The app has gotten slower to open. Take's forever to load on some occasions I have to reset my phone because it won't load at all which makes it impossible to pick up extra shifts or take vto before the oppertunity is gone. I rarely or never get notifications (even though notifications are enabled) that shifts drop for my department. Ex a shift (7:30am - 6:00pm) droped for my department for sept 20th it is full, I never got a notification. Went through all of my previous notification's nothing.
Login time is super slow and it freezes constantly. I've cleared the cache, deleted and reinstalled and even created shortcuts on the phone screen and it still takes a while to login and load. Sometimes, it takes about 4-5 minutes just to login. It has become terribly worse since the "update". I wish there was something that could be done; like a lite version of the app without a lot of unnecessary info that is not needed.
Absolute garbage. Ridiculously difficult to navigate. The resorses to report safety hazards and discrimination take at least 3 minutes to get to when they should be easy to find. The Ai bot is completely useless and has a permanent pop up that blocks certain buttons. Also the app will randomly decide to log you out which is very annoying. Side note, Amazon is an incredibly toxic place to work and will scam you out of as much money and sanity as possible. Good luck.
Usually the app works fine, a bit slow at times but does what I need it to do. After the most recent update about 2 weeks ago, (it's 4/9) I experienced a glitch that prevented me from using it. Kept prompting me to update the app, though it was up to date. After I couldn't get answers I just cleared all the data on the app from my phone, uninstalled, then reinstalled the app and it worked. I read somewhere suggesting clearing the cache, that didn't work I had to clear the data.
The app itself keeps getting slower and slower with every single update. just over 6 months ago it was absolutely perfect. Then there was an update and since then it takes 1-2 minutes to load every. single. time. Now it's at the point that after it finally loads, it won't let me navigate through the app. I opened and closed it about 4 times now, waiting for it to open each time, only for it to freeze on a blank screen every time I click anything.
