Most things on this app are very convenient and easy to use. Payments can be difficult at times. When at the fuel pump, you can easily choose a card you have saved. When using scan and go you can only use your preferred payment. If you choose another card, it won't take for a couple hours or the next day before the card you choose is on the check out page.
I think it is almost better than Costco, due to the fact that online ordering and in-store purchases are the same price, they offer curbside pickup and more of a variety of brands across the board. I think it's worth it to get the upper membership. I've never had any bad customer service experiences. the food I get when I do pickup orders, is always pretty good (nothing old or moldy like I have gotten from other pickup/delivery services).
The Sam's Club app is easy to use and navigate for all your needs. The best features I use are "Scan and Go" and the "Scan for Fuel" features. Once you save a couple of credit cards, it's quick and convenient to switch between them for purchases. Scan and Go is the best feature because I scan my items as I shop, choose the credit card I have on file, slide to purchase and get QR code, and walk out, avoiding the long line of registers and self-scan registers. Such a great convenience. LOVE IT!
Fix your reviews so you can actually click on the pictures. It's already hard enough to zoom in on the item listed. You have to take a screenshot to actually zoom in on the whole thing. It's BS that you took away free shipping for plus members. That's why I signed up for it. You're one of the wealthiest corporations in the world yet you take away perks that people literally pay extra for! Stop being so stingy and do better!
The app is easy to use, and makes shopping in store and pickup groceries easier. It hardly stays logged in - even when selecting the option for it to stay logged in. It would also be nice if the pickup section offered more than 3 days in advance. For pickups when you've been waiting a while, the app could use a button that says, "Nevermind, I'll grab it myself."
