I input everything manually, do not need my real financial accounts connected and vulnerable, and I do not use it for trades. But it's been a good tool to track happening with individual holdings and types of holdings. I use it to find specifics to research, over the years it has also been a great way to track my original buy-in price as the brokerage records don't reflect that after a brokerage change or repricing after the death of a co-owner. Upgrades/improvements have been excellent

Mostly a great app to give you the market info on the stocks you're interested in and to easily see the portfolio info you've provided. One main issue I have is accounting for dividends. They should do that better, whether it's adding to your share number and accounting for it with a decrease in cost basis (how I treat dividends), or accounting for it if you take a cash disbursement.

The charts don't work again. I cannot view indicators. The chart never loads. It just spins. I cleared the cache. That didn't work. Then I deleted the data. That didn't work either. I uninstalled and restarted my device, then reinstalled the app. Guess what? That didn't work either. This happens every 2 or 3 months like clockwork. Please fix.

This latest update reduced the amount of information that is viewable at a quick glance. What I loved about Yahoo Finance was how quick I could scan and scroll through information. Now I have to navigate to get to information that was once aggregated in a single screen. The data still lags a bit, which has always been my complaint... but for a free app, I could live with it.

This app freezes every day many, many times!!! I have the fastest processor on the S26 Ultra. Also used the Pixel 10 Pro XL. Doesn't matter. The app stutters. It's horrible. And get rid of the significant stock movement alert. Don't care and it takes up a lot of space. If you need to trade quickly, don't use this app because it will freeze.
