  everytime it's telling me I g get free items, well now this is where it goes sideways . you have to buy 20 in items. oh don't forget your tax and shipping. then they have you buy another item for 10, oh 2 more orders at 8 and still don't forget the tax and shipping. so 70 later am m me I got a cheesy tv antenna

  The Temu app is designed to sell. I am enjoying the ride while I inexpensively, rebuild my wardrobe after a fifty pound weight loss!!!

  Temu is good I received my package for the first time no issues however this morning I tried to play another other but I canceled cos of an item I moved my cash back to the Temu account but trying to order again I'm still being referred to my bank account with the same amount of what I'm purchasing instead of temu deducting from the amount on the app first please I need this issue sorted out please

  This is a nice app, offering prices that are far more competitive than on the other marketplaces. However, the risk of receiving a defective item (or one that doesn't match the advertised description or photos) is significantly higher here. And even in such cases, Temu's policy is quite accommodating; they readily issue refunds if a customer isn't satisfied with their purchase for any reason. But the amount of spam featuring various "discounts" and endless animations is overwhelming.

  Addicting. Business model strings you along and keeps you in the dark, needing more in the "deal" forcing you to check out but asking for more. Disappointed to have "free delivery" and multiple exceptions. Need to get at least $30 here and now at least $30 at this other location or pay shipping. I shouldn't have to pay shipping for one item that is well over $60 in total.

  They say they'll give you good discounts and for all intents and purposes the items they sell are usually cheap. But they make you jump through dozens of hoops to get them. It's a frustrating experience to say the least. I do not want to place 5 or more purchases of items I didn't even want simply to get a discount on the 1 item I really needed. If I could give any less stars I would but this system requires I at least a single star to make a review. 0/10 I will ACTIVELY tell everyone to avoid.

  fairly deceptive deals at times, it'll say buy an item and get three items of your choice for only a penny a piece, but it's never quite enough to qualify for that penny price for the last item. so don't buy into a lot of the weird promotions on there. just use it like you would any other e-commerce app.

  I LOVED this app, and made quite a few purchases. Now.... not so much. So tired of the lies, the misleading "promotions", the gambling approach to trying to guilt you into purchases, the 45 seconds of splash screens of fake wins that I often can't skip, etc. After yesterday I'm done. I followed all of the stipulations to a promotion that they emailed me, to get 2 free items. After 2 hours with "support" I was basically told "you're wrong, that promotion didn't exist, and you're out of luck"
