. You shouldn't charge someone $150 a month for Internet if you can't provide all the services in which are offered by your Company. Seems like MANY people have had crashing issues with your App, for quite a while now, and yet it hasn't even been fixed or addressed. If there is a bug in the app maybe revert back to the old version until it can be fixed because it isn't right to charge for something that can't be used. 1 star until fixed.

Have to attempt to log in several times due to app "experiencing issues." Just added a new payment method in which the app advised the information was incorrect. I didn't change anything; I just submitted it over and over again. Miraculously, the information became correct! But I was told that the app was experiencing issues again and had to go through the frustration of it accepting the payment information again.

Hate the new update, less features. I had to log into the website to complete the transaction i needed to do, which completely invalidates the reason for having and using the app. New app is pretty and faster, but less functionality. Also not app related, but the outages are getting ridiculous! I can understand maintenance outages, and maybe the issue is that you don't distinguish between scheduled outages and unintended outages to customers, but every time i log in i have an outage notice.

The app used to be great, I was able to pay my bill, check my data, check for outages. Now I never stay logged even when I click on remember me and then when I do log back on there are always technical difficulties. I can't even remember the last time I was able to actually use the app, it's just wasting space on my phone now. I hope it's fixed soon.

Too many bugs in the app! I can't even connect in the app to speak with someone, and it keeps transferring me to a business account page when I try to get help with my Internet! We have a Connect to Compete account, and I have never had so many issues as I have now. They refused to right their wrong for us either. We were part of the Program where our internet was supposed to be covered! They refused to acknowledge this, and kept messing up forcing us to pay for it.

The app itself is a flawed program. Idk how many times I've been logged out of the app without trying. What's the point of having the ability ti use your fingerprint if it just logs you out and you still have to input you credentials anyways. It also seems to be conveinent when I need to make a payment...the app makes it frustrating to pay...TO PAY! Oh it's my fault if they don't get their payment even though I try. Guess they don't want my money that bad.

App and website is great! The only thing is, the service is terrible. High speed internet that is totally inconsistant and unreliable. Tech support is also of ameture skill. I tried troubleshooting issues to no avail. Then reached out to a tech; only to find out that I've tried everything what they would have suggested. They would then conclude that they have no idea what's happening and tell me to have a wonderful day before hanging up.

The app itself is pretty cool. It's nice to see data used as the month goes on and easy access to billing. The only complaint isn't with the app itself, but rather with Cox and the internet outage times. Almost every internet outage will get pushed back over and over again. I'd rather know right off the bat that it isn't going to be restored for twelve hours instead of pushing back over and over for twelve hours. It's worse than airline delays in the winter during a blizzard.
