This is one of the best games of 2018 and I'm still playing it in 2022 the game has great graphics and is easy to learn.....also the clans are an amazingly easy way to level up as well as the kingdom events (Yes they fixed that problem) they also added a dragon and hundreds of other little things, although I won't lie to you this is close to a rich man's game you better be willing to drop $50 though that won't do much I personally dropped $300 in the first month other than that amazing game. ;)
Total Battle is an easy game to access and play. Game play is wonderfully varied with all kinds of missions and challenges. Total Battle also provides a platform for engaging with other players as allies and enemies. It allows for different playing styles. I am constantly finding new and varied challenges to overcome.
This is an enjoyable game to play. I am still learning the different ways to engage the gameplay. As with almost all games, if you pay to purchase items you will advance faster and further. But this game does not require you to do that if you are content with building and growing at a regular pace. I enjoy it and have yet to spend any money, (don’t hold that against me :-) ). Overall the developers have done an amazing job and I appreciate their effort to continue to make improvements. Only in a world like this can you be given a FREE, highly technical game and give it one star because you can not advance as fast as people paying for upgrades. This is well worth the download, enjoy the game play, pay if you want to advance faster, or don’t and just have fun, and delete the app if you get bored, and your out nothing. Thank you to all those people behind the scenes of this game, you are definitely doing it right!
love the game. However, the further you progress, the harder it becomes to progress without a large financial investment. I get that things should become more expensive as you level.up. However, adding an increase in how long it takes to complete things (i.e. building upgrades, armies, etc.) alongside ridiculous expense is overkill. Takes away a lot of enjoyment when you finally unlock that next level only to find it's going to take 3 years for the level up to complete.
fun at first but it becomes pay to play. impossible to get stronger in the game without paying real money to buy upgrades packages. Other players higher up will also bully you. there's too many clans and some have no activity. there no way to duel either or clan war. I've spent 10 dollars already and now am stuck because my troops aren't strong enough and cost too much to revive or build. same with the city. I got to lol 15 but it's addicting. however not worth the money like other games are.
Though it says it’s a free game it’s not. The reason I say this cause if u want to advance u got to buy the packs to do so. Your always advancing then once your defense bubble breaks or is up after 7 days anyone can attack u. I do mean anyone this is where I think it’s wrong within this game and where u gots to spend $$$ on packs. Or u can live in a bubble only breaking it then re applying it after u attacked those U can attack. If u going to spend money on them packs I would suggest u buy the most expensive first unless u know u not going to put that type of money into this game. I'd give it a solid 3.5 stars. I would rate it 4-4.5 when I first started plaging. However, the prices for the in app purchases has changed. I used to be able to get packages for a lower price, (mercenaries, resources, extras, etc) for 20 bucks. Now the only merc packages are 50 bucks or more. Depsite the price change, VERY fun game, especially when you find the right clan. Lots of great people playing.
Has potential but falls short. Simplicity is key, this game is not that. I've been playing for 4 days and still having difficulties getting around and figuring out what the point of freeing a hero is etc. The biggest downfall in my opinion is that you barely get to actually attack, most of the time is spent farming to upgrade random buildings or training random troops to unlock battles. Consistency would also be nice, the randomness of upgrades makes it feel pointless.
GUI needs lots of help. With all 'targets' at the bottom of the screen, after figuring out how to uncover them to click on them, they scroll out of view... So I can't see anything going on in the game. Considering the lengthy update after downloading this game, you'd think something this obvious would be addressed. Game is barely playable, nevermind enjoyable.
it's a fun game. it has different dynamics and challenges to keep things interesting. however the game forces you to pay if you want to get higher than beginner levels. the temple is made so it never makes enough revive potions. level 20 and I think it makes 5 an hour. you run out of valor and combat points to quickly when learning as some levels require more than 20mil. prepare for in game drama from players. and for help desk to never respond to questions. they need to fix ratios fast
This game is nothing but a time & money pit. It's never enough. They force you to run out of resources quickly, and it takes forever for you to replenish anything, even if you've paid for it. Another issue is that you can initially revive troops with gold coins, then they switch it to silver so you cant even revive them anymore. It's a scam of a game. It doesnt even allow me to play the part of the game that I liked best anymore. Dont waste your time and money.
the shooting aspect shown in the ads is only a minor, very minor, part of the entire game. most of the game is building a city and rescuing trapped people in a SimCity fashion. nice Graphics but absolutely not the kind of game I was looking for. I just want the shooter part shown in the ads. if you don't build the city you can't play the shooter portion
Everytime i try to play the puzzles that were advertise, I'm told to Try again later, there will be new levels in the future. There were only 2 to begin with and nothing since. Processes get stuck (says its complete but when I click on complete only the sound is made and the button stays and nothing happens.) And don't allow you to continue to the next level.
There are too many bugs and errors. They have too many ways for the larger players to come in and destroy smaller players making it unenjoyable. The only way to compete against those players is to spend way too much money. The gold mounds the gave gives are attackable. Smaller players do not have a chance because if they sit on one then a larger player can come and kill them while they are on it and take all the gold. Developers keep challenging when people say it's Pay to play but they have too many world events and not enough kingdom events to allow for players who are small to build up. It can be a fun game when you are with the right group of people, but the moment someone spends a lot of money and come and ruin all the hard work you have put in, it makes you not want to bother playing at all. It no longer becomes fun and the developers or administrators have not tried to combat this at all.
This was fun for a day. Good design, no ads. BUT you can't play without spending a ton of money. Your soldiers need healing, and that takes gold or you must wait. Reviving soldiers after only 1 day of play is $5 or a wait time of 6 DAYS! So either you play once/week or spend a $140/month to play daily. Insanely greedy. I uninstalled. Would be willing to pay $40 to play full version, but not pay daily. Not even close to worth $140/month. More than my phone and Internet bills combined lol. .
Everything about this game revolves around you spending money. They advertise it as a free to play game. Yet in order to participate in the game or even to protect yourself from getting utterly wasted, you need to spend money. “Premium” is $5 usd per week. 260/yr. and you get to swap gear and translate messages, tho the translation is inaccurate. In order to be “competitive” in the game, you have to spend 250/wk on special mercenaries, and that’s after 6months of spending that kind of money to grow an army size that can be competitive. 12,000/year. To play the game. Yet you get 0 return from customer support on the developers fixing issues within the game. You have to use an outside chat service bc the one they advertise as having doesn’t work. They perform maintenance in the middle of major events, they don’t answer your questions to support for 3-5 days. And again, only way to be competitive and grow to be competitive is spending in the neighborhood of 250/wk if you spend 50 for a package, they will offer the same package for 100 for a week to 10 days. It’s the same thing, yet double the price. It almost feels criminal the way this company operates. Dear player, First of all, thank you for taking the time to review our game, we value our player’s input and try to update the game as much as possible to meet player’s desires and solve possible bugs and technical issues players have. It is therefore that we perform maintenances you mentioned, to allow players to enjoy the game. Second, spending money is definitely not a necessity to advance in the game. With a well-thought strategy and tactic, you can level up as fast as all other players. PAY TO WIN GAME! A BUNCH OF BUGS, SUPPORT DOES NOT RESPOND. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! This game was nothing like the ad, although fun nonetheless. The part in the ad was over in a few days and it turned into more like a war game, similar age of empires. Also support has been terrible, there have been a couple bugs in the game and support hasnt responded, its been a week.( support is terrible)
Terrible "wargame", more like wargame light. Basically doubles down on all the bad parts of a war game while removing anything that might resemble fun. Progression is purely monetary. The player base is more toxic than Evony. And they just keep putting a new skin on the same old mini game and calling it an "update". Support takes a couple of months to respond to anything on average. And what you get for your money is considerably less than any other game out there. Stay away from this game.
ads make it look like it's an arcade game. It has those elements, but it's a strategy game and gradually reduces the arcade element. Strategy side doesn't work in the end, unless you're prepared to buy resources and spend $$$ Just a con. Why can't they give us the game the ads promise. stop trying to fleece people.
it's a Pay-to-Win game. Initial game after install start in "VIP" mode, which means everything runs fast. after 24hrs, games slows down to a dying crawl. Walking to a location one tile over can take +4mins round trip. Repairs, upgrades, or building up an army can take between 30mins to +1day. You can win (or buy) speed boosts. All items in the game can be purchased for real $$$ or you can try to win/earn it over several attempts. Also, video of army runs is only a tiny portion of the game.
Don't like pay to win games. Edit: The developer replied and reminded me that the game is free and that you pay for goods. That's the definition of pay-to-win. I'd rather pay for the game *once* and enjoy the full experience, even a subscription fee would be ok. Don't know this particular game, but this kind of games tend to be unbalanced and unless you keep paying, you cannot win.
fun at first. but as other comments say you need to pay to become someone. I got charge twice so I ask for refund of one. instead of helping me they block my account and won't answer any message on many platforms. waiting 3 days and nothing. I think they just ignoring people with money issue (thats mean a lot what they all about). I'm very disappointed
this is a city builder which I don't mind one of the side activities is the advertised run and multiply shooters when you first start off they give you a lot of freebies to suck you into the game but then they start charging for everything including use of your watch tower that you use to find monsters and mines. I don't recommend playing this game there are other games like this that don't charge for every little thing
I installed this game after seeing an ad that shows you battling on a narrow passageway and you have to select the right options to increase your army. It turns out that's only a mini-game within the actual game. It's actually a really boring, tedious, and monotonous resource collection and city leveling game, and the enjoyable mini-game gets locked behind the resource collection part. The whole game is heavily designed to make you continually buy more resources from them.
this "game" STINKS!! like everyone else, this game is NOTHING LIKE THE ADS!!! I fought zombies/undead for a little bit and then it turns into a "stockpile food" "attack worlds and upgrade the capitol" game. it's not fun and there are so many different aspects of it, I hardly know where to find what Im looking for. its barely interactive as it is. this is ridiculous and I keep hoping I can get back to the fighting zombies part but it seems long gone. yuck
Bait and switch. If you think it's about the trailer. Then it's a lie. Trailer shows only a small part of gameplay and the rest of the game is not fun. The rest of the game tries to be like vikings. But it's a far cry. Very confusing. Hard to understand and most of all its a huge money grab. After a couple days of paying all the boosts dry up. They don't give you enough gold to buy a shield for your town when it disappears. So your literally left open for any attacks all the time.
Many players have been getting hacked. Today, many players losing in game resources, having in authorized purchases made and accounts deleted. Developers tell players it’s their fault or they did it to their own accounts. As if players would play for 4 years, spend thousands and then destroy their own accounts to start over again??? Don’t play this game (avoid at all costs) until they fix site/account security and compensate the players completely screwed by their lack of security and completely unresponsive customer “support”.
pay to play. Fun at first, but eventually you can't win unless you pay. I got to a point where they literally just don't give you enough soldiers on one level to win. You have to buy more I assume. in either case, the ads for this game are fake. All like this game are. they show a fun runner shooting game, but you get that like twice, then it's an army and city building game.
Starts out looking a little like those line-runner advertisements, but rapidly degrades into those awful city-builders where you either need to pay for resources to be able to play the barely existent line-runner "fun" gameplay. The actual interactive parts of playing this game aren't fun and are barely consequencial, if you fail a stage you can simply skip. Skip this game instead, it is once AGAIN "the game in the ad that's not like it appeared at all when you play it." Total garbage.
I couldn't even get past the beginning stage. There's like these levels where you have to multiply an army. But at the end, the last level where the ghouls are is supposed to fill your ship so you can go on to the voyage to build the castle. After that level, it didn't fill the ship. And I'm just replaying levels. So I'm trying to wait for the ship to be filled just buy the men carrying the crystals. But then I realized that the bar isn't going up. Restarting doesn't help.
