If ads are a big deal to people, there are always ways around it, but it blocks any ad bonuses too. Not really that big of a deal, especially once you understand the better way to level up one of your 3 skills every single time you jump (once you pass the first level). My only complaint other than the lack of textures on a couple levels, is having zero idea where the target is, especially on the extreme mode - because it could literally be anywhere since you don't go in a straight line anymore.
Average at best, first off they don't explain how to control your jumper. You have to turn sideways, pull up and grab air, nose dive into the ground which you don't wanna do. Upgrades seem to make no difference whatsoever. Different suits fly different but who's keeping up with them. Would have been a great game with a little more effort put into it.
The ads aren't bad, they only force them on you every so often and there's one at the end of each run with a multiplier option if you watch an ad. Where my dinging them is coming from is the prices they have set for the 2 paywall upgrades. $9.99 and $29.99? Really? Seriously? Yeah for this style and quality of game, those prices should be more like $7.99 and $4.99 maybe. I bet if you lowered your prices on these you'd sell a heck of a lot more.
From a gamers point of view it looks fun, but when you actually play it the controls are weird. I move my finger to the right and my character goes left and vice versa and there's no way to flip the controls. As for paying the coins for the "Lift" or "bonus", etc, there didn't seem to be a noticeable difference. Perhaps work on a way to invert the controls then perhaps I will come back to this game.
It could be a really fun game... however, each level seems a little off. Going from really easy, to needing a whole lot of upgrades before you can get past the next level, not to mention all the ads in between each level and while doing all the upgrades, it seems like the motive of this game is based more on the advertisement then enjoyment of the game. 😟
Too much time WASTED on watching ads and yes I know there's a "No Ads" paid version but I refuse to be conned out of what little money I have.... It would be different if when you paid the 5 or 10 dollars for "No Ads" then it should be across all games from that specific Developer makes!! Not all of us have $$ to jus burn... I do like the gameplay of most of your titles otherwise!
There's no skill required. Your flight path is predetermined and you never actually dodge anything. You just jump crash upgrade repeat until you're able to fly the predetermined straight line to the target. But along the way there are SO MANY full length ads that you can't even pretend to enjoy the game. This game is literally built for the creator to make money off ads. I literally feel like I downloaded an app just to watch ads and have the game portion played for me.
it doesn't matter how good you make a game. Ads you can choose to watch for currency and boosts are one thing. forced ads are a day 1 delete. on the second jump I did I was forced to watch the goblin gold mine full ad Twice through. then it gave me the countdown to skip. insanity.
Game seems pretty neat, looks nice. But the ads are insufferable. Each round of gameplay is a few seconds, and then you have to watch a 30-60 second unskippable, irrelevant ad. Not worth the wait. You can't skip the ads but you should skip this game. Forced to give it one star so I can have the privilege of warning others.
Too many ads and hard to control trailer makes it look easier than it is. I can understand a quick ad after a few minutes of playing but come on, this is totally a revenue game for Boombit. 30 second ads then another ad? That free to play garbage is waaaay out of line here. Controls are garbage tried it and like all the reviews mention you have no control over the character and crash everytime. This has the most ads of any game. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT! Wingsuit simulator much better game better!
At first i thought it would be cool so i gave it a try only to find out it is a complete disappointment. Even though the graphics is very good there are literally no tutorials, no controls you only got to touch'n'hold for the character to fly but i don't think thats enough at all, you can't make a turn nor fly up, long story short it's not as we see in the ads period.
Play a 5 second level, here's a 20 second ad. No thanks Edit: The developer wants to pretend that they don't choose how many ads are being shown. More ads is more money, everybody knows this. So if you want me to play your game, don't show me a long ad right after I play the 5 second "training" jump at the first opening of the game.
I agree with the other reviewer that the developer doesn't know how to put things together correctly and with this game, it's not about playing this game but it's about advertising the other games. So with this game, you jump, crash, endure ads.., then, you jump, crash, and endure ads again, over and over again. Never install games from Facebook or Instagram, unless you're more interested playing with ads than you are enjoying a game, uninstalling 📤
No way am I going through this again from BOOMBIT. This is the 3rd game I downloaded and although fun you play for seconds and have minutes of ads. I get it ads are necessary for free games, but this is beyond ridiculous. Plus it's a constant repeat of the same ads. Never again. I've played other free games with less than half the ads here without the constant repeating of the same ads over and over. I'm installing. If you love ads then this game is for you and no need for a developer reply.
Unskippable ads that show up after a few rounds. I immediately uninstall any game that forces ads and doesn't make them an option for bonus stuff. In response to the developer, there are other games I play that are free to play that just give you the option of watching ads instead of forcing you to. Once you make it a requirement to watch ads to play the game, it's no longer free to play
The ad looked cool, so I thought I'd try it out. Ads ads ads and nothing but ads. The ads took longer to watch then the jumps lasted. Uninstalling NOW!! Edited to reply to developer. While I understand the need for ads in a free game, when the ads are twice as long as the game plays lasts, then the game is not even worth playing.
As you're playing the game, you get points on your distance that you are able to multiply with a meter afterwards. This is the only way to excel quickly in the game. Once you get to a certain point your multiplier equates closely to 25000 points you could earn, but the game tells you there aren't any ads available, so it takes away your multiplier. Since you're SOL on that additional multiplier you have to continue without. What happens next? An ad pops up that you are now forced to watch.
Joyless and uninspiring. There is no turning, no real danger other than being sent back to the home screen, or worse, an ad, and then it's time to spend paltry rewards on even more paltry upgrades to the least realistic gliding I've seen since the first Toy Story movie. If you need a substitution for this app, pick up a paper airplane and move it slowly in a straight line. You won't be able to tell the difference.
I don't normally review games, but this was so bad, I had to. Sucked in by cool video. There is no control. Wings are open or closed. You can lean side to side, but you still fly straight. So pointless. It's just about getting you to download and show you 5 ads while you try to figure out how to steer before you give up. Quick while you're ahead and skip this one.
Too many interruptions. Every jump you have to watch a 30 sec ad. Every move you make is a 30 sec ad. I checked and in 5 min of game time I did two short jumps from a building to the target across the road . Took about 15 to 20 seconds total for both. The rest of game play was ad watching. Not exaggerating. I understand ads support the app but if I delete it because I can't get into it then it's too much. A little less greed developers . Then you'll have a good game.
